Easy access and we felt our vehicle would be secure and the price was reasonable we thought!

I parked with USA Parking for over 10 years and never once had an issue. Since The Parking Spot took over, the difference is night and day -- and not in a good way. After returning from my trip, I waited with what had to be close to 100 people for a shuttle. We stood there for over 30 minutes before a single bus showed up. During that time, multiple people (myself included) were calling customer service asking them to send additional buses -- clearly, the demand was obvious. It ultimately took 50+ minutes just to get on a shuttle. To make matters worse, the lot itself is currently under construction and laid out like a maze. Once we finally arrived, navigating to our cars was unnecessarily confusing and frustrating. At the end of the day, airport parking should be efficient and reliable -- especially after travel. Waiting nearly an hour for a shuttle, with that many people clearly needing service, is simply unacceptable. When you see that level of demand, you send more buses. Period. I won't be parking here again. read more

I read a LOT of bad reviews about the Parking Spot West (formerly USAirport Parking) in Denver... I had used USA for many years, and got nervous after reading these bad reviews, but I decided to try it again anyway... ABSOLUTELY GLAD I DID!! As I entered the facility on my way to covered parking, I had a shuttle follow me to my spot, and whisk me and a companion away in minutes... That polite driver took us directly to the airport with no delays, we were the only two on the shuttle in fact, I was floored. On the way back, I waited at the Parking Spot West DIA island for about 5 minutes, and was once again on my way quickly on a half-full shuttle, back to the PS West. You love it until you have a problem. I had to cancel a trip and needing to cancel the pre-paid parking at the Parking Spot. Never had a problem until when I tried to cancel and there are so many rules. If you are paying ahead and save 10% or so and needing to cancel, there is no refund. No credit, nanda, nothing. Price was reasonable but the wait for pickup from the airport was unacceptable. I can assume from the line that it had been awhile since a shuttle had been there. We waited 15 for the first shuttle which we could not get on due to all in front of us in line. Then waited 20 more minutes for the next shuttle. For comparison we counted 6 Canopy shuttles come and go during our wait. read more

Never again!! This is for Parking Spot West, which used to be USA Parking. When I first went in, no ticket was issued. The problems started when I returned 1. It took forever in the cold to get picked up. Some of us couldn't even get on the shuttle. 2. The notations that were on our tickets were so inaccurate that we all just kept trying to set off our key fobs in the hopes that our car alarms might go off. 3. My car was in such a dark location that I worried for my safety. 4. Because nobody got tickets going in, they had to figure out when we arrived. Three cars trying to do this with one rude person trying to help us all. 5. No prices were posted, and it cost $100 for six days of parking 6. All told it took 1 1/2 hours to go through getting my car on the street from when I started waiting for my shuttle. read more

Sad to say all the good things that USA Parking used to have the Parking Spot has destroyed. Arrived on Monday evening of a long weekend and waited over an hour along with about 60 other customers. People kept calling and they would either hang up on them or say the bus will be there in 5 minutes. Long time customer that will never go back. read more

Used to be USAirport Parking but is now Parking Spot West. Name change on Yelp not yet done but all signs and vehicles are changed. Service is a bit rough still. Drivers passing by waiting travelers to move on and we waited for another van to come to us. Drivers very harried. So maybe the change is hard on them too but don't recognize these so maybe new? But not the kind care I had come to expect with old owner and staff. read more

We used the Parking Spot West at DIA and did not have the best experience this time. I don't know that we will use the West Location again. When picked up the van would not let everyone on, he only let a few people and then went to covered parking to get more and those waiting by our vehicle could have filled it up. Then coming back we were in line for over an hour waiting for a shuttle. 3 South shuttles came for 1 west shuttle and that one didn't have a line. They drove right past our car to drop off covered 1st vs closest first making our trip around the parking lot about 20 minutes driving in circles to get to our car. It was almost an hours and a half process to get to our car. read more

Now I understand the change in service. Unfortunately USAirport Parking was sold to ThrParkingSpot. . I am so sad since the original owners were super duper nice and am worried about what the new owners have planned for their changes. Their first change is I had to use a credit card upon entry. My frequent card no longer worked. Prices appeared to also have increased. And drop off at the airport is now on Island 3 instead of the terminal curb, delaying you getting into the airport even more. I think their plan is to drop off and pick up during the same stop. Yikes!! Mass confusion and delays... The last visit their pick up after you parked was much faster; however the shuttle bus driver kept stopping to pick up more passengers as he what I thought was exiting to go to the airport. The bus was already jammed packed with only a couple of seats left. Sigh. I am told old rewards can be transferred over to the ParkingSpot rewards, but I hope to use them before January, which I think is the deadline to get the $ into Parking Spot points? I hope the same wonderful team continues to work there post transition. As with all changes I am willing to see how things end up and then will decide if my long long relationship with USAirport will continue with the newly owned version, of it will warrant looking elsewhere. Came back late Saturday of the Thanksgiving holiday and waited with others for almost 90 minutes for a shuttle in 10 degrees. Not shocking I am now sick. They should take the $$ being spent on making more covered parking when what they have now is never full, and hire more drivers. Reading reviews this seems to be a constant. Will be using my free days then finding a new place probably at one that 2-3 shuttles came in the time we were waiting. Do better. read more

the link takes you to the reservation page for the south location (which is cheaper) and your reservation is nonrefundable. but they let you modify your reservation to the west location which is almost twice as much money that you'll obviously be forced to pay since a cancellation is not allowed. this place is a scam. do not use. read more

The change from U.S.A. airport to parking spot has been unfortunate In this case, I had scheduled a trip so pay for an in advance and got a discount and the price was pretty good. But I needed to modify my trip and add two more days and that's what the problem started. I called them and they told me to add two more days. On top of the $32 that I paid they were going to charge me another $84. For the whole trip was over $110. They told me the price was $18-$25 if I remember correctly per day. It's crazy because you can park at the airport for less than that without any hassle. Right across the street is canopy parking and I paid less than half what it cost me how I park the US airport. I have been parking there for many years and that was my go to. But unfortunately, they lost this customer is their base price is way too high in the customer service is poor. read more

Entered automated gate at 4:15 AM, no sign indicating covered parking. We asked a driver and went and parked, minor inconvenience. Followed the signs for the shuttle, no shuttle anywhere to be found or indicated place to wait. Walked back to the entrance and found another driver and expressed our frustration. He pawned us off to another driver who said oh I'm sorry and laughed. Not funny after walking in the dark for 15 to 20 minutes in 37 degree weather. Finally made it to the terminal and the driver wouldn't even help us with our bags. If you wanna improve, try real and sincere customer service. First and last time, I'm voting with my feet, literally and figuratively!!! read more

Absolutely horrific. We were loyal USAparking members for years and just used the new Parking Spot "west" parking for the first time. Prices are absurd, we waited to get picked up at our car for 20 minutes - but the biggest kicker - we waited in line to be picked up by the shuttle after coming back for 40 minutes. AND we were in the front of the line. We watched several south buses go past with no west buses. After a west bus finally came, they could only take 2 out of the (no joke) 40 people in line. They then missed our car (apparently the wrong location was written down) and we were the last ones off the bus while my husband was trying to explain where our car was. We chatted with multiple other people in line who had the same experience multiple times after giving the Parking Spot a try after the switch. Guess we are now shopping around for a new airport parking location. read more

We got dinged over $40/day parking during Christmas! Then, upon returning after dark, the signage is so poor, it took us 20 minutes to navigate from covered parking to the exit. So frustrating! The West location ( old US Airport Parking) is like a war zone with construction. We always reserve covered parking and you have to drive the perimeter of the entire empty parking lot to get there. Then, no shuttles for pickup. I called the office before we got picked up. About 40 minutes from entry to arrival at DIA. Terrible! I am not sure what is taking place there but would stay away until the construction is complete. Like others have said it is not like it was when it was US Airport Parking. read more

I just used them the first time and found the whole process to be fantastic. I was directed in to a covered spot, given my locator slip, and then picked up by the shuttle almost immediately after. Drop off at the terminal was quick and easy. When arriving back at the terminal on my way home, I followed the directions on the ticket to the pickup area, and a shuttle was waiting. It left a minute or so after I was onboard, picked up passengers on the other side of the terminal, and then we were on our way back to the lot. As it turns out, I was the first drop off stop out of perhaps ten stops, so it was even faster for me than others. BTW, the shuttle stops at covered before uncovered, so that's another benefit of paying the few extra dollars per day. The one wish is for a better coupon. If you're doing $2 off, at least have that be per day rather than per visit. $2 off the total bill?!? What's the point? read more

After leaving my 2016 Rav 4 at the lot for 4 days I came back to find out my car wouldn't start. I had a 1/2 tank of gas when I left paid over $80 to park for 4 days also paid for a tow truck to get it to my mechanic My mechanic said there was not a drop of gas in my car!!!!! So what happened to my gas while I was parked there ??????? Called and asked to speak to the manager, said he would call me the following day NEVER got a call back! read more

During the Thanksgiving holiday, we were able to get a parking spot right away. The workers seemed very coordinated and were in constant communication with each other about picking up passengers via walkie-talkies. The drive was smooth and felt safe. On our way home, we didn't have to wait long at all, maybe 5-10 minutes. The driver was very kind and helped put all the luggage in the storage compartments in an orderly fashion and treated the luggage kindly. He brought everyone right to their car and offered to even put the luggage in the car. Our car had a dead battery. I called the number provided and a lady picked up right away. She came right away to jump our car and was very friendly. Overall, we had a great experience! I hope they keep up the quality of service! read more

USAirport was the go to place for for off airport parking. With the new owners the price has doubled and the service is longer the same. I've been parking there since the beginning but after my recent visit, I'm done. The price and service just don't add up. if I could leave 0 star I would. we are gold members and the worst service! not en shuttles running. we took uber from airport to the lot to get our car and was yelled at by workers for waiting to get in to get our car do not use them. USA airport parking was way better. read more

Horrible experience today. Waited for over 30 minutes for shuttle. Called to complain while in line and was told they were just busy. Others in line got an Uber. They sent 1 bus for ~40 people. Completely understaffed! A/C on bus not working and unable to open any windows. We used to use USAirport all the time and never had these problems. We won't be back. read more

The change in ownership has been an absolute disaster. For more than a decade I have parked there in excess of 3x per month and have loved how things were managed and the personal service provided. The changes with the new ownership has caused me to move on. 1. Being forced to make a reservation is a hassle I don't need. I have enough details I need to think about. 2. Even with a reservation, near as I can tell, the price is 2x what it used to be (certainly more than $20/night for uncovered) 3. Any and all discounts were deleted from my account without notifying me. 4. It's now really necessary to upload your credit card number to their SW to park there. (I really hate someone else taking responsibility for securing my CC# in their system! This is a recipe for disaster IMO. ) 5. The delays for shuttle pickup (both directions) is consistently twice as long as it used to be. 6. They decided, without notice, to turn off the car-chargers leaving those of us who count on a charge while traveling iffy for having enough charge to get home. 7. They have become totally impersonal. Their answer for everything is "use the ap". Sorry I prefer to use a park from a lot managed by people NOT an ap. read more

Terrible. Nothing much to say beyond that No shuttles. For some reason they get angry when I call the office after standing in the lot for 15 minutes and the drivers are angry that they have to pick me up. I will pay more to park elsewhere now. read more

Was a LOYAL customer of USAirport Parking for 20 some years. I will never be back. Cost me $81 for a Fri-Mon visit. I hadn't been there since Oct, 2024, before the take over. Upon entering, (I didn't pay attention to the change and there were no instructions so I didn't know my US card wouldn't work.) A shuttle driver finally came over and told me to swipe my credit card...somewhat friendly. But on my trip home...walking out to Island 3 - saw the driver, flagged him and thought he saw me (it wasn't crowded) but didn't wait for me. I waited at the curb then for another 25 minutes for the next shuttle driver who was apparently Mario Andretti. Then when I tried to checkout and pay - again lack of instruction - the attendant who finally came out to help was very rude. Looks like I'm headed across the street. Bu Bye read more

Wish it was still USA parking. The prices went up and the service went down. Used to be able to get a shuttle back from the airport fairly quickly but we had to wait for 3 shuttles before we could get back. Driver said they had laid off a lot of drivers to save costs read more

they towed my car out of a handicap spot for there own construction drag my 4x4 into a different spot causing transmission damage and wheel scuffs . all while i was gone without my knowledge . i got in my vehicle to leave and my transmission clucked ver loud into drive and is driving abnormal now . when i went in the office request the insurance info . i was greeted my jessica and chris who were extremely rude ! chris started he didn't give a fuck because his two weeks was already in stating fuck me and this job and trying to fight me in the lobby of the office . he came out from around the counter and got in my face very threating . screaming at me in my face and insulting me. i demanded that call the police and they did not .jessica tried muiple times to get chris out if my face but he kept escalating and threating me i told him sevral times to get out of my face and he would not . run far away from this location. if you don't, you're gonna end up with the damage vehicle like me. no insurance information was provided. they stated the gm walked out and there is no supervisors anymore only a regional manager not on site . i am not stranded with my 4 kids with a faulty vehicle . very very very poor ran business . i was given the phone number to chrises office which obviously is not helpful . park anywhere else ! read more

Pricing varies with current parking volume. Holiday travel is MUCH more expensive. There is poor transparency with pricing. Who wants that?!

The worst experience I have ever had. Rent a car, uber, walk, run, anything is better than this unorganized dumpster fire.
