Hours = Barely open during the day and closed all weekend. Why bother filling prescriptions at all.
Mitch M.

I agree that COVID has made doing business harder, but this place was pretty terrible even before COVID. The store cannot be blamed for its clientele, but beyond that Walgreens is doing a terrible job maintaining this store. Staff morale is very poor. It's a tough store and any staff working here should get hazard pay. Hours are now terrible, but it's clear they are not restocking or maintaining the store outside of business hours. The pharmacy is barely open at all and they shut the entire pharmacy down for lunch and they are now closed the entire weekend. Walgreens should be ashamed of this store.

I hadn't had any issues my photo orders before, but when I ordered a magnet, it had multiple black marks printed on it. Luckily, I was able to get it replaced when I brought it in to show them. I was handed the new magnet without anything done on the computer to transact or cancel it because it didn't require payment, so I kept getting emails to pick up the order. Maybe I should have cancelled the new order after, but I didn't know. I feel like the photo worker could/should have done something. There's been certain products I've wanted to buy multiples of, but they didn't have enough in stock. It's annoying when I order things for pick up and need to meet the minimum, but they don't have enough items I want. It also took a while for them to restock. The prices (just like with any other Walgreens) are outrageously high. I would only shop here with rewards and/or a discount/sale.

I notice is only acknowledging people and putting her phone down when she has someone come up to her at the counter. I definitely won't be back not to mention very slim pickings. They have almost nothing and clearly they don't restock or re-order there's something wrong with this store. I don't know if it's the management or the corporation but this is a stay away. Do not go to location not to mention as I pulled up in the parking lot there was someone in a wheelchair that was hunched over for about six minutes blocking Elaine and Cars just drove around her. I went to call 911 to let them be aware. She was probably in a drug overdose or some type of health Major concern but then she snapped out of it all of a sudden and slowly Rose up if she's still there when I leave, I will call 911 back. The sad part is the community has become so used to this. Cars just drove around her and nobody stopped to offer this older lady help assistance

This is extremely inconvenient and disappointing when you have a special needs child and a brand new baby. I Just tried to see if they would help me and allow me to pick up my paid prescription in the front of store, but no one will offer assistance. I spoke with Lisa who was not helpful and rude. This store has no compassion for its its customers. I've been going to this pharmacy since bartels closed because it's closer to my house. And every single time picking up a prescription has been an issue. While the staff in the front of the store are very kind and friendly. The pharmacy staff sucks and needs to learn some customer service.

Be it something we are unsure of where we will find it, something we know they might carry, or just a nearby place to get something we need. The parking is tight for navigation, though there tends to be open spot(s) depending on when one comes. Inside the store is clean and sections straightforward to shop. Workers have been nice in my experience and we have found some really great/useful items. Growing up, we used the pharmacy for prescriptions, but ended up transferring across the street to QFC due to shorter wait times. However, we have used the Rite Aid pharmacy a few times after the switch when it carries what we need and might be faster than QFC. On occasion, it is also the closest option to the house to carry a given prescription for the medical ailment we did not see coming.

I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately I've been extremely disappointed. One of my meds they told me they do not have in stock and will not be ordering it. When I asked why not or if they'd ever order it they said not many of their patients request it. Other times when I've asked about it they said there is often a shortage because it's being over-prescribed which seems like the opposite issue then no one needing it. Still they never offered to carry it so I had to go to a separate pharmacy just for that med. My other meds became more expensive at Edmonds Pharmacy than the other pharmacies so I ended up transitioning them elsewhere. There is never a notification of meds being ready via text/phone or any other method so sometimes I'd go and they'd not have gotten the order or they had something waiting for me for a long time that I didnt know they filled. Today was the last straw though, I tested positive for Covid after having severe symptoms and wanted to get the prescription for Paxlovid filled nearby but when the provider contacted Edmonds Pharmacy they were told that they don't carry Paxlovid. My provider called me shocked and told me it was unbelievable they dont carry this of all things. Please think about the community you're serving and re-evaluate the decision to carry meds your customers are requesting.

There is a world of difference between these two pharmacies! Edmonds Family Pharmacy is always friendly, prompt and texts me about my prescription being ready, even before I've contacted them for a refill! They are on top of their game and I would give them ten stars, if possible! The other benefit is that I like supporting smaller local businesses. I hope that Edmonds Family Pharmacy continues to thrive in our ever-changing market!

Parking was filling up as it was nearing noon on a weekday though the store interior was calm. Parts of the shelving areas were empty, merchandise had been consolidated to shelving closer to the front of the store. One bin in particular caught my attention, it held an assortment of protein bars that were nearing their expiration dates (the ones I got were August/September 2025). The price tag communicated they were marked down, with a price of $0.99 each, as the expiration date was close. I grabbed six and made my way to check-out. The cashier was friendly, payment went quickly, and my total was less than $6. I was happy with my experience.

I don't know if they're planning on closing or just don't care anymore, but the shelves are bare every time I go in. I got to speak to one manager a few weeks back and he said that they only order products once a week and get one delivery. This is a terrible business practice. I'm a manager in another business and am responsible for product ordering, and to keep shelves full you need multiple orders per week. It's just bad business and whoever implemented this new rule needs to be talked to. How are you supposed to have a business with almost no products on the shelves? Either fix the ordering issues or shut up shop and let a business in there who knows how to do things.

I am a physician, and my experience with this pharmacy has been unacceptable…read more Whenever I call, I am unable to reach a human directly and must leave voicemails, waiting for a return call--often at inconvenient times. When attempting to fill my own life-sustaining insulin prescription, the pharmacy failed at multiple levels: they submitted incorrect prescriptions, miscommunicated with my insurance, and sent prior authorization requests to the wrong doctors. When an insulin prescription was denied under my plan, they informed me that the cost would be $1,941.99-- for a single month's supply. (see the photo) Rather than taking responsibility, they deflected blame onto the doctor and the insurance company. While both may share some responsibility, the reality is that I was left without insulin for days. The system is fundamentally broken. The pharmacists appeared to be doing their best, but if they are understaffed or overwhelmed, CVS must address these operational failures to ensure patients receive proper care. I stood in the pharmacy, staring at the medication I needed, but was forced to leave empty-handed. What was I supposed to do--go home and skip meals? Risk severe complications? Die waiting? This isn't an isolated incident. As a Type 1 diabetic, I have endured this same struggle every few years, and after a decade of systemic failures, I will no longer remain silent. The sadness and rage I feel for the non-medical person who is trying to navigate this rigged obstacle course is heart-breaking.

Never again for CVS!!!…read more This is 1 of 2 pharmacies in my area offering this year's Covid vaccine. The website made multiple glitches while I was trying to schedule an appointment. When I finally got the appointment made, my husband received a phone call to inform him that our insurance wouldn't cover the vaccination. The phone rep started off the call by asking him to confirm his birthdate, without explaining who she was or why she was calling. He had to ask her who she was and why she was asking for this data. When informed that the cost would be $245, he cancelled. I decided to call the pharmacy to make sure my vaccination was covered. The phone system had no option to speak directly to a pharmacy tech... only options to review my appointment and to ask for a call back. After multiple response options, I was finally able to confirm the price for my vaccination. Apparently I wasn't covered either, but I wasn't called with this info. I cancelled my appointment online because I couldn't get through to speak with an actual person.
