I was excited to come back to Denver Pavilions and see what they had, but unfortunately it was not like as it was compared to my last visit, which was maybe 10 years ago. :( If you're looking to go shopping here, then you'll be in for a big disappointment. To describe Denver Pavilions today is very sad and tired, with only a handful of retail stores left, such as Sephora, Hot Topic, and H&M. I remember going to Forever 21 the last time I was here, but sadly they had closed. The rest of the occupants left are just restaurants, a movie theater, an arcade, and a bowling alley. I think maybe at least 75% of space was vacant, mostly on the second and third floor. The only places that I visited were IT'SUGAR and Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. It was just not interesting being here at all. Also, the entire 16th Street Mall in front of it is all torn up and under construction, which can be a pain to access. Who wants to listen to all that loud construction noise while shopping/dining at an outdoor mall? Malls are becoming a thing of the past these days, which is sad but true. I guess some things are not as good as you remember before.

Convenient mall in a popular area. Denver Pavilions is a pretty big place. It has many national stores. Also there's local businesses. This has all kinds of entertainment and shopping. Endless possibilities for eating and shopping here. It has several levels. There's escalators but the last time some weren't working. Among the businesses here is a bowling alley. There's also a large theater. It has several ways to get to, with the best being the free 16th Street bus. There's also parking but there's not much space. It has some ways you can save money here. Movie theater has free parking. This can get crowded at times.

Pretty cool outdoor mall. Some of the stores were not reopened yet while we were in town but visitors can find some cool deals in the stores that are. There is a whole strip of restaurants and bars lined up on the other side of the mall which is fun to walk through. Masks are required even when outdoors. Escalators and elevators are available to assist to the upper floors.

This is a shopping center in downtown Denver. The shops span 3 floors and two blocks. The section of Glenarm Pl between the two blocks is closed to vehicular traffic. There are about 25 shops. It might look like more in the directory, but only because it lists some stores 3-4 times.

Never know what you'll see why people watching here.

Great place for photo ops, shops and more. A movie theater that offers four hour free parking below and many choices of restaurants to dine at. Here I find several of my favorite stores to browse & buy, H & M, Papyrus, & Claire's. So many more to choose from.

Different places to walk through and explore. Very close to everything . Very cute stores out front. Lots of top stores even has a ton of restaurants and a bowling alley. Very cute area. Will return

An outdoor shopping plaza with several floors and multiple locations to shop. I can see how this is a tourist draw, but if I were a local, I probably wouldn't go here. It's in the heart of downtown, by the financial district and convention center. We were able to walk here from our hotel, which made it really convenient and easy to get to. However, if you're driving it might be difficult to find a parking spot to be able to get over here which is why is a local I probably wouldn't come here. They have a variety of chain retail shopping locations. It also offered up a couple of different restaurants and a large movie theater. You could either opt for the escalator or the elevator to go to the variety of floors that were on offer. The movie theater was all the way at the top. The stores that were here are the same that you find at almost any mall. So if you're not located in the downtown area where you can walk here I would suggest skipping this and going to a mall in the area closer to where you are. Overall: B Standard chain stores, hit them up if walking distance.

Didn't get to go down the entire street but we enjoyed what we did get to. Decently kept area, great food "trucks" down the middle parts of the street. Overall great area to walk and shop around for a few hours.

    Nice sign

Run down and mostly empty. Parking is expensive. Don't waste your time if you're visiting the city.

This neighborhood felt clean and upscale with plenty of great shopping and restaurants. When I asked ChatGPT to compare it to a San Diego neighborhood, it said Encinitas or La Jolla (if that reference point means anything to you). The area itself encompasses around 16 blocks filled with lots to do. We stayed at the Jacquard Hotel, which is part of the Marriott family. It was a lovely stay with a great lobby restaurant, Narrative and rooftop pool and bar. We enjoyed shopping at the mall as well as at the shops that line the streets. In terms of food, Quality Italian was our favorite for dinner and we enjoyed Little Man Ice Cream!

It's time for an update. Rather than focus on parking which continues to be a problem, let's focus…read moreon activity. The premier living and shopping area of Denver is absolutely going through gentrification. Very nice single-story and two-story retail buildings are being torn down in order to provide more office buildings, apartment buildings and condominiums as well as lots more retail shops, spas , beauty salons and pricey restaurants and bars. Of course, it adds and brings thousands of people to the area, but with little hope of avoiding congestion. The city continues to express its desire that people visit using public transportation, but, of course, there are no trains, subways, or, rapid transit of any make, style or kind. For those who dare to bicycle into Cherry Creek North, be sure that your health insurance is paid up. So what's Cherry Creek North starting to look like, you guessed it, a mini Metropolitan downtown. Yet, it remains the place to shop and eat and walk among lots and lots of beautiful people who seem to own lots of dogs. Once the next door Cherry Creek West Neighborhood becomes developed it will add several thousand more people into the area. It remains Beverly Hills without the large green frontages, mostly big homes and beautiful landscaping, but, instead, a visitors' delight with high end homes and pricey apartments and high end retail shopping.
