POS COMPANY. SCAM ARTIST This garage is an absolute scam. When entering, no ticket was issued. When exiting, there was no kiosk, no QR code, no phone number, and no payment instructions whatsoever. The only sign stated "pay by phone," yet no phone number or QR code was provided. There was also no attendant or staff member available for assistance. I called the phone numbers listed on the website multiple times--one number was disconnected, and the other went directly to a towing company. At that point, my only option was to leave and wait for a ticket to arrive in the mail, which I knew would happen. That is completely unacceptable. This garage is clearly designed to trap drivers who reasonably assume payment will be straightforward, when in reality there is no way to pay at all. After receiving the ticket, I called the number provided and was placed in a 20-person queue, where it was obvious everyone was calling for the same issue. When I finally spoke with a representative to dispute the charge, I was told, "If there were no directions on how to pay, then why did you stay?" That response alone shows how fundamentally broken and predatory this operation is. When the elevator is not working in this garage, it can be difficult or impossible for elderly people to get down to ground level and back to their vehicles. No notice is posted of elevator outage at garage entrance and it is impossible to contact anyone to report the issue. Very frustrating! read more

This company is a lot of trouble without much benefit. I parked here for a few hours, I think I wrote my license plate in wrong or something. I paid the $16.50 to park. Then they sent me a letter demanding $102. I had to enter info into their dispute resolution website. I gave them a copy of my credit card bill, saying I'd paid. They wrote me asking for more info. Luckily I searched back through my emails and found the receipt. So I emailed them again. Their letter is very threatening and seems to hope to intimidate people into just giving them $102. They threaten to send it to collections. Look for a better place to park, it's a lot of time and effort to stop the intimidation. read more

WORST PARKING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! We were in downtown Denver on June 2, 2024 and decided to park and walk around. If only we knew what we were getting ourselves into! Upon pulling in we were shocked that we didn't get a ticket so we knew exactly when and how long we parked. We suspect this is part of the plan. There's nobody working there either, security or parking attendants. Another red flag! We parked on the fourth floor and the first thing we noticed was that the place was filthy, but we made sure we didn't touch anything as we exited the garage. We returned to the parking garage about two and a half hours later and tried to figure out how to pay. We scanned a QR code and went to the payment sight, we noticed upon entering that a day maximum for parking was $16 max so I entered our time as well as I could remember and submitted a payment of $12.50, which seemed reasonable since the stated "day max" was $16. About a week later we received a letter from PRRS (Parking Revenue Recovery Services, Inc.) informing us that since we didn't pay now we were being charged $92.00. I appealed and sent proof of payment so they kindly reduced the amount to $72! There are too many parking garages in downtown Denver to ever park in this one. Global Pacific Parking appears to have sold this dump to NEUSTETERS GARAGE / NATIONWIDE PARKING SERVICES. If I could give Neusteter's Garage negative 5 stars, I would. This is one of the worst run garage that I've found so far. There is NO SECURITY in the building. The homeless inhabit the stairwells - pissing on the walls (do not touch the stairwell door handles or railing), taking craps, shooting up (seen this on too many occasions), throw their trash (after stealing from Ross across the street), steal everything from unlocked cars (happened to me 2x when I accidentally forgot to lock my car), etc. They also charge you $45 even when you've paid the daily maximum fee. I parked at 1520 Stout St, Denver, CO for 3 hours. Upon leaving, the machine to pay was not working and the gate was up, so I left. I received a notice from Parking Revenue Recovery Services in the mail stating that I owed $92 for failing to pay. I contested the charge online via their website, explaining the situation and informing them that I was willing to pay the posted rate of $16, but certainly not $92. They dropped the charge to $72. I then called them to contest that amount, as it was still far more than the hourly rate posted. I was told that this is a "text to pay" facility, even though that information was not clearly displayed or communicated at the parking garage, and that they would not reduce my fee to the posted $16 rate. read more

It's basically a scam for your money. There's no rules posted and as you're leaving it says to pay online with a reservation number you were supposed to have before you even entered the garage. Not to mention there is NOTHING telling you this except for when you're already leaving. read more

Global Pacific Parking in the Neustetter's Building between 15th and 16th on Stout is THE WORST. The stairwells and elevators are filthy and smell like a combination of urine and barf on most days. They have had the cut thru sections blocked off for months so you have to literally go to the very top level and all the way back down just to get out. And if you try to avoid that by going around one corner and a short ramp well after business hours, they send you a nasty email telling you that "if it's too much for you to follow the rules, then go park somewhere else. $75 TICKET. NEVER PARK IN ANY GLOBAL PACIFIC LOTS. Parked in the lot at California and 22nd and paid the $2.00 after 5pm rate in August, put ticket on dash. Returned 2 hours later to find $75 ticket on the windshield. Sent proof of the receipt of payment in to them... and they are still hounding me for payment from their collect agency, saying it is an unpaid debt.
