Last Thursday we were heading out of Denver for a weekend with family . We parked at WallyPark, as we have for many years . We were very fortunate to have Fissha as our driver , as on the way to the terminal I remembered I had forgotten my cell phone in the car. After telling him my problem and after asking him to take me back to the parking lot , , he simply said "no problem"...He actually waited the five minutes while my wife and I checked our bags on the curb and I road back to the lot, retrieved my phone and was back to the terminal within 20 minutes . My wife couldn't believe I was back so quickly. I had asked him on the way over how much does this happen and he replied " oh once or twice a day ".; WallyPark is certainly fortunate to have Fissha as an employee . I used to love parking at WallyPark but I have two big issues with them these days. 1. I booked a spot in advance and paid for 2 weeks of parking. My trip was cut short by a week so I asked if it was possible to get a credit for the second week which I had already paid for. They told me to submit a ticket online. Which I did (six weeks ago now) and I have not ever received a response except to state that they received my request. Really lame customer service. 2. The last few times I have parked there the bus wait was 30 minutes after I landed at the terminal. The bus has been good about picking me up to take me to the airport from their lot but getting back to your car is painful and every other parking lot service comes and goes much more frequently. I'll be parking elsewhere now. read more

While all other nearby airport parking lots operate pickup shuttles frequently - Wally is very very sloooow. Extra 40 min to pick you up upon arrival, 30 minutes wait to be picked up at drop-off. When complaining - they say its the "shift change" or "we are busy". We had to take a TAXI to get to the parking lot at night because the only bus that arrived was filled up with the crowd. To exit the airport at night you have to go physically into the office, stand in line to pay over the counter. Their entry ticket does not fit into the standard wallet pocket. The exit receipt with bar code does not fit into the scanner - one has to fold it in some peculiar ways to be able to scan. Bottom line - very badly operated parking service. They will not get my business again. read more

DO NOT PARK HERE!!! I returned to DIA from my July 4th trip to find that my car, which I had parked at WallyPark, had its lock punched in. I can only assume this was an attempted car theft since I had nothing of value visible in the car. I immediately filed a claims report for the lock, to which WallyPark's lawyers claimed they have no responsibility even though they admitted the incident was "a malicious and criminal act of vandalism perpetrated by an unknown party." I'm lucky my car wasn't stolen, as WallyPark apparently would not have done anything to help me out. There are many other parking lots around DIA with better security - I say choose one of those. Maybe they actually take the responsibility they have towards their customers seriously. read more

While waiting for our flight in the Boston airport (Aug 7), my husband realized he didn't have his car keys. Fortunately, our daughter in Denver was able to go to the airport and leave a spare key at the Wally Park booth. She said the attendant was wonderful and super helpful (didn't get her name). Our shuttle drive, Dale, graciously stopped at the booth for us to pick up the key and then, after dropping off the other passengers, got to the area where we had parked our car. Were was it?? It was dark and all grey cars looked alike. He found it for us, waited for us to make sure the key worked and the car started and then, above and beyond the call of duty, had us follow him back to the exit. Dale was a life saver! read more

We have used Wally Park several times over the last few years. We have had excellent service both dropping off and picking up. This last time, we got back from our trip very late, and Dale was our shuttle driver. He very promptly picked us up at the curb side area, along with several other riders, and very quickly got us to our cars. He also provided helpful tips for navigating the lot and getting checked out quickly so we could get home. It was very late, and Dale did an excellent job of keeping the mood light, even though we were all very tired. I would highly recommend Wally Park Denver if you are looking for a safe, convenient, and personable parking experience at Denver International Airport! read more

I would do whatever you have to to avoid parking here. Their customer service and overall service has become horrible since there is limited options with parking inside the airport area. I was suppose to pay 9.99 a day and when checked out was 13.99 a day. Also had a dead battery and needed a jump from the cold and since it took longer then 15 minutes they charged me another day along with my relative to come Into the lot to jump start me. Try other options. Even when you try to find someone to ask for help no one is there. This use to be too notch parking, clean and friendly now it's gross, dirty and don't implement Covid cleaning! read more

Certainly if I was expecting $14 or whatever i wouldn't be this upset. Your splitting hairs is just more lying, or, excuse me, I guess it's technically "misleading." Why would I give my business to anyone who I have to watch every second to make sure they aren't ripping me off now, or now, or now? Because I want to spend my life playing-find-the discount games? Enjoy your $35 extra. You've scammed it all legal-like. And, ultimately, a cheap lesson for me about who you are. read more

Our driver Lahcen H. Might be one of the happiest people I have ever met! He picked us up and dropped us off on both ends of our trip. He was more than happy to help with our bags and was joyful and grateful doing it. When we got back from our trip our car battery was completely dead. He said he would call someone to help. 10 minutes later he showed up with cables to do it himself because no one was available! What an amazing gift! Plus he plays jazz on his bus, which is a delightful change. He got a big tip from us! They don't make employees like that anymore! Lahcen H. deserves a BIG RAISE Wally Park!!!! read more

Wally Park DIA is awesome. Lahcen, superb driver, is so upbeat and fun. Makes the trip to my car safe and fun. Great driver. Another person who deserves recognition is Abby. She is a Cashier who is always good to work with. Makes sure everything went well with your stay and does it politely and happily. A 2nd driver, Mr. Moges is another upbeat driver who operates safely and quickly. Quick to ask how you are doing. Wally Park picks you up at the back of your car, often within less than a minute of you getting out of your car. Even at odd hours, Early AM and Late PM. Makes a huge difference for me. read more

I'm writing review for my driver, not the stellar pick up service from Wally Park shuttles timeliness. It's terrible to be honest. Sometimes I wait for a half an hour. However, Lahcen H is wonderful. I travel every week for work and he is by far the most friendly and helpful worker you have. He's happy and he makes me smile. He works hard and is kind to everyone. I understand that there might be a shortage of workers so I continually give my business to you all every week, but it's tempting to try another service. I hope you can get a more regular schedule going. It's so frustrating. read more

I have been a frequent customer and used to recommend Wally Park to colleagues and friends. But I am extremely disappointed lately. After a long week of business travel I just want to get home quickly. I cannot understand why shuttles stop at the international terminal when there is nobody there to pickup. You should ask customers what terminal they plan to be picked up so you don't have to waste everyone's time! On top of that rates have nearly doubled seemingly overnight. Now it's faster and less expensive to park at the O'hare economy lot. What a shame. read more

we arrived home from a trip to Louisiana to find we had a flat tire with a slit in the side wall. Not fixable. while on the phone with AAA Wally Park employee Habib came to ask if we had a problem. Upon explanation he said he would change the tire to our spare and did so. Hd th old us that he had lost both his parents in the past two years and since has always gone out of his way to help older people (we are 78/79) when ever he can. I have parked at Wally Park since 2007 and untok Covid in valet. I travel for business so am usually parking 2-3 times a month. Their staff is always great but I want to give a special shout out to Lachen who has been driving for them as long as I've been parking there. He always has a great attitude and smile, always has jazz playing in his van and makes great conversation. Ali M. was my Wally Park shuttle driver on 11/10/22 upon my return from a business trip. Ali was very professional and very kind and helpful getting my luggage in and out of the shuttle bus. I've been using Walky Park for years and very much appreciate the kind drivers like Ali I've encountered. I do believe the parking lot is in need of better lighting, and Ali mentioned to me it is something that Wally Park is addressing. Lahcen, the driver on my return, was professional and very helpful. He helped me carry a large (but not too heavy) box to my trunk and waited for me to place it in. I recommend being a member as their app is very easy upon return, their member and loyalty discounts make stays very affordable. Safe, secure, and efficient. The shuttles can be a bit crowded and pick-up on return a bit longer than I would expect. However, the service has always been reliable and drivers helpful and patient. read more

I had heard WallyPark was better than the other shuttle services around DIA, so I decided to give them a try. Dropoff was fine.....it was the pickup that took over 30 minutes before someone showed up. In that time period, Canopy showed up at least 5 times.....and they charge half the price!!! When I asked the counter girl if there was anything they could do to keep me as a customer (i.e., discount or some future voucher), all she offered me was a bottle of water.....NO THANKS WALLY!!! read more

I have parked here numerous times and have always had a positive experience.. Twice my battery died and employees were quick to help and stayed with me until my car started again. This last time I had Lahcen H. as my Shuttle driver and he was extremely friendly and professional. When we got to my car, he stayed to make sure my car started and even helped me on the icy pavement. He was so very nice! I will always use WallyPark, it is easy, convenient, and a great price. read more
