    "Very nice staff and helpful" The staff is friendly and helpful and the customer service is excellent and the staff go above and beyond. They fast and efficient. The pharmacy takes the time to get to know them and make them feel welcome.

    The drive thru window was damaged months ago from a shooting that occurred. I am stunned that Walgreens has not fixed this yet!

We have…read morea Physician who is always with us and I personally have worked in the Medical/Pharmaceutical Industry for 2 decades now. Earlier today I told the doc that I needed a Rx called in and he said "No problem, but I just want to warn you that this is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with." I said "Common how bad could it be?" I was in the room right next to him as he was speaking with the pharmacy and telling them the Rx. I went to go pick it up along with a refill that I submitted. When I got there and went to the window asked her(Tech) for my Rx she said "No one called in your Rx and there was INS issue with the other refill." I told her that was factually incorrect and to submit the refill(I knew she was lying, because I've delt with this before). Pharmacy techs at Walgreens regularly DELETE Rx's just because they're busy and don't want to fill them. When I say DELETE I mean DELETE, not put back in your file to be filled later. In my career I have delt with 100's of pharmacy's and have a deep understanding of how an Rx is filled from the manufacturer to the patient. She processed the INS like I said it went right through. I then asked for the other Rx that was called in and her exact response was "I DON'T CARE SIT DOWN!!!." I did wait for about 10 minutes as I had the DELTED Rx called back in by our Physician. After waiting for a little bit I then came back up to ask the status of the Rx and to document her name so that I could report her. What she did next was unbelievable!!! Her exact response was "I'M GOING TO SUE YOU!!!". I want to make a note that the pharmacist was pleasant/nice and asked her tech what she was doing. I'm shocked she tolerated this behavior by her techs. The techs were clearly running the show here. I ended up walking out without any of the meds. The reason for these meds were 2 people in our party were seriously ill with a respiratory infection(the prior day one of them passed out on the side of the road coughing so hard that she couldn't breathe(Hypoxia). I was developing the same symptoms and wanted to start treatment immediately. Sadly this was not possible because of the LAZINESS and EGO of a disgruntled pharmacy tech. Having read and seen the ratings of this Walgreens its crystal clear that they couldn't care less. However, Walgreens if you actually read this(highly unlikely) and decide to take action(even more unlikely) to correct your clearly problematic store(It's never too late). I was in this store on Friday February 6th around 11am. Have an outstanding weekend!!!

They don't hesitate to place you on a perpetual hold, and neglect to follow up after asking for your contact number. I called the previous night, and spoke to Sally, to avoid a delay since it was an out of town script. We arrived, for pickup, before lunchtime; they started lowering the shutters around 10-15 minutes before lunchtime - while people were still in line; worse, there was no acknowledgment...RUDE! I was finally told their system wasn't working and Sally committed to check with tech support after lunch, and to call me when the order was ready...5 hours ago! This pharmacy NEEDS TO DO BETTER!

It was quite an ordeal, trying to get it moved to this Rite Aid instead of my usual Rite Aid in San Diego where I live. So my mother had to go pick up my prescription for me as I can't walk... At first there was confusion and a problem with my medication being in stock. And this pharmacist was incredibly busy and a little stressed out, but still took the time to be very helpful and get my prescription filled and work with my mother so that she was not wasting her time going all the way there to get this for me. It's so nice when pharmacists are helpful and kind and not intimidating and rushed. He was incredibly nice and explained everything to her. We are very thankful.

(Another story) The clerk was nice and found that my prescription was filled at the other CVS, but could transfer it. Yay, nice. She asked the pharmacist, who came over and within seconds was telling me, "won't fill it, go to the other." I think her words were right, she wouldn't transfer it from the other CVS. But she could..... I was prompt dismissed, as she repeated for me to go to the other CVS, and walked away. Kudos to the clerk, but I'll not go back and I'm transferring my prescriptions to a competitor that's just down the street. (And has better GoodRX prices too!)

One pharmacist did speak to my doctor but failed to pass the message along, so I still left without my medication. My doctor believed the issue was resolved--when it wasn't. I travel for work as a fashion designer and stay in town for pop-ups. "Passing by" a pharmacy is not wrongdoing, yet I was treated like it was. Pharmacists should support patients, not abuse power or make people feel guilty for needing care. This location failed at professionalism, privacy, and basic respect.

    Went to pick up prescriptions for my 80 yr old Uncle after an Urgent Care visit. Stood in line…read more They were not ready. I was told to come back in 40 min. My Uncle was with me, who was not feeling well. Couldn't leave him in the hot car and he was not supposed to be alone for 24 hrs. Stood back in line after 50 min. Rudely told they were still not ready, although they said would be ready in 40 min. My Uncle received a text ready for P/U at about hour mark. Went back to pharmacy and was told I needed to stand in line AGAIN. This is my third time in line. My pharmacy - when you are waiting and RX's become ready - they call you to come up to pick-up and pay. No return to line. Ridiculous and seemed they felt joy in letting me know I'd need to stand in line again. This is not my first experience with them - picking up prescriptions for others and they are ALWAYS so rude - especially the female clerk - name starts with a "J". Another time, they told me to go shop. As I returned to the pharmacy right before 5pm, they were lowering the gate at the counter. No announcement over the loud speaker - nothing. She said it was against HIPPA. You can make an announcement that the "Pharmacy will be closing in 5 min - please make your way to the pharmacy if you have prescriptions to pick up" SOMETHING without a HIPPA issue. They would not allow me to get the prescriptions I was there for in the first place and had a flight to catch early the next a.m. so was unable to get my Uncle's prescriptions for him (he cannot see/does not drive). Best to have a seat and not leave and the watch them - because they announce NOTHING. Will be transferring his prescriptions to my pharmacy so I don't have to deal with RUDE, INCONSIDERATE people. I know what the job entails and that being more accommodating (especially after an Urgent Care or ER visit) is possible.
