I had such a fun time at the Stanley Marketplace! I originally went for an appointment at The Semion Barbershop, but we got there early and ended up grabbing a bite while waiting. It was pretty packed. The place itself is incredible, definitely more of a "coolest mall I've ever been to" vibe than your typical mall. There are so many unique shops, from books to specialty stores, a liquor store, and even a lounge with a pool table. We tried Maria's Empanadas, which I've been wanting to try forever, and it definitely was everything I hoped it'd be. So many delicious varieties. Everything was fresh and delicious. I also had a watermelon drink and a pistachio cookie, and everything was perfect. We also had some smoked mac and cheese at the barbecue spot, it was okay, a little too peppery and not as fresh as I'd hoped, but overall the food experience was nice. What a cool space! I've been here a few times for events and shopping and am always impressed by the variety of options in the marketplace. Camp Christmas is so beautiful here! They did a wonderful job decorating for the season with whimsical, quirky, beautiful decor everywhere. It's like Christmas exploded at the Stanley and I loved every bit of it. Lots of great places for photos and the selfie love people out there. The space is uniquely laid out with three levels full of unique local shops from apparel, to books to stem toys and even cooking classes! Stanley is a neat spot that is half food court half shopping center with plenty of lounging space. You'll find Denver Biscuit, Misaka, Chi Lin, and other restaurants as well as an outdoor seating area with a sand volleyball court. There's also a wine shop and overall easy to navigate. I've come here again a few times and all the food I've tried is great and the stores have a lot to offer. Always enjoy a trip over to Stanley Marketplace. Great stores and restaurants and fun to see them dressed up a little bit for the holidays. We came for the return of Camp Christmas as it is one of our favorite holiday traditions. There was a couple of fun installations to view as well as the walk through experience. We had fun but were a little disappointed this year as everything felt on much smaller scale than usual. More of a sprinkle of Christmas fun rather than the usual Christmas extravaganza we've come to know and love from Camp Christmas. Still fun but a bit underwhelming. We were also disappointed to see some of our favorites from years past missing like the scavenger hunt and music playlists for different times of day. Also a bit disappointed that they are charging the same price for adults and children in the walk through experience. Hope that next year Camp Christmas will be back in full form. read more

A really great place to combine food, shopping, and some good time with companions. Stanley marketplace has lots of food stores, restaurants and a bunch of stores selling books, top quality fashion goods. I have seen a salon, a pilate spot, a gym and private party spots as well. There was live music on first floor hall when we walked in. We had some good empanadas and bonbons there. Did some shopping from couple of the stores. One of the cool places to visit when in Denver. Stanley Market place has a lot going for it. The variety of shops that make up the marketplace are very unique and makes for a fun window shopping locale. The selection of restaurants/food markets is also quite fun to peruse. The marketplace itself is clean and has security that is visible. The Marketplace has been a great addition to the old Stapleton area. As a result, the marketplace has some cute historical nods back to what the spot used to be. On this venture, we visited the Traveling Mercies, Maria's Empanadas, and Cheluna Brewery. All very fun and fit perfectly into the style and theme of the Marketplace. It was much appreciated that they have waved the parking fees for the holiday season. However, charging for parking is not a great look for the ownership here, so hopefully they will remove the parking charges for good after the holidays. read more

Poppy and Pine offers fresh flower stems for purchase along with the loveliest scents and knick knacks or stationery if you love pen to paper like I do. True and Sterre let's you snag fashionable finds that won't make you a carbon copy. Plenty of eateries to choose from including, Denver Biscuit Company and Cheluna Brewing Co, and Churreria de Madrid feeds my churro appetite. If you can't decide, grab an empanada or two at Maria Empanada or some macaroons at Miette et Chocolat while shopping. So many cute nooks for photo ops throughout the shop. Feeling restless or needing energy boost, you can dock with your laptop at any of the seating areas. Or get an escape from the work day by taking a kick boxing class here. My favorite is the rotating exhibit and live music events here. I came for the immersive Salvador Dali exhibit and just did the Space Explorers. WOW, it is taking art into the most surreal experience. You can spend a day here and tire yourself out.
