TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!! like come on. It is not that hard to answer a phone. I was in an EMERGENCY SITUATION and got put on and off hold for an HOUR while waiting at my kaiser for them send over my Rx. The lady said she would do it BUT NEVER DID. I DROVE THERE TWICE TO AND FROM MY HOME AND HOSPITAL. the african American lady looked at me SO RUDE like i was stupid when I was asked to pay for my meds??? I have IEHP and they cant accept my insurance or even send over my info to kaiser. WORST CUSTONER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OVER THE PHONE IVE EVER HAD!!!!! In person was bad too. Really pissed me off. They dont care about your situation they're only there to get a paycheck. read more

This is the most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever used. The pharmacists think they are the doctors and it's their place to question prescriptions a real medical Dr. writes for you. They will hassle you, refuse to fill the prescription, make you run all the way out before you can get a refill, literally run out, and then call your Dr. to question their diagnosis and prescription dosage. Is that their business or their place? They didn't graduate from medical school. What entitles them to do that? They make customers feel very uncomfortable with their judgemental approach. The customer service at this location is so poor, the pharmacist will literally turn their back and walk away from the customer. They are very ungrateful for your business. Go somewhere else where they will respect your Dr.'s orders and not make you beg to fill a valid and current prescription. It's not suppose to be an interrogation every time you need a refill, yet it is at this location. I will gladly give a smaller pharmacy my business to avoid this in the future. read more

One of my favorite stores to go in. Small but nice. The staff at at this Walgreens are professional but courteous to the people who come into shop at this location. If you are looking for a 24 hour store. This is the store for you. Walgreens is located at the intersection of Magnolia Avenue and Central Avenue. A wonderful store to pickup last minute Christmas presents, last minute food items for your holiday dinner table, last minute anything for the hard to get for person on your list. read more

Went through the drive up window today.Only one person in front of me and thought "this should not take too long". After a few minutes I noticed the lady in the car in front of me was pushing the button for service and after about 10 minutes someone finally handed her her prescription.When I pulled up to the window I sat waiting for 10 minutes,and then I too had to push the button for service.A male voice then told me "someone will be with you in a moment" and so I waited for 5 more minutes and pushed the button again and was told the same thing only with an "attitude" ... To sum it up.. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, I will try one more time and then switch my prescriptions.. I watched from my car while they helped people in the store and never acknowledged me. read more

Seriously one of the most miserable and frustrating experiences I've ever had at a pharmacy. Drive through service level was terribly slow. Multiple staff members were rude, and they persistently told me the wrong price. After minutes of arguing, they finally called someone or something and realized they were wrong. Terrible customer service!! I first called the pharmacy to find out if they had my prescription there, they put me on hold for 15 mins then they answered the phone and put me on hold again!!! So ridiculous by which time I had driven the 10 miles to the pharmacy! Then no apology for putting me on hold. They then told me they don't have the medication and that they only received two of the three drugs. Then they went to find out what was going on and I showed them my hard copy of the prescription, I then called the Drs office to get the exam transferred to CVS!! The pharmacy staff are not trained in customer care and have little knowledge about their products. I will not be coming here not recommending this to anyone. read more

I'm standing here with my SO to pick up a prescription that his doctor just sent over. He is in excruciating pain and leans on the counter and while their pharmacy manager, Ms. Epoh, is on the phone she tells him to get off the counter. Excuse me? There is not a single other person here. He is too nice and apologized and said he couldn't move and she just kept waiving her arm at him. I can see you're busy at the phone but calm down and be professional. There's no need to talk to a customer that way. Normally I would just let it go but I've had a really long morning at the doctor and you just made it worse! read more

I'm reviewing their photo center, which was ok. I used the Walgreens app to order my pictures, which btw you cannot add coupons too. My picture's came out great, the reason I am not giving 5 stars was because when I got home I noticed a picture was missing. So I called them and they said "Oh, yeah it's right here." It was late, and I was trying to get pictures printed for my mom to take on a trip and I had to drive back and the lady just hands it to me and says "There you go." Can I can an apology? it's 10pm and I had to drive 15min to get here. Other then not taking someones time into consideration, I was satisfied with my pictures. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Took my father to get a passport photo and one kiosk was down and he said it would be 10-15 minutes so I left to take my Dad home and do some errands and then return so I could then jump on the freeway and go home since I live 40 minutes away. So it was at least 45 minutes and when I got there, the person who did the photo was leaving and said "Oh, I forgot" and that it was still in the camera. That was it and just looked at the other photo person and walked out. The kiosk was again busy and she said she did not know how long it would be. I asked to speak with a manager because at this point I felt they needed to just mail it to me. She came out from the back in less than a minute and said "the manager was at lunch" and that was it. No let me get an assistant manager, no were sorry, no what can we do. Just that. I walked out and will never go back there again. Go to CVS or anywhere else where maybe customer service matters! read more

Came in today and found a sign over ALL cosmetics stating that they were "buy 2 get 3rd free" and that you could mix and match. Come to ring it up and nothing showed up on the register discounted. The girl at the front said she didn't know anything about it even thought the signs were 10 feet from her. Pointed them out and she had to call another associate over that decided to state the obvious "it SHOULD be coming up". WOW. THANKS. So now as the line is piling up no other associates offer to help the other customers and no one can figure out the discount isn't showing up for the 45 signs they have out. I read more

Pharmacy tech Jineen was awesome. Had to go back to the pharmacy twice because my prescription from my doctor got misplaced. Was just told by other workers the prescription was not received. Awesome Jineen researched the doctor's number, called him, and found out it was a verbal request. She questioned the other workers and located and filled the prescription. Walgreens needs more dedicated, customer oriented workers like Jineen. read more

I use this pharmacy because it has a drive thru and it's real close to my home. I don't want to change, but the level of service and compassion is becoming unbearable!! They treat you like a criminal and when they have questions there is always suspicion and doubt about your reply. They are rude and harsh, would it really take that much for them to smile once in a while? There is a specific employee there who is especially rude and NEVER smiles, she has green hair and a nasty attitude. She must hate her job and we all get to endure her misery!! I have also tried Rite Aid and CVS in Riverside and it seems to be an epidemic! I work in the customer service industry, I get how people are these days, but I also get how I would want to be treated so I stuff my bad attitude if I happen to be dealing with someone who is stirring that up in me and I kill them with kindness, because at the end of the day u don't know what troubles they are having in their lives and in all actuality, they sign my paycheck!!! went there to get one 8x10 photo ....the mgr walked past me many times and never helped me ,never asked if there was anything wrong since ive been sitting in the same spot for over 30min,,,,,but he sure was kind and very helpful to all the Mexican customers and helped them right in front of me ..then walked off ... and guess what he was Mexican ....very racist mgr..so I left and told him cancel my order and he looked at me with a big grin and said yea sure never asked my name ..so he didn't know what one to cancel or ask me if there was a problem.NEVER GO THERE I GIVE THEM A MINUS 10 read more
