We used WallyPark for the first time and had a good experience. We used our QR code we received after we booked our spot to get into the parking garage. Once we found a spot there were a couple of shuttles making their rounds to pick people up. There is no place for you to wait at for the shuttle, they will pick you up at your car, and drop you off at your car upon your return. We really liked that! The drivers were very nice and helped us with our luggage (don't forget to tip, if you're able to). The shuttle will drop you off at your airline entrance. Pick up was also easy. The app has easy instructions to follow once you arrive and are ready to pick up your car. There was hardly a wait for the next shuttle. If you book online or the app they offer great discounts. We will be using WallyPark again! read more

This was the first time using WallyPark Airport Parking. Parked the morning of 10/12/2024 and picked up our vehicle on 10/19/2024. On the morning (around 5:45am) of 10/12/2024 we waited over 15 minutes for a shuttle. The driver was very rude and barely helped us with our luggage even though we tipped him anyway. Same goes for our pickup on 10/19/2024 (around 3:10pm). We waited at least 15 minutes for a shuttle and the driver again, barely helped with our luggage. We will not be going back to WallyPark Airport Parking. We will go back to USAirport parking or Fine Airport Parking. I felt that I needed to leave this review because that is terrible customer service! read more

Wally Park can be hit or miss as far as pick ups. BUT if you are lucky enough to get Lahcen as your driver you will be pleased.. He is so upbeat, nice, happy! read more

Lahcen H. is the best driver, luggage carrier, observant person we have ever had at any airport parking place anyplace we have ever lived. Just his greeting when we arrived at the bus, his cheerfulness made our trip to Wally Park a joy. We need more people like Lahcen H. in this world. I've used Wally's multiple times at this point. They pick you up and drop you off at your car and are located close to the airport. All the drivers are nice and helpful. I just rode with Lahcen H and he was very kind and helped me get my luggage into my car. read more

Wally Park has always gotten me to the airport in a timely manner. On my most recent trip I was parked in an out of the way spot, but Lahcen H. Was watching for stragglers like me. I used to travel quite a bit last time I lived in Denver. I used WallyPark exclusively, and it was always fabulous. I used to do mostly valet but self park a few times. The timing was always great in getting to the airport. Well I'm back in Denver now and using WallyPark. The app would not let me book valet; it seemed maybe only self park was available. I get here this am, and the valet seems empty. The scanner couldn't the QR code, and I had to get out and hold it up against the scanner. Finally success! Now to find parking. The rows that indicated availability were parked full. Found a spot on the west end of Kansas. Then I spent over 20 minutes on the shuttle while we went round and round picking up others. I'm disappointed it isn't quick and easy any more. Make sure you have enough time if you use Wally. You will miss your flight if you don't bake in enough time. read more

The email reservations@wallypark,net mentioned in the automated email came back as non deliverable. The automated machines were not operating so it was running a credit card only to pull up a reservation. I was not given a parking spot but asked to pull over on the side of the lot, on the dirt, when 99.99% is asphalt for the rest of the parking spots... so no I do not think I got the advertised reservation as I could not have even been issued a parking stall ticket. I was not given a ticket for return as there was no actual spot to go back to. Upon return, after dropping off all other customers, I found my car. Denver had some weather that was only a problem because of the 0.01% chance of being parked on a dirt lot. Getting my car excessively dirty because of weather only becoming an issue because of not having pavement at the end of a holiday trip was a stinger. Now a double charge With NO WORKING EMAIL FOR CORRESPONDENCE. read more

We arrived with plenty of time to park, get on shuttle, and get to terminal. Took 45 min from when we parked to terminal to where we missed our flight by just a few min because of needing to check bags. Only reason I am giving a 1 is because our shuttle driver was very nice and helpful with our baggage. We ended up having to change our flight with enough time to pull our car out of WallyPark and go to a different alternative! The driver on the way back kept giving me excuse after excuse about how short staff they are!! PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER WALLYPARK!!!!!!!!! This is not the first time that we have had this happen but wanted to give Wally park 1 more try...I wish we wouldn't have and tried an alternative, because we wouldn't have missed our flight! read more

Waited for at least 30 minutes if not longer for a pick up. We saw so many other shuttle companies drive by us in the time it took for someone to pick us up. And when they did, there wasn't enough room for everyone on the shuttle so they made half of the passengers wait for the next shuttle who knows how much longer. Then when we got to the parking lot they didn't even drop us off at our car. The last thing you want to do after you get off a long flight is wait for another 30 minutes, sit in a packed shuttle, and then not even get dropped off in front of your car. Didn't have the best experience, I'll be choosing a different service in the future. read more

Poor timing on pickup from airport, and not enough shuttle drivers, employees to handle cars at valet. I observed THREE Parking Spot shuttle pickups, during my 20-25 minute wait for the Wally van. The radio chatter from the driver's radio confirmed lack of staff. Lost 1.5 hours of sleep because of this, arriving at home at 2am. read more

WallyPark has been great for us during several trips this year - I've always been able to find a spot (even the night before Thanksgiving), shuttles come around the lot regularly, and I've always been met with a shuttle in terminal east within 5 minutes of picking up my luggage. Drivers are friendly and helpful to pick up large items. I love the CSU discount! read more

I received an email offering a 40% discount. I am leaving on a trip tomorrow, so I went onto the WallyPark website to book a reservation and get the discount. I have been a WallyPark member in good standing for years. I tried about five times, using three different browsers, and I COULD NOT GET THE WEBSITE TO BOOK MY RESERVATION. All I got was a spinning wheel, I let the wheel spin for about five minutes on two occasions, and finally I gave up. WallyPark's web designers did a very, very bad job on this one. P.S.-- the website had no difficulty accepting my credit card information. Funny about that! read more
