Also their "Balance Rewards" program has been incredibly helpful, I recently acquired enough points to have a free $20 to spend there! So just ended up getting basic necessities which I usually go to Target and get, just because I had points and free money there. I was very pleased! The pharmacists are always very helpful and will take the time to answer all your questions, granted they are not swamped, they do seem to get quite busy at times! Also, the male manager is always working so hard in the aisles and very eager to help lost looking customers, I wish I knew his name(possibly "MIR SULTAN"), he was so helpful and genuinely kind! Edit: most recently I have been very ill and needed to come back here several times for prescriptions & OTC meds, and pharmacist Dorothy has honestly been one of the sweetest & most helpful pharmacists I've ever had help me! She helped answer all my questions behind the counter & even helped me with my concerns with over-the-counter meds too...she is so kind and authentically wishes you to get better and "Be Well" (something I'm pretty sure corporate makes them always say, but she says it with sincerity & a smile). I am grateful for personable employees like Dorothy, she makes me happy to come here, even when I'm feeling my worst! I feel the same way about the pharmacist named Sun, she will spend as much time as you need to ease your concerns about your medication(s). I feel I'm getting the BEST quality of care with those two! (arrival approx 7:34pm on 12/16/13) I was behind 2 cars, then when it was my turn it took the pharmacists several minutes before they acknowledged me to say, "We'll be right with you as soon as we can" (Sun said this, have had her several times, she is a great employee!!!) then Tom helped me once he finally had a chance.... and I was pulling out of the drive thru with my 'scripts around 8pm... Once I finally had Tom's attention (just because they were so busy and severely understaffed...please hire more pharmacists) and got my prescriptions, the checkout was speedy. Once again my BalanceRewards were not added though, and my total remains "2020" I am missing over 7000 points (I have called the 1-800 number and nothing still resolved) I am missing out on almost a $10 reward soon... I've noticed the staff call for help, up front, if there are more than three people in line. My only concern is the pharmacy drive through lanes are often closed down or not in working condition so going inside for RX can sometimes be a long wait, especially if you are going here for a flu, COVID, or Shingles immunization. I always find what I need and more. Some good deals in cosmetics and travel sized items, if you have time to look.

There weren't many shoppers, perhaps because it was a Sunday morning when we were there. The issue with Walmart like most other retailers these days is staffing. There isn't anyone around to provide help if you need it. This time was no different. The only workers we saw were manning the cash registers. If you know what you want, know they have it in stock, and have a general idea of the layout of the store, I'm sure you can find what you need. In cases like ours where we are not regulars and don't know the floor layout, finding items isn't easy and there is no one there to help you. So, for the cleanliness today and the fact they had everything we were looking for at the right price - 4 stars. But since there is virtually no customer service, I'm knocking it down one star to 3.

I went to the website and uploaded my Medicare Part D insurance card and waited a couple of days. No contact other than a reminder to check out and pay $35. No contact info on the website, so I had to google it. Their phone number is 1-855-237-9112. They did answer promptly and the first person spoke English well without a thick accent. I asked whether they got my insurance info and they said they are "out of network" for Humana. Weird. I went to the checkout and it had a disclaimer I had to check off saying something like I would agree not to file an out-of-network claim for this medication with any insurance company. What was that all about? I exited out of that screen and tried the "my prescriptions" screen again and got a blank screen. Maybe it is my computer or adblock or resetting cookies or something. It is weirdly slow. So I go to "checkout" again and instead of $35 it says the total due is over $1600!! There is no "logout" option on the website, so if you try to exit and go back in, it has you as logged in. I checked my "profile" and it had, as my e-mail address *******@carepointfake.com (where ****** was a bunch of numbers). Carepointfake? What does that even mean? Maybe there is a website glitch, but I am glad I exited out of that site as $1600 is a lot for a topical foam. I can scratch for a lot less. It was just WEIRD and when I googled "carepoint pharmacy scam" I got a lot of interesting hits.
