Most KIND, CARING and PERSONABLE pharmacists I have ever known! Thank you Dorothy & Sun! In my opinion, the Pharmacy dept. should really be 24hr... like the other Walgreens' are, but the fact that they even have it is incredibly convenient. I love it! Also their "Balance Rewards" program has been incredibly helpful, I recently acquired enough points to have a free $20 to spend there! So just ended up getting basic necessities which I usually go to Target and get, just because I had points and free money there. I was very pleased! The pharmacists are always very helpful and will take the time to answer all your questions, granted they are not swamped, they do seem to get quite busy at times! Also, the male manager is always working so hard in the aisles and very eager to help lost looking customers, I wish I knew his name(possibly "MIR SULTAN"), he was so helpful and genuinely kind! Edit: most recently I have been very ill and needed to come back here several times for prescriptions & OTC meds, and pharmacist Dorothy has honestly been one of the sweetest & most helpful pharmacists I've ever had help me! She helped answer all my questions behind the counter & even helped me with my concerns with over-the-counter meds too...she is so kind and authentically wishes you to get better and "Be Well" (something I'm pretty sure corporate makes them always say, but she says it with sincerity & a smile). I am grateful for personable employees like Dorothy, she makes me happy to come here, even when I'm feeling my worst! I feel the same way about the pharmacist named Sun, she will spend as much time as you need to ease your concerns about your medication(s). I feel I'm getting the BEST quality of care with those two! Thanks ladies! You always listen & put up with answering my millions of questions and you do it with thoughtfulness & a smile! I CANNOT THANK YOU ENOUGH! Also, had a similar personable situation at the front cashier with a lady named Judy, kind & pleasant :) makes me want to come back again & again. Definitely be keeping my business with this Walgreens! *bumped up to 5 stars because of these amazing stellar employees! * 12/16/13 Update: Waited in the drive-thru for over 20 min. (arrival approx 7:34pm on 12/16/13) I was behind 2 cars, then when it was my turn it took the pharmacists several minutes before they acknowledged me to say, "We'll be right with you as soon as we can" (Sun said this, have had her several times, she is a great employee!!!) then Tom helped me once he finally had a chance.... and I was pulling out of the drive thru with my 'scripts around 8pm... Once I finally had Tom's attention (just because they were so busy and severely understaffed...please hire more pharmacists) and got my prescriptions, the checkout was speedy. Once again my BalanceRewards were not added though, and my total remains "2020" I am missing over 7000 points (I have called the 1-800 number and nothing still resolved) I am missing out on almost a $10 reward soon... This is ridiculous. Please help solve this problem and hire more pharmacists. read more

Nice Walgreens location that's stocked pretty regularly and not busy. Mike & Sunny in the Pharmacy are knowledgeable, always very helpful and answer all your questions. Prescriptions are always filled fast even when they are just called in/ordered by your Doctor. The store is always very clean and well organized. They do offer weekly deals and specials on their app. read more

My picture says everything! When you have two mega rolls of toilet paper and they're both empty, it tells me that your employees don't care. The paper towel dispenser was broken. Your employees don't care. Other than that, it was a regular Walgreens, albeit, a little bit dirty. It is winter so a dirty wet floors to be expected. However, I will also note that the carpet was worn. This Walgreens is definitely showing it's age. read more

This has quickly become my favorite Walgreens in the area. It's super close to my house and has the friendliest workers. That really means a lot when it comes to Walgreens shopping because at so many other locations the workers seem bored, disinterested, not friendly at all. And at this location, they are always asking if you need help and go a bit out of their way. Yesterday when I went, the makeup counter lady was stocking and asked me if I wanted to check out at the makeup counter. Plus, this Walgreens is usually well stocked, with interesting surprises in clearance. To top it all off, they have a redbox and there is plentiful parking. Woohoo, Walgreens! read more

I took my child here for their Covid vaccine. My child is 6 and was nervous about shots. The lady who administered the vaccine was amazing. She was kind and patient and had some tricks up her sleeve to keep my daughter calm and quickly give the shot. Highly recommend! read more

Some of the older employees that work here are really rude. I've been in here multiple times because they are one of the only stores that carry a product I need for my son. I called them yesterday to see if they could find a product in stock. I was put on hold 4 times then greeted with a rude Hello. I said Hello, and the lady replied Ya hello, what do you need? Are you serious...really rude!! Then she said ya hold let me check. She was back in less than a minute so I highly doubt she really checked and then said No. I said is there any maybe in the back and he replied in a very rude angry voice NO. I said okay than..then she slammed the phone down and hung up. I will never go to this Walgreens again!!! read more

I will never go back to this Walgreens again! Went to go and pick up some photos I had ordered from Walgreens 10 days ago ... They told me they would be ready in 3-5 days ... Clearly that was a lie... But their crappy Service doesn't stop there! When the man brought out my photos he told me to look and them to make sure everything was ok ... I only ordered 24 photos ... So I as I'm looking through them the photo cashier tells me he doesn't have all day and that he has things to do... Well sir you don't have time to apparently learn respect for your customers either... If you didn't have time for me to look through the pictures I paid to have developed by your business then you shouldn't have said "look through them to make sure they are alright" until Walgreens decides to train their employees well and teach them how to be respectful I will never recommend this Walgreens to anyone! read more

Poor customer service in the Rx is all that can be expected. Often they will say quote one time to fill a prescription of 15-20 minutes and they will not have it done for well over an hour with no explanation. Today when the Rx declined to fill a prescription 45 minutes prior to close I decided their poor customers service warranted a yelp review. There is your one star review Walgreen Rx. Your not suited for customer service and should seek employment elsewhere. read more

I was with my friends 1 day to go get some snacks to eat and when we were ready to buy the food it came $22.50 and I had $25 and when I gave it to the cashier which was an old lady she gave me $1.50 change and at first I was ok but suddenly I realized that it was supposed to be $2.50 so I asked for my $2.50 and instead of saying sorry or giving it because she was an old lady she said to get out because she had other customers waiting! You may think it's only a dollar difference but to me that being rude and stupid to your customers and keeping this up will not bring bad reviews but no customers. After that day I started to look at the cashiers differently and realized that some are like that and started to avoid the place. So I recommend you don't go there if possible and try somewhere else but if you have too go ahead and don't say I didn't warned you. read more

Yikes.. the merch here is hurting. Prices are awful all around the store from make-up to food (I looked for the heck of it), and the "member" prices are not a notable improvement upon those. If that's their best attempt at competing with the likes of Rite-Aid, CVS, etc., good luck. read more

The managers are rude even when it's their fault for a mess up! I had ordered photos to this location. Which was a mistake.... picked them up and realized my package was wayyyyy to big for the amount I had ordered. Wasn't until I got home and checked over my photos and saw they put somebody else's package in mine as well. I immediately called back the store to let them know, I wouldn't be able to drop them off even though it was their mess up. Whatever "manager on duty" I had spoke with for some reason couldn't understand that I couldn't fit going back for their mistake into my schedule for this week. ITS HOLIDAY SEASON AND I GOT THINGS TO DO. She immediately caught an attitude and kept cutting me off to ask 'when is the earliest you can drop them off.' After already explaining "that's the reason I'm calling you to let you know about the mess up, because I won't be able to make it to that area anytime soon, so I'm not sure if you guys have to reprint this customers order or not. It's not really my fault you had put another customers order in with mine." And it was the same response with a practical eye roll and sigh through the phone was all that I was receiving. I told her I had the customers name and # on her packaged photos so they could remake them because unfortunately I wasn't going back to fix their issue for them. Not really sure why she was soo rude hence it wasn't my mistake... it was simply hers... it wasn't until AFTER I gave her the name of the order and said "I also have the number if you need that" she then cut me off and said "no I already have that but thanks" that was when I decided I was wasting my time and said "great then that's all you need from me" and hung up... next time you guys mess up an order like that... I would apologize to your customers because now you lost money ;) and if you're not happy with your job, find a new one hunny. read more

Ridiculous customer service. The cashier would not accept a $100 bill from me because "it didn't feel right". It was the newer bill with watermarks, images, color Etc. I laughed inside because I had just gotten it from the bank but didn't feel like arguing so I gave her an older $100 bill and apparently that didn't feel right either. I asked her to mark it with the pen like we use in our office, but they "don't have them". The guy standing behind me started laughing because even he could see she was being ridiculous because we could all see the watermarks and images. This was not a case of an employee protecting her employer, this was a case of an ignorant employee playing games. If Walgreens cannot afford counterfeit pens or train their employees to recognize real bills, that's just sad. And yes, I was dressed nicely and extremely polite until she pulled her tin badge move. Pure silliness. I told a coworker and she had a bad experience in the same store. Update. I took both bills to the bank and was told they are absolutely authentic currency. read more

So, I waited in line behind a customer who had about 12 different items, and had to have them rung up on 4 different receipts. OK, I'm a patient guy so I nicely wait 5 minutes and this is still going on and when I think I might get a chance to buy my can of pop, the lady decides that one of her coupons did not go through. Also, she had problems with her credit card. The clerk calls for another register to open. Great, right? No, not really, because guess who the new clerk calls over? The two mopes who just walked up, not the guy who had been waiting in line for 10 minutes. Yes, I put down my stuff and walked out. This is so common in retail, but it burns me every time. Why would you serve the people who just walked up instead of the customers who have been waiting patiently in line? Rude - almost always - you'll never be able to finish a sentence. I think the state should regulate the quality of service given by some pharmacies (like this one). I live behind Maxfield's and come to this Walgreen's quite a bit. I was in on Saturday with my sister to get hair dye. My sister and I were shopping around and ended up in the toy aisle. They had these spikey balls on sale buy 2 get 1 free. My sister has a small dog and just loves these balls. So my sister decided to get them. When getting to the register the cashier instead of ringing them separate typed quantity 3 and scanned. Well it charged full price for each and didn't deduct the discount. When telling the cashier she basically explained like we were 2 that she said quantity 3 and refused to call to verify the price. Long story short ended up not getting the balls as wanted due to lack of laziness on the cashier. This isn't the first time going to this cashier where there have been issues. Also, I was once told that as a person is done getting checked out the cashier is suppose to say "Be well" not sure if that's true or not but this cashier did not say that either. read more
