Convenient parking to several venues downtown, including 16th Street Mall. +1 for the all-day rate being the cheapest in the area ($12 vs. $14 and up) -1 for no receipt. I parked here for work. So much for getting it comped! read more

Today, Wednesday, September 9th, the machine swallowed my ticket because it wasn't working. I switched machines and asked for help, but the assistance I received was far from helpful. I park there every day--my daily rate is $16--yet the person who supposedly helped me charged me $33 for a lost ticket, even though I was already inside and trying to leave. It was the machine's fault; this is just too much. read more

Tremont Parking Garage - Regarding the charge made today, September 9th--they are charging me starting from September 7th, but I only parked there this morning. - Parking Near Me - Denver, Colorado

The worst parking in Denver. Horrendous customer service. Machine wouldn't take my pass that I had pre purchased OR take my credit card.

Parked here for Paramount theatre. The attendant was great, asking if we were going to a show and giving us a QR code to use to pay for parking. Walked over to the theatre and then back when the show was over. Easy in and out. There are also ticket payment machines by the ground floor elevators to pay for parking beforehand. The attendant was there again and helped us exit since we were in a truck and it was not a maneuverable to lean down for the ticket machine. read more

I used to use this garage all the time. After this weekend, I will NEVER park here again. Their check out machine was not working and not processing my credit card. They sent me a link and I had to pay more for parking because their machine wasn't working. The parking arm went up and I left and they hassled me for a week to pay the higher parking ticket than I would have paid if I went to another lane! Ridiculous. Never again. read more

Worst garage in denver. Unstaffed. 100s of people stranded after a show because the gate didn't work and no staff available or answering phones. read more

Broken Card-Reader & Extra "Convenience Fee" On Dec 27, 2025 we parked in the garage for less than an hour and when we attempted to leave, the card reader machine malfunctioned. After about 10 minutes of having us try inserting multiple cards in every possible direction, the attendant finally acknowledged that the card reader was broken and sent us a link to pay online. We were happy to pay the fee, but when we did we were charged an additional $0.99 "Service Fee." Apparently, crappy service costs more! After reading comments from other customers this appears to be a long-time recurring issue for them. I wonder if they're avoiding repairing it on purpose so they can collect an additional dollar? Customer service tips: 1. Fix your machine 2. Fix your machine 3. Fix your machine 4. If you're not going to fix your machine, post that customers will need to pay online and provide them the link to do so. Don't delay them needlessly by having them try card after card (even though you know full well that the system is broken)...OR even better, waive the fee altogether due to the inconvenience you've caused them. 3. If you still insist on having them pay online after you've inconvenienced them, waive the "convenience fee." read more

When I tried exiting the parking garage, the machine would freeze every time I tried entering my credit card. I called the help line, and they asked me what time I entered the parking garage, which was 6:45pm, and I was leaving at 10:30pm. When I scanned the parking ticket I received, the total on the screen was $7, as this was the fee for evening parking. The gentleman on the phone sent me a text to pay the parking since the machine wasn't working, and he charged me $16.99. Before I could respond, he hung up on me. I was very clear that I arrived at the garage at 6:45pm, and he put on the text message that I arrived at 3:40pm. I don't know if it was an honest mistake on his end or if I was taken advantage of, but it was a disappointing experience. I will not be parking here again. read more

There was supposed to be parking with your Paramount Theater tickets. Wrong - there is nothing scannable on the tickets/ which were in my Apple wallet. Dumb. Paid and left. Don't promise anything you can't deliver. read more

plan for an hour to get out of this poorly designed mess. as soon as an event gets out this turns into gridlock inside. They close down some of the staircases too so you might be dodging traffic trying to get back to your car. read more

I decided to park in this location due to the exorbitant $54 per night parking fee at the neighboring Hampton Inn. There are security cameras in place. I opted to purchase unlimited in/out privileges through SpotHero. I highly suggest this option. read more

If going to the Paramount, use caution parking here. We sat for 20 minutes last night and not one car moved and we were on the 2nd level. It's nice to have free parking with your ticket, but, you get what you pay for. So just an fyi, be prepared to wait up to an hour to get out of the garage. read more

A little confusing how to get out after hours, but once we figured that out it wasn't too bad. However, getting out of the garage was very difficult as only one exit was functioning after hours. read more

Parked here because the Hampton inn next door charging $54 a night for parking is highway robbery. Cameras present. Bought unlimited in/out privileges on spothero. I recommend. read more

Free parking with a ticket to the Paramount Theatre. it took almost an hour to exit after the performance because the garage wasn't adequately staffed. Hundreds of cars, with engines running, sat and spewed pollution. Completely ruined the evening. The phone number for the main office didn't pick up although the garage says it's open 24 hours. Inexcusable. read more

It's fine if you arrive and park before they close the gates for the night. After that you apparently can't get in or out? Definitely doesn't seem like it's 24/7. Called the number listed and received no response. Park here only if you'll be coming and going during normal business hours. read more

This place was a great inexpensive parking garage find. It seemed that all other parking downtown denver were asking around $25 for a day parking. This place had posted $14 but if you paid online at parktremont.com you could get a discount. I went online and saved $2 same day (Thursday) I pre ordered parking for Friday since i had to come back for my conference and only paid $10 online for Friday (not overnight). For Saturday it only cost $6 for the day online (not overnight). What great deals! The parking garage is huge. It probably has 15 or so levels. Paying online made in and out easy by showing the bar code to the barcode reader. The line to exit using the barcode was way shorter. The elevators were quick to arrive and take me down or up to my Level. They have security officers which made it feel safe too. I'll definitely park here again next time I'm In denver. I didn't stay overnight so i don't know what those prices were but I'm sure they were less than other places. It's close to civic center park and the convention center. When i was here, the comic con and pride weekend activities along with my conference were happening and i had no problem finding parking here-- although i had to go up to level Q. The elevators were easy. read more

Huge Volleyball tournament in town. Drove all the way to the top only to find the garage was full. Then drove all the way back down and get caught up in backed-up traffic for over 20 minutes. Made me late to work. And I get charged $3 for this pleasure!? Wouldn't let me out of the garage without paying!? Are you kidding me!? Who do I talk to about a refund? The LEAST they could do would be putting out a sign saying "garage full". read more

I wish I could give it zero stars! Worst experience ever! Never park here! Huge volleyball tournament just two blocks away at the Denver convention center - Colorado crossroads and the stupid garage doesn't think to staff it. They only have one exit open. I've been stuck on the six floor for over 15 minutes and haven't budged. And of course when you call the phone it says to leave a message and if you need immediate assistance to call the office. Called the office and of course that's a message machine also. Absolutely ludicrous that they would not have this staffed when 55,000 people are in town. Never park here during a special event or a busy night! read more

Booked a reservation through "SpotHero" for 5 days for a total of $85. No Information about "NO in and out privileges" was posted on the building and only in fine print posted on "SpotHero". Not realizing this left the parking garage 8 hours later to come back and realize after 30 minutes of shuffling through fine print that we were locked out and am now having to fight for a refund. HIGHWAY ROBBERY FOR TOURISTS. Save your money and don't rent a car in Denver. The city and owners of the these lots make it impossible for you to affordably park! read more
