Most of the store is 40% off now. None of the valentines is closing prices, or even a sale price. Small selection of valentines They still have plenty of cards. So if you're looking to stock up on birthdays, thinking of you, anniversary and all the other categories, now is the time. 40% off is a pretty decent deal. My go to spot for gifts and cards. There is something for any and all occasions! I'm always amazed at the different cards they have here for all occasions. You can find military appreciation and friendship cards. I've even stopped in here to pick up a chocolate turtle from their counter. So good! The staff is very friendly and you will definitely want to sign up for their Hallmark Gold Crown rewards program so you can get 20% off coupons. I have scored some awesome and cute items here. Funny how I waited in line for quite some time but when someone walks right up of different race they open another line. Instead of saying I'll take whose next, of course they take her first. The staff were very friendly, asking me if they could help me find something and guiding me to the location in the store. Nothing was really suitable, but I browsed (because I love Snoopy and plush) and bought a new journal too. While she was ringing me up, the employee offered if I'd like to join their Hallmark club. It has been years since I have stepped inside a Hallmark and wow, I have been missing out! The customer service at this location is top notch. I was sincerely greeted within seconds of walking in, made aware of the sale tables around the store and asked if I was shopping for anything in particular/needed assistance. Hell nope. My mom got me a housewarming gift from A Hallmark. Which one? The world may never know. I do know that if I go to a Target anywhere in the US, I can exchange it also anywhere in the US. Apparently you can only ever return Hallmark items from wherever they originated. Anyway, back to my mom's attempts at being nice. The gift she got me was unfortunately broken. It had a chain that was broken off. So, I figured I could come here and get it exchanged. I looked up Hallmark's return policy and everything. HA! According to Hallmark's website you can return something without a receipt within 90 days. According to the VERY rude lady at Hallmark, because she's never seen the item I tried to take back, she can't help me. She won't offer any solutions. She'll make you feel like you've done something wrong. Then you'll remember why you never go to Hallmark. Because fuck this place, that's why. read more

Hallmark store is the only place I purchase my cards. Why? Glad you asked. They have GREAT economical promotions and I am all for saving money while getting a quality product. Their card variety is vast. I can always find an excellently worded card for my occasion. Other cards from none card shops are just to generic. At Hallmark store I Can always find a card that states exactly what I am meaning and feeling for that person. Their buy 3 get 1 free promotion is cool. Their 100 points per card promotion is even better. I like getting my $2 or more reward bucks in the mail or email. I then run over to the Hallmark store and get some of my cards on them. read more

I've shopped at this Hallmark for years and recently I've been going to Trudy's more often because they're much nicer. Today I had to return something and I will say it was not a very courteous gentleman at the front desk. Not pleasant at all and was even a little sarcastic in his reply to me on a question. Not the type of people I'm used to when I come into a Hallmark. Definitely going to make it a point to avoid this location if at all possible. This store is pleasant and relaxing to shop in. Staff is friendly and helpful and the store is always neat and organized. The recent remodeling is beautiful! I mentioned the hours that are listed online, and they are aware of the mistake. They have asked Google to change the M-Sat hours several times, but it keeps reverting back to 9 pm. I wish I could rate them at a NEGATIVE 5 stars. I moved from Baltimore, MD to Round Rock, Texas in June 2021 and have problems getting my free card as a Hallmark Crown Rewards member from this location. In Baltimore, there was NO problem. Since moving to Texas, the closest Hallmark store is Trudy's (Amy's) Hallmark Shop at 2701A Parker Dr., Suite 201, Round Rock, TX 78681. I've gone there 3 times to buy multiple cards and use my coupon for the free card. Each time they have found a reason to refuse my free card and the staff has been less than friendly. They don't even greet me when I enter the store or offer any assistance. My most recent experience was attempting to buy cards for Father's Day. They did not have any Father's Day cards on the stand for the free cards so I chose four regular Father's Day cards and chose one general card from the free card stand. They refused to scan my coupon, stating I had combined two separate emails and the bar code was not legitimate. WHAT?!? This was the second time they accused me of altering my email and refused to honor my free card. Needless to say, I walked out without buying ANYTHING. Unfortunately, I find it necessary to add that I am a woman of color. read more

I love Hallmark products and today was the first time I didn't receive warm welcoming service. Was disappointed that the cashier wouldn't allow me the discounted price on a pen when it had a shelf tag stating if you bought a box of cards (which I was buying) you would get the pen for $.99. I said that perhaps they should take the advertisement down if the promotion was over. There were more staff members in the store than shoppers. I left feeling less happy than I usually feel when leaving with my puchases. In the past this shop has been a very fun place to spend my money. Unclear why they are closed an hour earlier than listed on the Hallmark website, Google maps, etc. After reading Yelp reviews, looks like they have had plenty of time to update the hours online. Doesn't help to have the Saturday closing hours missing on the window next to the door, either. Watch Out For Other Hallmark Store Coupons!! I called this Amy's location not realizing the coupon I had was for Trudy's. Upon arrival I noticed it so I did't even bother going in and I proceeded to the Trudy's location. When I got there I asked specifically for a Maleficent Figurine and was told that they had been out for months. I told the sales associate that I had a coupon for Trudy's and not Amy's where I had found some because I had called ahead. She told me that Amy's wouldn't honor it but that they honor coupons all the time from Amy's. She then took my coupon and went to call the Amy's location to try and reason with them. They refused to do anything of the sort. I ended up finding a very small coupon on Retail Me Not and used it but the saving paled in comparison. I ended up going back over to Amy's and purchased the item since it was a gift. But it is unfortunate that they took that stance. I definitely will not be going back to that store again. It just boggles my mind that they would accept a coupon from Retail Me Not and not another local Hallmark store. Point is....If you go into a Hallmark store...They should seem like they are all one unit and work in harmony. They all have to follow policies. Too bad customer service is one of them. I love this Hallmark store. The staff always goes above and beyond to be friendly and extremely helpful. Need a unique gift? Avoid having to wade through huge department stores to find affordable and special treats. The Managers and cashiers are always more than willing to help you find that 'something special".
