I recently used The Parking Spot West for the first time and had an outstanding experience. I booked covered parking for 4 days, and the total cost was only $70, which was much more affordable than other DIA parking options. After making my reservation, I came across some negative reviews and became a little concerned. Thankfully, my experience was the complete opposite. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a friendly attendant who quickly scanned my QR code, gave me clear directions to my parking spot, and even radioed a shuttle driver to meet me there. Once I parked, the shuttle driver was waiting and immediately helped me unload my luggage and get settled on the shuttle. The ride to the airport took about 10 minutes, and I arrived well before my recommended check-in time. My return trip was just as smooth. After landing, I only waited about 10 minutes for a shuttle. The driver was just as friendly and courteous, dropped me off directly at my vehicle, and even helped load my bags into my trunk. The level of customer service was exceptional from start to finish. Everyone I encountered was professional, helpful, and genuinely friendly. I had an amazing experience and highly recommend The Parking Spot West to anyone flying out of DIA. Another bad experience with The Parking Spot. Luckily, the driver was nice this time, but when we got to the exit, their payment process is horrible. You have to find the email they originally sent you (which, in my case, was 2 weeks ago!) and then the QR code wouldn't come up in the email. There was a person standing there to help who had to look everything up via my email address, but what if it had been the middle of the night? Also, the person standing there was quite rude and condescending (like "How dare you not have the email from 2 weeks ago ready to pull up!"). Also, our flight was delayed by 24 hours so even though I got a decent price for the 7 days I originally booked, I paid a daily rate of $17 for that last day...couldn't they honor my original rate, knowing that flights get cancelled? I miss USAirport Parking so much - I'll be shopping for a new parking spot. read more

Here's my experience. The first half of the journey is pretty darned good, in fact, I'd give it 5 stars. You arrive at The Parking Spot West location and there's a friendly greeter at the entry booth that directs you to the location you need to drive to, whether it's covered or outdoor parking. You drive to the indicated location and sure enough, there's a shuttle waiting in the area where you need to park. You park, grab your bags, the driver will help you with the bags and then once the shuttle bus is full, you leave for the airport and arrive at the curbside check in about 20 minutes after parking. Darned good service, in fact, it's great. It's when you return to DIA that you encounter the dystopian descent into madness. The pickup island (number 3) is far too narrow to accommodate the dozens and dozens of people with suit cases and push carts waiting ahead of you for the pickup shuttle. Make no mistake, you will wait for 4 or 5 shuttle buses before you get a chance to board. They typically arrive 20 minutes apart. The bus can accommodate about 18 people and on a busy late afternoon/evening there will be 50 to 100 people waiting for a pickup bus. Then, once the bus arrives at The Parking Spot location (assume one hour to ninety minutes after you've picked up your bags), you begin a random drive up and down the aisles looking for your car. Never mind that you have a parking ticket indicating the location of your car, it's not uncommon for your confirmation ticket to indicate an incorrect aisle, so, you're looking for your space (say Space 342) but your driver is on the wrong side of the lot. Expect 45 minutes of aimless driving before you locate your car. In fairness, our driver did the best he could do, he really tried to be helpful, but, he was working with wrong information and that is certainly not his fault. And on the way out, the credit card kiosk verbal instructions don't match how the buttons are labeled, so, you need to assume "Press Skip to Continue" means for you to press the "Cancel" button to go the next screen. And, here's the icing on the cake, the credit card kiosk will present two payment screens, so even if you paid on the first screen, you will then navigate to a second payment screen. Press Cancel to complete the transaction. Makes sense, right? And if you do press Payment on the second screen, your card will be charged twice. If this operation could increase their capacity during the busy hours and not leave me waiting on the pickup aisle for 60 to 90 minutes, but more like 20 minutes, I wouldn't hesitate to leave 5 stars. But, I'm reluctant to leave 3 stars, and that's only because the outbound part of the journey really is very efficient. The return part is a serious disaster. read more

You love it until you have a problem. I had to cancel a trip and needing to cancel the pre-paid parking at the Parking Spot. Never had a problem until when I tried to cancel and there are so many rules. If you are paying ahead and save 10% or so and needing to cancel, there is no refund. No credit, nanda, nothing. The last thing we wanted to do after 23 hours of travel with no sleep is to wait over an hour to be able to board a shuttle to the parking spot. Yet, this is what we had to do along with about fifty other people waiting for the same shuttle that only holds ten people. Come to find out they only have ONE effing shuttle running. I parked with USA Parking for over 10 years and never once had an issue. Since The Parking Spot took over, the difference is night and day -- and not in a good way. After returning from my trip, I waited with what had to be close to 100 people for a shuttle. We stood there for over 30 minutes before a single bus showed up. During that time, multiple people (myself included) were calling customer service asking them to send additional buses -- clearly, the demand was obvious. It ultimately took 50+ minutes just to get on a shuttle. To make matters worse, the lot itself is currently under construction and laid out like a maze. Once we finally arrived, navigating to our cars was unnecessarily confusing and frustrating. At the end of the day, airport parking should be efficient and reliable -- especially after travel. Waiting nearly an hour for a shuttle, with that many people clearly needing service, is simply unacceptable. When you see that level of demand, you send more buses. Period. I won't be parking here again. read more

We had issues with the equipment not being able to scan the QR code from their app when we checked in. We pressed the help button on the console, but never got a response. After 5 minutes of messing with the QR code reader, we were able to get in. It got worse when we tried to leave. Again the equipment would not recognize the QR code. We were directed to two different exit lanes and neither worked. We had to move to the 'in person' window to work through the issue. An additional 10 minutes to exit the facility. I read a LOT of bad reviews about the Parking Spot West (formerly USAirport Parking) in Denver... I had used USA for many years, and got nervous after reading these bad reviews, but I decided to try it again anyway... ABSOLUTELY GLAD I DID!! As I entered the facility on my way to covered parking, I had a shuttle follow me to my spot, and whisk me and a companion away in minutes... That polite driver took us directly to the airport with no delays, we were the only two on the shuttle in fact, I was floored. On the way back, I waited at the Parking Spot West DIA island for about 5 minutes, and was once again on my way quickly on a half-full shuttle, back to the PS West. I was the second one dropped off... The service was outstanding, thank you Parking Spot!! read more

Where does The Parking Spot South at DIA get off employing drivers that insult paying customers for (politely) asking for more shuttles as their line at DIA is the longest? Their drivers desperately need remedial training in customer service. As a 20 year customer of The Parking Spot who always tips drivers, I will not be using their services any longer and recommend that you also park elsewhere. There are tons of other parking lots at DIA that I am sure have better customer service than drivers that start cursing at a customer if he asks a question. read more

Used to be USAirport Parking but is now Parking Spot West. Name change on Yelp not yet done but all signs and vehicles are changed. Service is a bit rough still. Drivers passing by waiting travelers to move on and we waited for another van to come to us. Drivers very harried. So maybe the change is hard on them too but don't recognize these so maybe new? But not the kind care I had come to expect with old owner and staff. read more

Price was reasonable but the wait for pickup from the airport was unacceptable. I can assume from the line that it had been awhile since a shuttle had been there. We waited 15 for the first shuttle which we could not get on due to all in front of us in line. Then waited 20 more minutes for the next shuttle. For comparison we counted 6 Canopy shuttles come and go during our wait. read more

Now I understand the change in service. Unfortunately USAirport Parking was sold to ThrParkingSpot. . I am so sad since the original owners were super duper nice and am worried about what the new owners have planned for their changes. Their first change is I had to use a credit card upon entry. My frequent card no longer worked. Prices appeared to also have increased. And drop off at the airport is now on Island 3 instead of the terminal curb, delaying you getting into the airport even more. I think their plan is to drop off and pick up during the same stop. Yikes!! Mass confusion and delays... The last visit their pick up after you parked was much faster; however the shuttle bus driver kept stopping to pick up more passengers as he what I thought was exiting to go to the airport. The bus was already jammed packed with only a couple of seats left. Sigh. I am told old rewards can be transferred over to the ParkingSpot rewards, but I hope to use them before January, which I think is the deadline to get the $ into Parking Spot points? I hope the same wonderful team continues to work there post transition. As with all changes I am willing to see how things end up and then will decide if my long long relationship with USAirport will continue with the newly owned version, of it will warrant looking elsewhere. Never again!! This is for Parking Spot West, which used to be USA Parking. When I first went in, no ticket was issued. The problems started when I returned 1. It took forever in the cold to get picked up. Some of us couldn't even get on the shuttle. 2. The notations that were on our tickets were so inaccurate that we all just kept trying to set off our key fobs in the hopes that our car alarms might go off. 3. My car was in such a dark location that I worried for my safety. 4. Because nobody got tickets going in, they had to figure out when we arrived. Three cars trying to do this with one rude person trying to help us all. 5. No prices were posted, and it cost $100 for six days of parking 6. All told it took 1 1/2 hours to go through getting my car on the street from when I started waiting for my shuttle. read more

Sad to say all the good things that USA Parking used to have the Parking Spot has destroyed. Arrived on Monday evening of a long weekend and waited over an hour along with about 60 other customers. People kept calling and they would either hang up on them or say the bus will be there in 5 minutes. Long time customer that will never go back. read more

Easy access and we felt our vehicle would be secure and the price was reasonable we thought!

The people are rude! We parked in this lot before they changed companies! We loaded at the airport and sat on the bus for about 45 minutes before dispatcher let him leave! First ones on. Last ones off! The driver was rude when we asked how long we had to sit there! We were in bus 20! I will not park here in the future and will not recommend it to friends and family! His radio was turned up so loud we couldn't converse with each other! Awful!! read more

Came back late Saturday of the Thanksgiving holiday and waited with others for almost 90 minutes for a shuttle in 10 degrees. Not shocking I am now sick. They should take the $$ being spent on making more covered parking when what they have now is never full, and hire more drivers. Reading reviews this seems to be a constant. Will be using my free days then finding a new place probably at one that 2-3 shuttles came in the time we were waiting. Do better. read more

The change from U.S.A. airport to parking spot has been unfortunate In this case, I had scheduled a trip so pay for an in advance and got a discount and the price was pretty good. But I needed to modify my trip and add two more days and that's what the problem started. I called them and they told me to add two more days. On top of the $32 that I paid they were going to charge me another $84. For the whole trip was over $110. They told me the price was $18-$25 if I remember correctly per day. It's crazy because you can park at the airport for less than that without any hassle. Right across the street is canopy parking and I paid less than half what it cost me how I park the US airport. I have been parking there for many years and that was my go to. But unfortunately, they lost this customer is their base price is way too high in the customer service is poor. read more

Entered automated gate at 4:15 AM, no sign indicating covered parking. We asked a driver and went and parked, minor inconvenience. Followed the signs for the shuttle, no shuttle anywhere to be found or indicated place to wait. Walked back to the entrance and found another driver and expressed our frustration. He pawned us off to another driver who said oh I'm sorry and laughed. Not funny after walking in the dark for 15 to 20 minutes in 37 degree weather. Finally made it to the terminal and the driver wouldn't even help us with our bags. If you wanna improve, try real and sincere customer service. We used the Parking Spot West at DIA and did not have the best experience this time. I don't know that we will use the West Location again. When picked up the van would not let everyone on, he only let a few people and then went to covered parking to get more and those waiting by our vehicle could have filled it up. Then coming back we were in line for over an hour waiting for a shuttle. 3 South shuttles came for 1 west shuttle and that one didn't have a line. They drove right past our car to drop off covered 1st vs closest first making our trip around the parking lot about 20 minutes driving in circles to get to our car. It was almost an hours and a half process to get to our car. read more

Absolutely horrific. We were loyal USAparking members for years and just used the new Parking Spot "west" parking for the first time. Prices are absurd, we waited to get picked up at our car for 20 minutes - but the biggest kicker - we waited in line to be picked up by the shuttle after coming back for 40 minutes. AND we were in the front of the line. We watched several south buses go past with no west buses. After a west bus finally came, they could only take 2 out of the (no joke) 40 people in line. They then missed our car (apparently the wrong location was written down) and we were the last ones off the bus while my husband was trying to explain where our car was. We chatted with multiple other people in line who had the same experience multiple times after giving the Parking Spot a try after the switch. Guess we are now shopping around for a new airport parking location. read more

I just used them the first time and found the whole process to be fantastic. I was directed in to a covered spot, given my locator slip, and then picked up by the shuttle almost immediately after. Drop off at the terminal was quick and easy. When arriving back at the terminal on my way home, I followed the directions on the ticket to the pickup area, and a shuttle was waiting. It left a minute or so after I was onboard, picked up passengers on the other side of the terminal, and then we were on our way back to the lot. As it turns out, I was the first drop off stop out of perhaps ten stops, so it was even faster for me than others. BTW, the shuttle stops at covered before uncovered, so that's another benefit of paying the few extra dollars per day. The one wish is for a better coupon. If you're doing $2 off, at least have that be per day rather than per visit. $2 off the total bill?!? What's the point? read more

The West location ( old US Airport Parking) is like a war zone with construction. We always reserve covered parking and you have to drive the perimeter of the entire empty parking lot to get there. Then, no shuttles for pickup. I called the office before we got picked up. About 40 minutes from entry to arrival at DIA. Terrible! I am not sure what is taking place there but would stay away until the construction is complete. Like others have said it is not like it was when it was US Airport Parking. read more

We got dinged over $40/day parking during Christmas! Then, upon returning after dark, the signage is so poor, it took us 20 minutes to navigate from covered parking to the exit. So frustrating! After leaving my 2016 Rav 4 at the lot for 4 days I came back to find out my car wouldn't start. I had a 1/2 tank of gas when I left paid over $80 to park for 4 days also paid for a tow truck to get it to my mechanic My mechanic said there was not a drop of gas in my car!!!!! So what happened to my gas while I was parked there ??????? Called and asked to speak to the manager, said he would call me the following day NEVER got a call back! read more

During the Thanksgiving holiday, we were able to get a parking spot right away. The workers seemed very coordinated and were in constant communication with each other about picking up passengers via walkie-talkies. The drive was smooth and felt safe. On our way home, we didn't have to wait long at all, maybe 5-10 minutes. The driver was very kind and helped put all the luggage in the storage compartments in an orderly fashion and treated the luggage kindly. He brought everyone right to their car and offered to even put the luggage in the car. Our car had a dead battery. I called the number provided and a lady picked up right away. She came right away to jump our car and was very friendly. Overall, we had a great experience! I hope they keep up the quality of service! read more

USAirport was the go to place for for off airport parking. With the new owners the price has doubled and the service is longer the same. I've been parking there since the beginning but after my recent visit, I'm done. The price and service just don't add up. the link takes you to the reservation page for the south location (which is cheaper) and your reservation is nonrefundable. but they let you modify your reservation to the west location which is almost twice as much money that you'll obviously be forced to pay since a cancellation is not allowed. this place is a scam. do not use. read more

if I could leave 0 star I would. we are gold members and the worst service! not en shuttles running. we took uber from airport to the lot to get our car and was yelled at by workers for waiting to get in to get our car do not use them. USA airport parking was way better. read more
