Ok they did right thing and are processing a refund since I had prepaid for 5 days. I do think they need to train the woman manager from being so hostile towards customers.

The lobby is kinda nice

I arrived & bus was waiting for me to park. The cost if parking here was at least 40% cheaper then at DIA. Highly recommend!!

Ask the Community - Fine Airport Parking

Does Fine airport still have discounts for veterans?

They say they do, but I never understood how they applied it. I do, however, recommend them. The service and convenience is great

We recently were married at the Meadows Event Center. The space is absolutely stunning! However,…read moreour experience in the preceding year had its ups and downs. The space is truly beautiful and the ability to use both levels indoors for the reception as well as the outdoor space for the ceremony allowed us significant variety with the venue giving us the ability to have our guests be entertained while also having so many fantastic spaces to really strut our decor. As expected, it also provided innumerable photo opportunities. Keeping guests shuffling from place to place was great for alleviating the oh so common uncertainty of where to be/what to do at weddings, while allowing for the progression of events throughout the evening. The dance floor upstairs is amazing for entertaining and allows for guests to maximally view the first dance/parent-child dance (as well as guests dancing themselves!). The outdoor space needed little decoration due to the well-cultivated plant life and the seats outside the gazebo comfortably provided seating for everyone. Our day-of experience was wonderful! For the day-of festivities, Simeon (previously site manager and now owner) was very responsive, helpful, and engaging - often rushing to see to any need we had and trying to anticipate our needs as well. The only challenging parts of our experience were related to communication (or lack thereof) with Simeon. While initially he was congenial, responsive and very helpful, the intervening months between booking and our big day was very frustrating at times. One of the major issues was lack of communication. While running a venue is no doubt hard work and time consuming, so often we did not receive any response to vital questions about the space, the amenities, and supplies available for up to a month at a time. The lack of response became so dire we had to reach out through our caterer to try and get a response to some very basic questions. There was also another difficulty that arose that made us feel very uncomfortable. When discussing our wedding with Simeon, we mentioned we were having a Jewish-gay ceremony. Simeon came to us later and asked if his house photographer could take some images of our wedding for promotional materials. We accepted this, but asked that we have access to those images as well. Simeon responded implying that we had misunderstood and that he wanted access to our photographers images for his use (despite clear communication via e-mail). We declined this. He responded that he would just take images himself with his cell phone for his own use. This felt very invasive and made us feel as though our ceremony was a marketing ploy for him which felt rather offensive and disrespectful. This was never truly rectified and we do not know if he was surreptitiously taking images of our ceremony. Simeon's behavior throughout the rest of the day-of was very helpful and attentive. The Meadows Event Center is beautiful and offers so many wonderful photo and entertaining opportunities but we would suggest being direct and very clear with all requests and doing so in writing. And make sure that all of your questions are answered at booking (or before if possible).

The lobby and common area is grand and beautiful with lots of seating. If you're having a casual business meeting, you'll easily be able to find a little nook or corner where you can set up shop and chat. You're about 15-20 minutes from the airport, although at least double that from just about anything else. If you're arranging a meeting place for folks from out of town, this is a great location and will keep people mostly contained to the property. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and well maintained. I really have no complaints, everything was terrific.

If you are the decision-maker responsible for selecting locations for your company function or…read moreconference, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This feels and looks like a dirty Great Wolf Lodge. The restaurants are bad, the prices are bad, all service is bad, your VIPs' rooms won't be ready, you'll hear the people attending the conference next to you, you'll get a half clean room, and the prices per night are pure hilarity. If you're here for a conference on the company dime, check your dining budget first. The steak place on the property is fine, but my large corporation wouldn't cover steak with mushrooms, a sweet potato, and a glass of house chardonnay. I ended up paying 40% out of my own pocket.

A little noisy as people are coming and going but to be expected in these older buildings. Had a problem with the shower and they immediately addressed the issue w/o hesitation. Our room had a step in tub/shower which was fine although at 6' 2" the shower head was a little low. Only suggestions, maybe have a luggage rack in each room upon arrival and a small side chair would have been nice. I stay at the hotel while on business and there's no desk which I realized so no big deal.

They are all very clean, different, interesting and have the most comfortable beds anywhere! The service is the best anywhere..... friendly, helpful and efficient. Kenzie has been my touchstone for the last few years as i'm there every few months. If you need anything fixed in the room, ideas for meals or activities, she is your girl! However, my new best friends there are Haley, Danielle, and, as always, Ed (my fixer when i lock myself out of the room). I travel quite a bit and there are fancier, more luxurious hotels ( not in Fort Collins) BUT this is a very reasonably priced hotel with charm, lovely rooms and great beds ( so important!) and the wonderful service! Insider tip... book directly through the hotel's front desk for a better price!

As a **longtime Marriott Bonvoy member**, I have stayed at many Marriott properties over the years, and service like this stands out. The Jacquard has earned my highest recommendation. The hotel is excellent, but the personal attention and commitment to guest care truly set it apart.
