Terrible experience. Rude people working in the pharmacy. I tried this pharmacy once and I will never go back. The girls in the pharmacy are inexperienced, unfriendly, and just seem like they are miserable robots at their job. I highly recommend filling your medications somewhere else. Rite Aid on Avenida De Los Aroboles is my Pharmacy and I have been going there for 9 years. The pharmacist and staff are very compassionate and helpful. The entire staff is friendly and ready to help and answer any questions, without making me feel like my questions are wasting their time like this place. Is it my imagination or are Walgreens everywhere becoming more and more difficult to shop in with coupons. And their rewards program has become so very complicated. Well, yes, here is $10.00 but, no, you cannot use it on any product that will get you points. Although, you can buy that same product in a separate transaction. Oh, and you must have a product for every coupon even if you're allowed to use a store AND a manufacturer's coupon for ONE product. Because, god forbid, you do have one coupon over, the whole cash register seems to freeze and dirty looks start shooting your way. So, this Walgreens...Adequate merchandise, some nice/some not so nice employees. I was extremely disappointed yesterday when I purchased a $25 gift card and discovered on my way home that the clerk had not given me my $5 Walgreens promotional card in return. The one star is not for the store, but the pharmacy. The store is great, but that's a different story. I called to inquire about having a prescription filled today. I thought it would be a good choice since I saw good reviews on this store. I wasn't sure what country I had. I was so disgusted because I had to repeat three times what I wanted. My photos keep coming out blurry and cropped smaller than they are when I send them. I have gotten a lot of excuses, that is the way they are sent to us, the machine just prints them out that way etc. I have to find a better place to get my online pictures printed. has to be better than this. The employees in the store seem nice enough and have always been helpful, the photo folks often don't seem trained and they act helpless in fixing anything. read more

shame on these ppl ..... this pharmacy is the absolute worse i needed my insulin asap last night... they had my dr on hold and told them they have 2 other phone orders ahead of them and to call back and leave a vm my dr office called and left a detailed message and when i called the pharmacy 4x thoughout the night they said there was no vm so not only did they tell my dr they won't take the live prescription call but they have the audacity to tell them to call in a voice message that clearly they might not get shame on them.... read more

This pharmacy is an absolute nightmare! I called before to make sure that they have my medication ready and they told me they do. I get there and they hand me a different medication telling me it's another generic brand. Oook?! Soooo than why didn't they say something over the phone? I get over that fact and I go with the flow. Next thing I know they tell me the medication is $60. Wait what?! This medication is supposed to be free because it's covered under my insurance! "Oh yeah, we forgot to tell you Miss, we don't work with your insurance" says the pharmacist. I drove here for nothing.... I wish someone told me something so I don't waste my time! read more

This is not a business it's an atrocity. if you want an awful experience at an awful pharmacy with an awful store that refuses communication or any assistance, the epitome of the oposite of customer service, by all means go to this walgreens. If you want to be prescribed an antidepressant and an anti anxiety drug that you never needed before in your life, go to this walgreens, it will give you both anxiety and depress you! I feel for the employees here, Walgreens has this location woefully understaffed. My biggest complaint is that the staff didn't know they participated in the GoodRx program! Makes me wonder how people have unknowingly overpaid at this location. EScripts recently partnered with Walgreens and I thought the service might be better using a local pharmacy. The Pharmacists are always very friendly and helpful. Today they even work harder to save me some money. My doctor's prescription turns out to be over $400. She asked me to wait and wanted to talk to the doctor for possible alternatives in order to reduce the cost. After 2 more conversations with the doctor during a period of 3 hours, she was able to get alternatives and reduce the cost from $400+ to $100+, and then to about $75. You work on your own just tried to save me some money, and I really appreciate it. Thanks to the great pharmacists at the Walgreens. read more

STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I saw someone prescribed the wrong medication. Thankfully the guy opened the rx bottle there and then just to double check if it was right. It was WRONG. I mean, feel free to go here but make sure to double check your Rx because they mess up a lot here which is the pharmacists fault. There is a Ralphs pharmacy in front of them and a Walmart pharmacy behind them, i would feel safer there. The pharmacist had to apologize, but what can an apology do if there incompetency can take you to the hospital. You can see from other reviews that they give out wrong meds, go somewhere that is reputable, where they can understand you and you can understand them, where they dont hang up on you for their lunch time. read more

I see a lot of complaints about the photo department and the pharmacy but I haven't had problems with either of them. The pharmacy is always quick and pleasant. I had the same problem in photo with pictures coming out cropped wrong but then the person that worked there told me to just check the cropping before I confirm the order and I haven't had any problems since. Only reason they're getting 4 stars is because the staff seems to be trying to get done with you quickly but they seem understaffed so I guess that is somewhat understandable. I would definitely recommend them for the pharmacy, photo or just last minute shopping. read more

In my experience Walgreens has been the best drugstore in comparison to all other pharmacies out there and I've been going to them for years after Lucky Longs went out of business . I am writing this review for this particular location because the service has been beyond phenomenal! All the staff is wonderful but especially the staff Pharmacist Richard. I have been dealing with a nightmare insurance situation and he has been a god send. Diligent, informative, respectful and understanding he has helped me deal with this horrible situation.
