We had such a great experience at the Walgreens with the LabCorp inside! The customer service was phenomenal from the moment we walked in. Everyone was friendly, professional, and efficient. We were actually seen earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. It felt like we practically walked in and walked right back out because everything moved so smoothly. The store itself was also very nice -- clean, well organized, and easy to navigate. I loved the layout and found myself noticing how many great products and useful items they carried while we were there. Overall, this location made what could have been a stressful errand feel easy and pleasant. Definitely one of the best experiences we've had at a Walgreens/LabCorp location. Rachel was extremely rude at the Labcorp, when walking in she had actually hit me with the door on purpose while supposedly opening the door for me then she told me rudely to read out the information I needed for my drug test so I snapped and told her who she thought speaking to me that way so i ended up leaving and went to another location, she had actually closed out the test making me re order another drug test when it was clearly her fault for acting childish towards me labcrop has done nothing about it. read more

OMG... Here's my experience dealing with pharmacy's, Dr's, Insurance. Went to doctor and find my cholesterol is dangerously high so he gives my a prescription for Colestra...simple enough huh? Day 1 - Give my prescription to Walgreens. Later that afternoon they leave an automated message telling me it had been denied by my insurance. Nothing else...thats it. Day 2 - I go by Walgreens to check on it and they tell me the insurance needs more info from my Dr. They fax over the data sheet to my doc for them to fill out and send back to the insurance carrier. Then Walgreens supposed to resubmit. Ok..whatever. Day 3 - I call Walgreens and they say its still denied. Frustration factor up to 7.6 now. I call my doctor and the nurse tells me they had already sent data requested to the insurance the day before and it all should be ok now. So i go into Walgreens and the pharmacist tells me i have to wait 2-3 days for it all to sort out. Are you kidding me...its just a "F" ing prescription. I walk out steaming...frustration factor 8.4! Day 4 - I waked up P O'ed and decide this is all BS. I go to Walgreens and ask about my prescription. She plays with her keyboard and tells me its still denied. I ask her "What exactly is the reason why". She says they are waiting for the doctors info. I tell her they sent that to them 2 days ago. She pulls the old "you'll just have to wait" routine again. So i tell her "Look, what do I have to do as a patient and user of this American health care system to get you(the pharmacy), the doctor and the insurer to simply communicate and get this taken care of. She tells me i can call my doc. I did that already i tell her. So i say "Look, i need you to pick up the phone and call somebody and speak to a human and fix this. I've waited 4 days and i ain't waiting anymore. Its just a stupid prescription" By now other people waiting were listening to all this and i got some vocal support. She sees this and calls up my doc and insurer. Guess what...after 5 min of actually communicating with people it got fixed. I got my meds 1 hour later. I'm left to wonder what happens to people who are too afraid to advocate for themselves. All The Pharmacy had to do was get off their butt and do their job. read more

I couldn't believe how low of stars this Walgreens has?....?... It has everything you can possibly need and it's the only 24hr pharmacy within Pflugerville and if I'm correct it's the only one near Round Rock. The pharmacist are great especially Mr. Nathan and Ms. Kim. Well..the whole pharmacy staff is exceptional with 1 or 2 techs looking they rather be at home. The store has about a 80% to 20 % ratio of employees that are nice with great customer service and that's the 80% the 20% blah.... read more

Was out of town when RX was filled. Called them this morning to confirm it was still ready for pick up. Arrive to pick it up... she tells me I'm not in the system. Then magically finds it. Had a prescription called in at 9:20am and took them nearly 6 hours to fill it. not sure if they are backed up or short staffed but kind of on the long side to get a prescription filled especially if it's for a little kiddo who needs some antibiotics. I am so thankful for Dr. Anh Phuong, the Staff Pharmacist. I had an issue with insurance coverage on a medication earlier this year, and I spoke with her for guidance on how to resolve this issue. She handled my case personally, and went above and beyond to address and fully resolve my issue. She kept me up to date on everything, and managed to handle it all so smoothly amidst her incredibly busy work day. Without her help, I have no idea how much stress and time I would have spent trying to resolve the issue on my own. On top of that, for the past several years that I've been going there, she has always remembered me by name (before I ever say a word; I just pull up and she recognizes me). I have officially given up on going to this location! Every time I come here there is always a huge line with only one register open. They wait until the line reaches the photo counter to call for backup, worst of all I don't think they will check you out at cosmetics anymore which they used to do! Online Walgreens pharmacy doesn't send medications. ...They require people to use online Walgreens to use health insurance for prescriptions but don't send the medication for weeks. When you contact the customer support Melissa with Linda as her manager are very polite but say they will send the medication but don't. I have spoken to them weekly for three weeks now. I know several customers with this same complaint. Since you have a pharmacy locally you could let us pick up there when you mess up this badly but you will not. read more

They always gave me a hard time. All my prescriptions were sent in under my married name but these brilliant people kept using my maiden name all the way till now. Horrible horrible service! I think the people in the pharmacy are taking their own drugs. I called three times to get a prescription filled, each time I got a different price. Once I got there I went to the drive thru. I went to the far right lane. I sat there for 10 min. They finally asked what I needed, I said I was there to pick up a prescription. Then I was told that lane was only for drop off's. There was no sign or any indication that lane was only for drop off's. So I backed out went to the other lane. Once I arrive there, I asked for my prescription. I was told a different price from the previous times I called. The worst Walgreens ever! read more

I forgot how bad this location is. Honestly I forgot. Then I log into the Yelp! app on my phone and find my own review from a year and a half ago. Suddenly, I'm transported to the past. I recall with great detail my quest to get one medicine or other. The quest where I ended up being the customer from hell, taking my frustration out on pharmacy staff at the time who honestly deserved every ounce of it. Today my quarry is eye drops... Nothing the staff has to count, just stock a label on the box, like its a small Christmas present, right? Oh, no way. They are working on the label, but it will be 20 minutes. Rude. Snappy. Harried. All appropriate adjectives for the staff here. Maybe they are abused by customers a lot, but it is all self inflicted. I didn't snap back, just gave a resigned "OK" and walked out. I think the root cause of the issues here are that they are insufficiently staffed, and a good manager would care enough to keep staff and customers both happy and taken care of. Apparently that's not happening here at this Walgreen's. I now sit in my car waiting for the 20 minutes to elapse so I can get the tiny box and go home. I won't forget again. I promise. read more

I couldn't tell you much about the service or state of this store, because I was too distracted by the pain of my ruptured ear drums to notice. The entire time I was waiting for my prescription to be filled (about 25 minutes) there was an extremely loud, piercing beeping sound every single time someone walked anywhere near the door. I don't mean the mildly annoying "ding dong" sound that one would expect at a normal store. This was straight up absurd, and I'm not exaggerating when I say it was literally painful. I'd like to know if Walgreens is going to pay for my hearing aids, since I'm pretty sure they've single handedly reduced my hearing capacity by, like, 80%. This review is for cleanliness, customer service and the photo dept. we ordered a photo album online and came in to pick it up. When we arrived we were told it would be a minute. Spent a few minutes checking out all the as seen on TV crap and then went to the restroom. I've been in porta johns that were cleaner. Piss, piss and more piss everywhere. The room could have been in the house in fight club. Ok focus, don't rant. The photo section has 1 quality employee surrounded by less fortunate folks. Besides waiting long periods of time only to be told to come back later, upon picking up our photo albums the front photo had a large ink spot. The associate looked me in the eye and said that's how we gots it. I pulled out a glossy print of the same photo and showed her, no ink spot on the eye. The quality team member took charge and told my wife they would reprint the albums. Once we got home we noticed half our glossy prints are missing the tops of heads. read more

First off let me say I am huge coupon clipping saving queen. Walgreens and CVS are really good at aiding this saving money crusade I have going on. Like I've said in previous reviews I've only lived here a month so I go to the Walgreens which is less than a mile a way from me to get my ultra saving items and I get told by not only the cashier but the manager in her very rude over bearing tone that I am NOT allowed to use coupons with Walgreens coupons which is not walgreen's company policy. Manager on duty the evening of June 8, 2016 at 9pm: You were extremely rude and unprofessional. I am not surprised because it is clear you do not care about the customers or the position that you hold. I had called your store to confirm you offer money order service. Your employee advised "yes" over the phone. Only to find out your store does not offer those services or even if they did there is no one to help operate the Western Union machine. When I arrived at the store you stood there and watched my struggle on that machine as I was pressed for time. You said nothing, did NOT offer to help, nor did you apologize for having an associate tell me the WRONG information over the phone. When I left the store upset, I was about 5 yards away from you exiting the Walgreens and you yelled at me in a very sarcastic and hostile tone "HAVE A NICE NIGHT!!!!"... so you chose to have a response as I walked out the door, while you remained silent while I was there. You should be ashamed of how you treated me and based on the reviews no wonder!... Get a new job it's obvious you hate it there and your appearance needs to be worked on, along with your piss poor attitude. read more

Very disappointed with Walgreens, the pharmacy department to be exact. I refilled my prescription online like I always do. I received an automated phone call saying that the refill is delayed. I decided to call to see what the hold up was. The lady tells me that I have no more refills on my INSULIN and they need to wait for the doctor's authorization. Mind you, it's Sunday. Doctor's office is not open till Monday. I told the pharmacy tech that I need to speak to the pharmacist. I was on hold for over an hour and when she finally came to the phone, it was nothing nice. First off, the pharmacist says that I should be on top of my medication refills and not wait till the last moment. That is not her position to tell me that. She didn't offer me a loaner insulin and I know by law, they can do that. She knows that insulin is a life sustaining medication and should have said we will let you borrow one till we get authorization. I just wanted one pen to get me through Sunday. She was so rude to me, she didn't let me get a word in edgewise and she threatened to hang up the phone on me. I had to get a friend to drive me over there (because my sugar was 497). When I got there, she handed me a loaner pen and didn't even allow me to talk to her. She ignored me and went on doing other things. The overnight pharmacist was not compassionate nor did she care about me as a patient. I will speak to the lead pharmacist and get an apology I guarantee that! I will no longer be a customer due to this lady. Heartless. read more

Finally giving up on this Walgreens after being a customer for 8+ years. Inside it's ok and pretty much a normal 24 Hr Walgreens. My review is of the drive-thru pharmacy. They now require folks with multiple prescriptions to all use 1 and only 1 drive through lane. I can see that making sense if you have big boxes of meds, or like big heavy bottles of syrups or whatever. Those little gravity tubes only work with so much weight. I get that part. No qualms there. I get like 3-5 prescriptions that are pill bottles (not oversized, not heavy, etc). We used to be able to go to either drive through lane and they would just send my stuff in multiple shots to the car with the little tube thing. But now, some genius at Walgreens decided that anyone with multiple meds has to go to 1 and only 1 window that has seriously long lines now. If you have 30 minutes to waste in a drive thru or you only ever have one prescription at a time, have at it. Otherwise, fellow neighbors, I would advise you to AVOID THIS location at all times. read more
