I stopped and we walked in to see if we could get it refilled. Well, we were informed by the pharmacist that in order to get a prescription refilled, the prescription needs to be transferred over from the current pharmacy to the new pharmacy. Unfortunately, the current pharmacy was already closed for the day so we'll have to try again next time. Pharmacist was okay. Not the smiley type though. Hey, we're not here to make friends. We just need to get our medications and that is what matters LOL. However, a friendly smile can lift up someone's spirits any time of the day... do try to put it in your daily practice... it will make your heart sing and make someone's day! The people I gifted the cards to, told me the last digits of the cards were already scratched out. The cards were already redeemed before purchasing and now I lost $200. Employees need to do their due diligence and check the gift cards before selling. This is unfair and unprofessional. Never buy from here and always get gift cards from Amazon itself. Lesson learned

I could hear her helping other customers, talking to coworkers, and clearly forgetting I was even on the line. I eventually hung up and called back at 9:45 PM--only to have the call instantly hung up on. I called again at 9:46 PM and reached Bryant, who told me the order "was still printing" and asked whether I could come immediately since they close at 10 PM and would not be open tomorrow. The store was empty, it was a typical quiet Wednesday evening before Thanksgiving, and there was no legitimate reason for them to ignore the order. Instead of doing their job, they sent one vague "delay" email and then simply... stopped. No updates, no customer communication, no professionalism. In total, I waited: 2+ hours waiting past the original promised time 17 minutes on hold 3 minutes on the follow-up call 18 minutes in-store And not a single employee except Bryant showed even basic courtesy. Andre, in particular, was the rudest Walgreens employee I have ever encountered. His attitude, dismissiveness, and dishonesty were unacceptable. Whether he is a manager or simply acting like one, Walgreens Corporate needs to reevaluate who they allow to run their stores. The pick up service was painless, you go in with your code and they will come and bring you your order. If there is a line they will ask who is there for a pick up order and they will assist you because it's the same area you would wait in for a return. I also have came in here to get my flu shot and I have Kaiser. Also another experience that I didn't encounter any issues. Went and checked in, got my shot and was done in about 10 minutes. Restroom are fairly clean at this location.
