Twice my tires were running low on air due to the radical temperature changes. Not only does One Parking have a portable air pump, but Chad the manager in-charge offered to pump my tires for me. During a service call on my car, I had a loaner vehicle for a few days. I was a bit worried about being able to get in and out of garage. Again I just send an email and within minutes, Chad had granted me access to leave without issue. One Parking may not be the cheapest option --- but they are definitely the best. You get what you pay for.

When exiting, there was no kiosk, no QR code, no phone number, and no payment instructions whatsoever. The only sign stated "pay by phone," yet no phone number or QR code was provided. There was also no attendant or staff member available for assistance. I called the phone numbers listed on the website multiple times--one number was disconnected, and the other went directly to a towing company. At that point, my only option was to leave and wait for a ticket to arrive in the mail, which I knew would happen. That is completely unacceptable. This garage is clearly designed to trap drivers who reasonably assume payment will be straightforward, when in reality there is no way to pay at all. After receiving the ticket, I called the number provided and was placed in a 20-person queue, where it was obvious everyone was calling for the same issue. When I finally spoke with a representative to dispute the charge, I was told, "If there were no directions on how to pay, then why did you stay?" That response alone shows how fundamentally broken and predatory this operation is. This is not user error -- it is a deceptive system designed to penalize drivers with no clear method of compliance.

This place $20 normal parking for lunch time for a few hours. Parking attendant confirmed she put an Early Bird coupon card on my car, but when I went to leave & tried to use it, it somehow didn't apply to me and she was not nice about it all. I get it if you have rules but the whole thing was not handled or communicated well, and then for $20 to be the normal price for a few hours is a joke. Someone also had summery clothes laid out for people to take as needed. Made me smile. We passed a cool play structure for small kids in the shape of a honeycomb/hive, with chairs on the side for parents to rest and watch. The efforts of Denver to revitalize their downtown appear to be paying off. I would hang out there more if we lived nearby (between heading out to Golden or the Red Rocks Amphitheater;)). Every time I have visited the 16th Street area, I am always completely underwhelmed. They have some chain restaurants and stores and there are at leave some food options available but absolutely feels like something I would get in the car to go see. I mean they have some little displays with Denver sports legends (like Elway and Sakic) which is kind of cool, but again, there is nothing here to actually get excited about. Also, by 9 pm this place seems to turn into a ghost town. That really surprised me on both visits as well. In my opinion, you could walk through this area one time, take some pics and be done with it. So much space and nothing memorable about most of it. 2 stars.

Honestly, I haven't been to any of business' inside the Station so I can't comment to that. I was just here to make my way to and from the airport. I've always appreciated the architecture of the building as well. I had to catch an early flight out of Denver, so I had to get there very early and managed to get some great picture of Union Station lit up! Very freaking cool! :) Probably one of the nicer train stations I've been to in all my travels! lol 5 stars.

My assumption for the light rail was I would tap my phone once I was inside the train, however, you need to tap at a kiosk outside the platform. I did not mean to ride for free, but I did. What more can you ask for in an outdoor shopping mall. At 3 floors this place has a variety of options for everyone. Unfortunately it is also plagued by the homeless who stay closer towards 16th street. I did see some in the hot topic when I was there. Overall it is nice venue. I highly recommend checking it out if you're in the downtown Denver area.
