If you want something to last you have to choose the perfume options but yes sometimes those can be pricey. Therefore buy what your budget can afford. All the staff from my experience shopping here have been fun, educational, and informative their products. Just like retail store you can have a bad experience sometimes but don't let negativity energy detour from the experience of this store. Not sure if there's an a/c issue or they just like their store to be hot and toasty but it was very uncomfortable

Ulta's salon prices are really reasonable compared to places like Drybar and Blo, which makes it a great option if you want a nice blowout without paying those higher prices. I am taking one star off though, because whoever plans the aisles at this location is clearly not paying attention. I included a video to show how asinine the placement is. Having a kiosk to try on makeup is fine, but then placing a display directly across from it basically blocks the aisle. This store's layout has become really hard to get through, especially in a wheelchair. Just a very poor layout decisions. Great stylist, great prices, ridiculous aisle planning. I'd absolutely book with Cat again... but the store layout needs some common sense.
