There was only one young man there when we arrived who took our orders and then said "this may take a few minutes, I'm the only one here and I don't know how to make the sandwiches". We then sat in the dark dining room wondering if we made the right choice and what to expect. About 25 minutes later (as promised) he came out with our food. They looked and tasted fantastic! A second older man brought out the last one and apologized for his absence as he had been delayed while buying supplies. He turned on the lights and we had an excellent lunch (along with a good story). If you like a great cheese steak sandwich, on tasty bread, this is the place in Red Lion.
