If you're seeing this review or location you're probably already familiar. Maybe you love the First Watch modding meditation juice. Maybe you get crafty at Michael's. Maybe you're curious what exists adjacent from the nearby Costco? Or maybe you just look for listings for anything local on Yelp like I do. Lots of parking here. Almost too much per each business really. It'll get tough the closer you are to the business depending on popularity but that can be said for anywhere. Lots of people roll quickly through the area so watch your blind spots! I think they'll add more stores in here as business returns and Covid restrictions lessen. Most of the stores here have been around for a good while though so it's already a good location. Something for everyone from shopping to food and hobbies.

Pizza (Papa John's), sushi, a bar (Bout Time Pub and Grub), and a breakfast spot are adjacent. They also have a Burger King and a Taco Bell. A Chase Bank, a gym, Big Lots, a massage place, a 7-11, a liquor store, King Soopers also with a gas station, and J's Cafe (Chinese) rounds out the area. Basically one big parking lot with several stores around the outside perimeter. No real lanes or arrows in or out so watch where you park and drive. Some people will drive 35 through the parking lot so that's something to be careful of. Otherwise it's like any other strip mall in the area.

This neighborhood felt clean and upscale with plenty of great shopping and restaurants. When I asked ChatGPT to compare it to a San Diego neighborhood, it said Encinitas or La Jolla (if that reference point means anything to you). The area itself encompasses around 16 blocks filled with lots to do. We stayed at the Jacquard Hotel, which is part of the Marriott family. It was a lovely stay with a great lobby restaurant, Narrative and rooftop pool and bar. We enjoyed shopping at the mall as well as at the shops that line the streets. In terms of food, Quality Italian was our favorite for dinner and we enjoyed Little Man Ice Cream!

The premier living and shopping area of Denver is absolutely going through gentrification. Very nice single-story and two-story retail buildings are being torn down in order to provide more office buildings, apartment buildings and condominiums as well as lots more retail shops, spas , beauty salons and pricey restaurants and bars. Of course, it adds and brings thousands of people to the area, but with little hope of avoiding congestion. The city continues to express its desire that people visit using public transportation, but, of course, there are no trains, subways, or, rapid transit of any make, style or kind. For those who dare to bicycle into Cherry Creek North, be sure that your health insurance is paid up. So what's Cherry Creek North starting to look like, you guessed it, a mini Metropolitan downtown. Yet, it remains the place to shop and eat and walk among lots and lots of beautiful people who seem to own lots of dogs. Once the next door Cherry Creek West Neighborhood becomes developed it will add several thousand more people into the area. It remains Beverly Hills without the large green frontages, mostly big homes and beautiful landscaping, but, instead, a visitors' delight with high end homes and pricey apartments and high end retail shopping.

Belmar has over 80 vendors ranging from chefs, jewelers, vintners, artisans and creative entrepreneurs all situated *indoors*. The venue is vast and festive. Be sure to grab a shop and sip ticket ($35) and be rewarded with fun libations, a shopping bag and swag to boot. Heirloom Baking was on hand for a cookie workshop ($20), several food trucks were available for grab and go yummies and THE RINK was open for post shopping ice skating fun. Quite a change from the art gallery. Talking as an old retail guy, the merchandising is particularly well done. All of the items are nicely arranged and well-organized. The good taste of the owner is obvious in the quality of the stock which ranges from art to furniture to housewares to home decor to clothing--and even a few hats. I found a reasonably priced, high quality men's sweater different than any others in my collection of sweaters.
