The entire process is straightforward, well organized, and very efficient. Customer service at the pharmacy has also improved considerably. There now seem to be more pharmacists and staff members available to help customers, which keeps even a long line moving at a good pace. The employees have been attentive, helpful, and professional during my recent visits. CVS also continues to offer competitive prices, making it a convenient and economical choice. I am very pleased with the new pharmacy setup and the noticeable improvement in service. It has made picking up prescriptions much faster and far less frustrating. This is an excellent change, and CVS deserves credit for recognizing a problem and taking effective steps to correct it.

This CVS has a wide range of goods here from: household appliances, food, drinks, health & beauty, hygiene, hydration, cold & flu medicine, allergies medicines, clothing. Almost like a regular store, they might not have exactly what you need but mostly it's here! That why I love CVS Pharmacy! Especially for cold & flu medicine. Another good reason to shop here is some other stores do close early and they are open later so it's a huge plus! I do realize some medicines are cheaper here verse other stores & sometimes they have sales buy one get 40-50% off the 2nd one! Which other groceries stores don't have. Also they have rewards program here too! Next time you shop you can get 20% off its does vary, but the coupons really help too! Their price points are spot on! Today I need to buy some essential for the house. When I walked in I couldn't find any basket, Letty who was working up in the front saw I was looking for something. She told me there no baskets, they only had carts. She literally told me I'll get one for you! Bless her sweet heart for doing that! The atmosphere is very warm, very friendly and helpful. As I was making my round I needed some in the department but it was locked so I was trying to find someone when Saeed approached me. He asked if needed help, I sure did . He helped me unlock so I could get my item, so kind of him. As i was checking out Letty was there, asked me if I had rewards # I said yes , I saved a lot! Check out was a breeze! Letty & Saeed were super polite, kind, caring, very genuine, super helpful, very down to earth! They both have this very positive upbeat vibe that really radiates! There were two cars in front of me but it didn't take too long. The pharmacy lady was super nice and did the usual questions and was able to get my prescription for me.. BUT today was different. With alllll the craziness of 2020, they did something different which was SO cute and just such a nice gesture. I get my prescription in the little drop down box thingy and attached is this orange envelope which was weird to me because usually I just have my receipt attached. I pull forward so the car behind can get to the window and inside the envelope was a card, "happy thoughts & good vibes". We need more energy like that!

It was quite an ordeal, trying to get it moved to this Rite Aid instead of my usual Rite Aid in San Diego where I live. So my mother had to go pick up my prescription for me as I can't walk... At first there was confusion and a problem with my medication being in stock. And this pharmacist was incredibly busy and a little stressed out, but still took the time to be very helpful and get my prescription filled and work with my mother so that she was not wasting her time going all the way there to get this for me. It's so nice when pharmacists are helpful and kind and not intimidating and rushed. He was incredibly nice and explained everything to her. We are very thankful.

They don't hesitate to place you on a perpetual hold, and neglect to follow up after asking for your contact number. I called the previous night, and spoke to Sally, to avoid a delay since it was an out of town script. We arrived, for pickup, before lunchtime; they started lowering the shutters around 10-15 minutes before lunchtime - while people were still in line; worse, there was no acknowledgment...RUDE! She defended the unacceptable behavior of other CVS employees, ignored all proof of overcharges in my app, and refused to provide any resolution. This behavior is disrespectful, discriminatory, and unprofessional. CVS has wasted my time, ignored repeated complaints, and treated me as less than a customer because of my identity. I expect a full refund of every cent I was overcharged, and immediate action to ensure no other customer is treated this way. CVS: You make millions, but you cannot deny accountability for overcharging and discriminating against customers.

After waiting in line for over 10 minutes, they start telling everyone that 'the system is down, it should be back up in 30 minutes'. Lastly, and this may have something to do with their new system, my refills have been flagged that I need to consult with the pharmacist every time. These are the same refills I have been taking for over a year now. The last time the pharmacist came over, didn't even say anything, just punched a couple of buttons and handed me the bag. I wouldn't care but it took him a good 5 to 10 minutes to come over because he was on the phone. I'm tempted to try Walgreens but their reviews aren't any better. My Uncle was with me, who was not feeling well. Couldn't leave him in the hot car and he was not supposed to be alone for 24 hrs. Stood back in line after 50 min. Rudely told they were still not ready, although they said would be ready in 40 min. My Uncle received a text ready for P/U at about hour mark. Went back to pharmacy and was told I needed to stand in line AGAIN. This is my third time in line. My pharmacy - when you are waiting and RX's become ready - they call you to come up to pick-up and pay. No return to line. Ridiculous and seemed they felt joy in letting me know I'd need to stand in line again. This is not my first experience with them - picking up prescriptions for others and they are ALWAYS so rude - especially the female clerk - name starts with a "J". Another time, they told me to go shop. As I returned to the pharmacy right before 5pm, they were lowering the gate at the counter. No announcement over the loud speaker - nothing. She said it was against HIPPA. You can make an announcement that the "Pharmacy will be closing in 5 min - please make your way to the pharmacy if you have prescriptions to pick up" SOMETHING without a HIPPA issue. They would not allow me to get the prescriptions I was there for in the first place and had a flight to catch early the next a.m. so was unable to get my Uncle's prescriptions for him (he cannot see/does not drive). Best to have a seat and not leave and the watch them - because they announce NOTHING. Will be transferring his prescriptions to my pharmacy so I don't have to deal with RUDE, INCONSIDERATE people. I know what the job entails and that being more accommodating (especially after an Urgent Care or ER visit) is possible.
