We've been using this parking facility for years. Formerly US airport parking. There has never been an issue. Park where we want, make note of our parking spot, get picked up by the shuttle, delivered to the terminal. Picked up again by the shuttle upon our return, dropped off at our car. Wait times are awful, no matter how much you alert the staff and higher ups, emails, calls, everything, nothing changes. To show up in time for your flight you need to show up here 3 hours before your flight it seems, then its almost worth taking an Uber from the airport back to the lot after the flight with how long the lines are. They were good about a year ago, now they dont have the shuttles to support their customers anymore and its honestly worth walking away feom all the loyalty points we've accumulated for free stays just to get some actual service. Last 4 times we've used them the wait times have been over 30 minutes on taking to the airport and upwards of 45 minutes to an hour to get home from the airport. read more

You love it until you have a problem. I had to cancel a trip and needing to cancel the pre-paid parking at the Parking Spot. Never had a problem until when I tried to cancel and there are so many rules. If you are paying ahead and save 10% or so and needing to cancel, there is no refund. No credit, nada, nothing. We have used The Parking Spot for several years and have generally had great experiences, but the shuttle service wait times have gotten worse over the last year. What used to be a quick pickup has turned into repeated waits of 45 minutes or more to get back to the parking lot. On our most recent trip, we arrived at 1:30 AM when the airport is not as crowded and still waited 45 minutes before ultimately paying for an Uber because the shuttle tracker indicated it would likely be another 30 minutes or more before we could board a bus due to the limited busses and the long line. We've been told several times that they were short-staffed, but after experiencing the same issue on multiple trips, it appears to be an ongoing problem. With two Parking Spot locations now being serviced, the wait times seem to be getting longer. We gave them several opportunities to address the issue because we had been loyal customers for years, but with the continued delays we will be looking for a better solution. read more

Easy to use. My husband had made a reservation for covered parking. We were picked up promptly after arriving. Seemed to be plenty of space. Upon return home, we also were able to get on a bus right after getting outside the airport. They no longer take note of where you park so be sure to have your keys available upon return so you can flash your lights for them. Staff was friendly. read more

I've used this location for over 10 years, and it used to be great, but now there's a long wait for the shuttles every time. If you use this service, plan on being there at least 4 hours before your flight, and don't plan on getting back to your car within 90 minutes after your flight. All the lights in the parking lot were burnt out, the area is under construction, and we couldn't find the handicap parking. to get to the covered parking area. We prepaid for a Standard/Uncovered parking place and followed the signs as directed when we arrived. When we returned and tried to exit we had to pay 75% more to get the gate to open. This was on top of waiting 20 for the shuttle to take us to DIA and over 45 minutes at DIA for a shuttle to get back to the lot. When I called to ask for a refund the agent told me it was a technical glitch, and made the refund but nothing else. We won't be parking there again. My mother and I had just returned from a trip to see her granddaughter's high school graduation and had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with an extremely rude, and physically-violent driver by the name of Aboubacar Diallo. We had just gotten to island 3 outside of door 511 at Denver International Airport and we were trying to work our way through the crowd of people waiting for the South Lot shuttle, and saw Mr. Diallo's shuttle parked next to the island spot for the West Lot. He began to pull away from where he was parked, so my mother and I figured we would just wait for the next shuttle, since we hadn't quite arrived in time to board his. As we were working our way through the crowd waiting for the South Lot shuttle, Mr. Diallo quickly pulled to the right, near the crowd waiting for the South Lot shuttle, and stepped out to ask "Is anybody here waiting for the West Lot shuttle?", and he only had 4 people on his shuttle at that time. My mother and i raised our hands and rushed to the door, but Mr. Diallo had decided he was going to leave anyway and closed his door while my arm was just going inside his vehicle. He reopened the door before it actually closed on my arm, fortunately, but then yelled at me "ARE YOU GOING TO THE WEST LOT?!"...I barked back at him, but not nearly as loudly, "YES, WE ARE!". That was mistake number one on Mr. Diallo's part, but I was willing to let that slide. What came next, however was completely unacceptable and shows beyond a doubt that Mr. Diallo is a danger to all of your customers because he is physically violent, in addition to being a hot-head. My mother, who just turned 80 years old today, was having a little bit of trouble getting around due to our having traveled all day. Before I could turn around to help her onto the shuttle, Mr. Diallo jumped out of his seat, SNATCHED my mother's luggage from her, and THREW both pieces she was carrying into the storage racks at the front left of the vehicle. As if that wasn't enough, he then begins SCREAMING at her (again, an 80 year old woman) to "HURRY UP! TAKE A SEAT!". She had items in a carry-on that she had specifically avoided putting in her checked bag because they were fragile and she didn't want them getting broken. Fortunately, those items weren't broken by Mr. Diallo's outburst. When we were dropped off at my vehicle, I refused Mr. Diallo's offer to load my vehicle, and I believe that my stone-cold demeanor at that point was effectively communicating that I was not happy with what had just happened. No apology was ever offered by Mr. Diallo, and he appeared to linger for a bit as if he was expecting a tip after all of that. The audacity of that was beyond comprehension. I'm sure this isn't the first time Mr. Diallo has engaged in that kind of behavior, and it is COMPLETELY unacceptable. That can't happen again, and something needs to be done about him. The woman he was screaming at, before she retired, used to travel quite frequently through DEN for her job with the Department of Defense, and she told me last night that it was the first time that she had ever been treated like that by one of your employees. I have also used your West Lot many times in the past for my travels for military contract work, and I too have never been treated like that by one of your employees. Every other experience we have both had has been a wonderful experience. You have one bad apple that has completely destroyed your reputation with us (both of us having been customers for more than 20 years, from when it was USAirport Parking) and it's going to be extremely difficult to continue doing business with you if something isn't done about this. I expect him to face some sort of disciplinary action, even if that only involves putting him on probation to watch how he handles customers. Right now, Mr. Diallo represents a serious liability to your company. He could have easily caused an injury to my mother last night and he would be facing assault charges if he had. Your company would also be held financially responsible for medical treatment if that had happened...and I'm sure you can understand that. This is not intended as a threat, it is simply making you aware of how easily that incident last night could have gone in an extremely unfortunate direction for everybody involved. Used USA for years; transition to Parking Spot was ok, at first. President's Day Weekend: pulled in to park Friday afternoon and told "A shuttle will be there soon." First bad sign. There used to be a line of shuttles waiting for customers. Upon return, 20 people in line at 8 pm and they report they have not seen a shuttle. Tracker app showed only 5 shuttles, 3 of which were at the facility. Calls by frustrated passengers reported "5 more minutes." They were lying. Took an hour to get a ride back. Shuttle drivers was apologetic, but take your money elsewhere. read more

It's still labelled USAirport Parking on the signs and the map. But The Parking Spot has bought it and is in transition to rebranding. It's mostly App and QR driven now, but there are people to help if you need it. They are slowly replacing the old cranky, bumpy, noisy vans with nice new smaller ones so the wait time should be less to fill and empty and a lot more comfortable. Needless to say, the cost to park has increased significantly. We will use it less and take the bus more but there are times when it's great to have a car near the airport. You decide what you need. The drivers are still courteous but there seems to be less office staff. Only one lane of the exit is human powered, so get the app on your phone and figure it out. Apparently the original and long time owner decided to retire and sold the business to an existing company that was already near the airport, but further away with a much smaller lot. Be sure you reserve the correct lot on the app and paying in advance if you are not likely to cancel the trip is a good saving on costs. We were customers of this lot since it was created. They helped us in special circumstances several times. I will miss them. read more

I don't care for their new basic vs standard parking. I can understand added cost for covered parking but now they have added a new level. We waited just under an hour for a shuttle back to the parking spot south with about 40 people waiting on the east side of DIA, I am guessing the same on the west side as you could see a shuttle come for pick up on the app and only go to the west side. This parking service requires a scheduled time, so the company is aware how many pickups are needed at any time and should be prepared as people are prepaying for this service. Leaving so many people standing outside (families with children in the cold, in the middle of the night) is not great service. Other company shuttle drivers came many times while we waited and commented on how surprised they were at the situation. I have used USAirport parking for years and booked the South lot by mistake. After speaking to the rude women in the office tonight that had zero empathy for the situation and a nasty attitude, I will never book with parking spot again and am guessing quite a few other customers were lost tonight as people were leaving the line to take Ubers back to the lot. I feel bad for the shuttle drivers that may have to deal with customer's frustrations when it is not their fault. I give our sweet shuttle driver Mr. Phil 5 stars. read more

I was waiting so long for a shuttle that I had to send my husband in an Uber to pick up our vehicle. Waited over an hour along with 40 other people. As soon as the shuttle would come, it would be filled. Traveling with elderly parents and children. This is not the first time this has happened so do not say there were just flight delays. Every time I have taken a late flight this happens. The WORST customer service I have experienced!!!!! They Do Not care about their customers in the evening hours. We recently took a trip abroad and parked our car at the parking spot for several days. We have used this parking service for quite a few years and have never had any issues. However, and it is a BIG HOWEVER, after being dropped off to a perfectly very dark, unlit parking lot, we discovered the back window of our vehicle was COMPLETELY SHATTERED. The employee on evening duty took our information and filled out a report, then informed us that their insurance wouldn't cover any of the damage because "we chose to park there." We never even received a phone call. They want our funds, just don't want to be responsible for the safety of their customers. We will be looking for a more secure/safe place to park next trip. read more

I was really nervous about trying this, but my plane was so early, I wanted to make sure there was a spot for me rather than driving around the outlying DIA parking lots only to find they were full. The lady at the gate was sooo helpful, and vans come really quickly. Only complaint was there was little in the way of lighting inside the parking area, and I had a heck of a time seeing where I parked, however the driver gives you a card with the row on it! This was recommended to me by a friend so I didn't look up Yelp reviews until after our experience and it seems this is an ongoing issue. Our arrival went well, we were greeted by our shuttle, loaded and off with 2 additional parties in less than 10 minutes. (8 pm) Our return home is when it became disastrous. We got in at 4 am, let them know we were there through the app. Arrived to the pick up location and it took 25+ minutes of waiting to get a shuttle. I called and was met with a rude employee simply letting me know a shuttle was on the way. During this time the shuttle for south did 3 pick ups! We finally got loaded into the shuttle and drove back to the lot. We drove to check out and the QR code wasn't loading so we had to wait in an additional line behind the people we waited with for the shuttle which added an additional 20 minutes. It took us a total of an hour to from the time we got to the shuttle pick up spot to the time we left the lot. We have a 7 month old and it's a completely unacceptable wait time. Get more shuttles, fix the process. Won't be trying again because it looks like peak hours are actually worse than that.... Yikes read more

After decades of happy and satisfying patronage to USAirport for off-site DIA parking, the end has come. In my opinion, and a few "trys" with the new owners, The Parking Spot, I am now shopping around for the next place to spend my money and stow my vehicle because I no longer want to have anything to do with TPS other than to write this review. I could regurgitate all the awful experiences others have recently yelped about if I thought it would be helpful. Suffice it to say, those "Not good" or "Could have been better" reviews are dead-on accurate. To TPS, don't bother reaching out to smooth things over with me. ***please read fully***Been using before ParkDIA. One caution. Reserve the full 24 hours for each day otherwise if your flight is late, they will bill you additional day. They charge for 24 hour in each day. I reserved for 2.5 days but because my flight was 3 hours late I got dinged a full day even though I paid for 3 days, not 2.5. They shouldn't bill you unless you exceed the full hour allowance I.e. 24, 48, 72, 96 etc. Buses are rough riders, be aware. read more

During our recent visit, we opted for covered parking. After parking, we waited nearly 40 minutes before a shuttle arrived to pick us up. We called several times to confirm a bus was on its way. Each time, we were told to park where the signs directed us -- which we had done. Multiple shuttles passed us by, but they were full and did not stop. Upon our return, we realized there are two different shuttle routes, and thankfully, we boarded the correct one. However, another passenger -- an older woman -- mistakenly boarded the wrong shuttle, which is an easy mistake to make since the buses look nearly identical except for the small "South" or "West" sign on the front. When the woman realized the error, she informed the driver, who told her she would need to ride all the way back to the airport and then wait for the correct shuttle. There was no offer of assistance or alternative support. My wife and I ended up driving her to her car, which was five miles away, simply because it was the right thing to do. Frankly, we're disappointed. Mistakes happen, especially after long days of travel. Your staff showed no empathy, and the lack of flexibility or customer care was disappointing. The buses are not clearly marked from the side, and the fact that your drivers don't verify claim tickets or offer help to confused passengers is unacceptable. You advertise service and convenience -- but in this case, both were severely lacking. read more

The parking spot use to be great. It seems they were taken over by another company in the last few months. My wait for the shuttle when I returned home was 40 minutes. They use to run every 10-15 minutes. The employees said They have far fewer staff and less hours, and that the company is choosing to run less shuttles. I can no longer recommend this company. USAirport parking was wonderful, but new ownership is disgraceful. The drivers are still good and courteous, but there just aren't enough of them. Management is terrible - there are now long waits at DIA. To wait for 15-20 minutes between shuttles is not unusual and the lines just on the west side can be over 20 people! We also waited for a shuttle to take us to the airport for over 20 minutes. I called three times and was always told a shuttle was on the way. After the third call, the representative said, "we are a shuttle service, not a taxi." I've had three successive poor experiences so will be looking at other options this next trip. read more

I have been parking at The Parking Spot for over 15 years. They are not what is used to be. They do so much well, but they just don't have enough shuttles!! Wait times upon return are often excessive. It is not uncommon for the first or even second shuttle to arrive to not have the ability to take all who are waiting. This was my first time using The Parking Spot. It was very easy to book online and I got a bunch of free spots because I use my Chase Sapphire credit card. When we arrived, a bus came within 5 minutes to pick us up. When we left the airport, there was a bus already parked in grand transportation. We didn't have to call or anything. I've noticed that there is always a Parking Spot bus. They pick up passengers more frequently than other transportation I have used. Our bus driver, Teddy. was funny and friendly. He dropped everyone off in a quick and organized method. He let us know about more helpful services they offer: - FREE water (cold or lukewarm) waiting in refrigerators by the checkout lanes. - free air compressors - free battery jumps Teddy made sure all of our cars started before leaving and helped us with all of our luggage. They now have an online tipping service, so don't forget to tip in person or online. read more

NO covered parking? really? This is the worst Parking Spot I have used in over 20 years. I responded to their survey and got a caustic mansplainer email response ..... that let me know they are happy with their site. I won't use it again. Shuttles run slow to pick up and directions from baggage claim were non-existent. Airport staff sent me to the wrong area which tells me that Parking Spot knows they have a problem but fails to be proactive about helping drivers to educate travelers of where to go to be picked up on the return trip. IN other words...if you know the airport staff is not going to help travelers you get to help your customers rather than blame the city of Denver. Drivers were courteous but it took me over 45 minutes to get picked up. If you work for parking spot don't bother with your lame excuse responses this time. Get some covered parking and help travelers find your pick up location on our return trip. I gave them 2 stars because drivers were professional and courteous. read more
