Well, I was in their shopping center for something else when I saw from the street a big banner that said store closing. They still had a small selection of Christmas stuff. Christmas is at 75% off. Most of the store is 40% off now. None of the valentines is closing prices, or even a sale price. Small selection of valentines They still have plenty of cards. So if you're looking to stock up on birthdays, thinking of you, anniversary and all the other categories, now is the time. 40% off is a pretty decent deal. They are in a shopping center and they have plenty of parking. No stairs to climb. Easy access from a wheelchair point of view. read more

I love the chaos that this hallmark store is. It's like when you move to a smaller house but keep all your crap! For Hallmark it works i guess. They always have the cards stocked, unlike the corner store so you cna find you $8.00 card for graduation!! I love all the stuff and could look around for hours i always see employees bringing out more merchandise but it is always super cute! read more

This is beautiful Hallmark store. They have gifts for every occasion. They have their Christmas ornaments out. They have gifts for baptism and christening. They have cards for everyone, of course. They have a hallmark crown club where every purchase earns points. I am part of this club. Today I got eight dollars off my total purchase and a free greeting card! I officially started my Christmas shopping today, thank you Hallmark! The people who work in this hallmark are very friendly and very helpful. This store is dog friendly, so you can bring your dog With you while you shop. read more

My go to spot for gifts and cards. There is something for any and all occasions! I'm always amazed at the different cards they have here for all occasions. You can find military appreciation and friendship cards. I've even stopped in here to pick up a chocolate turtle from their counter. So good! The staff is very friendly and you will definitely want to sign up for their Hallmark Gold Crown rewards program so you can get 20% off coupons. I have scored some awesome and cute items here. Right now, their Hallmark ornaments are 75% off and there were other Christmas items on sale. Valentine's Day is coming up so they are ready with goodies you can pick up. They have cute tshirts, flip flops, earrings, necklaces, stuffed animals, frames and so much more. read more

Funny how I waited in line for quite some time but when someone walks right up of different race they open another line. Instead of saying I'll take whose next, of course they take her first. Then ask me if I'm ready, no I'm just standing in line for the heck of it because it's cool these days to just stand in line and not be ready. A mess. Never again, so sick of the racist behavior. It's old, boring and tired!! Get a freaking life!!! Please tell me you guys aren't still miserable, lol!! Lord!! read more

Can't say that I found what I came here looking for (postcards) but I still somehow walked out having spent more than $50, LOL. The staff were very friendly, asking me if they could help me find something and guiding me to the location in the store. Nothing was really suitable, but I browsed (because I love Snoopy and plush) and bought a new journal too. While she was ringing me up, the employee offered if I'd like to join their Hallmark club. I declined but it was nice of her to ask. read more

It has been years since I have stepped inside a Hallmark and wow, I have been missing out! The customer service at this location is top notch. I was sincerely greeted within seconds of walking in, made aware of the sale tables around the store and asked if I was shopping for anything in particular/needed assistance. Both ladies working were super kind and helpful. The store itself is clean, organized and very easy to shop. Great selection of greeting cards, gifts, holiday items, you name it! I'll definitely be stopping here for gifts! read more

Amy doesn't want my money. Locked and closed up for the night almost an hour before published closing time. Wish I had as much extra money to stop working. And the small business owner wonders why we go to Walmart. read more

Amy's Hallmark Shop - Nope. Closes when they want to. - Cards & Stationery Near Me - Round Rock, Texas

Great selection of cards, gifts, and home decor! Really fun to peruse this store. The store is very organized and clean. I always feel welcome when I go to this Hallmark. read more

Hallmark store is the only place I purchase my cards. Why? Glad you asked. They have GREAT economical promotions and I am all for saving money while getting a quality product. Their card variety is vast. I can always find an excellently worded card for my occasion. Other cards from none card shops are just to generic. At Hallmark store I Can always find a card that states exactly what I am meaning and feeling for that person. Their buy 3 get 1 free promotion is cool. Their 100 points per card promotion is even better. I like getting my $2 or more reward bucks in the mail or email. I then run over to the Hallmark store and get some of my cards on them. read more

Hell nope. My mom got me a housewarming gift from A Hallmark. Which one? The world may never know. I do know that if I go to a Target anywhere in the US, I can exchange it also anywhere in the US. Apparently you can only ever return Hallmark items from wherever they originated. Anyway, back to my mom's attempts at being nice. The gift she got me was unfortunately broken. It had a chain that was broken off. So, I figured I could come here and get it exchanged. I looked up Hallmark's return policy and everything. HA! According to Hallmark's website you can return something without a receipt within 90 days. According to the VERY rude lady at Hallmark, because she's never seen the item I tried to take back, she can't help me. She won't offer any solutions. She'll make you feel like you've done something wrong. Then you'll remember why you never go to Hallmark. Because fuck this place, that's why. read more

I've shopped at this Hallmark for years and recently I've been going to Trudy's more often because they're much nicer. Today I had to return something and I will say it was not a very courteous gentleman at the front desk. Not pleasant at all and was even a little sarcastic in his reply to me on a question. Not the type of people I'm used to when I come into a Hallmark. Definitely going to make it a point to avoid this location if at all possible. Thinking of going to a Hallmark it might be a little smaller but the dispositions are much sweeter in Pflugerville Stone Hill. It only takes a little bit to be kind. read more

I went in tonight 30 minutes to closing and met with Sarah (don't know if there's a H on the end or not) and she was so kind & helpful! She provided great customer service, and I love this location as well as the selection of products. :) read more

I really wish I had done my homework and read the yelp review! Closes a full hour before posted close time and apparently has for many years? Amy definitely doesn't want your business so I feel the same as a prior review, guess Target it is! read more

Amy's Hallmark Shop - Store hours NOT listed online - Cards & Stationery Near Me - Round Rock, Texas

The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. My cashier Hope was a big help in locating the item I needed and she was very friendly. The manager is very friendly and it is a great place to shop read more

This store is pleasant and relaxing to shop in. Staff is friendly and helpful and the store is always neat and organized. The recent remodeling is beautiful! I mentioned the hours that are listed online, and they are aware of the mistake. They have asked Google to change the M-Sat hours several times, but it keeps reverting back to 9 pm. That shouldn't be held against the store. read more

I wish I could rate them at a NEGATIVE 5 stars. I moved from Baltimore, MD to Round Rock, Texas in June 2021 and have problems getting my free card as a Hallmark Crown Rewards member from this location. In Baltimore, there was NO problem. Since moving to Texas, the closest Hallmark store is Trudy's (Amy's) Hallmark Shop at 2701A Parker Dr., Suite 201, Round Rock, TX 78681. I've gone there 3 times to buy multiple cards and use my coupon for the free card. Each time they have found a reason to refuse my free card and the staff has been less than friendly. They don't even greet me when I enter the store or offer any assistance. My most recent experience was attempting to buy cards for Father's Day. They did not have any Father's Day cards on the stand for the free cards so I chose four regular Father's Day cards and chose one general card from the free card stand. They refused to scan my coupon, stating I had combined two separate emails and the bar code was not legitimate. WHAT?!? This was the second time they accused me of altering my email and refused to honor my free card. Needless to say, I walked out without buying ANYTHING. Unfortunately, I find it necessary to add that I am a woman of color. read more

Usually my go to Hallmark store but no more. I'm 8 months pregnant and asked to use the restroom. I've used the bathroom there before, the staff has always been friendly. However I was told no and to go to a different store. The same cashier was also unfriendly at check out. So disappointed and will not be returning. read more

I love Hallmark products and today was the first time I didn't receive warm welcoming service. Was disappointed that the cashier wouldn't allow me the discounted price on a pen when it had a shelf tag stating if you bought a box of cards (which I was buying) you would get the pen for $.99. I said that perhaps they should take the advertisement down if the promotion was over. There were more staff members in the store than shoppers. I left feeling less happy than I usually feel when leaving with my puchases. In the past this shop has been a very fun place to spend my money. Will return someday but may choose to drive a bit further and visit the Georgetown Hallmark in Wolf Ranch shopping plaza. read more

Unclear why they are closed an hour earlier than listed on the Hallmark website, Google maps, etc. After reading Yelp reviews, looks like they have had plenty of time to update the hours online. Doesn't help to have the Saturday closing hours missing on the window next to the door, either. I did not appreciate driving 20 minutes over here to find the doors locked 40 minutes before I thought they closed. read more

The people that I dealt with were so rude and when I had asked a question the response was sarcastic. I will NEVER go to this Hallmark store again. Hallmark is supposed to be a happy and cheerful store but these employees are rude and sarcastic. read more

Beware! This store really closes at 8pm. (Don't pay attention to the door or website that states the store closes at 9pm) You will be turned away. When I asked the clerk what time the store closed, she said, " Now". I told her maybe she should have the sign on the door changed. Take your hard earned money elsewhere. read more

Watch Out For Other Hallmark Store Coupons!! I called this Amy's location not realizing the coupon I had was for Trudy's. Upon arrival I noticed it so I did't even bother going in and I proceeded to the Trudy's location. When I got there I asked specifically for a Maleficent Figurine and was told that they had been out for months. I told the sales associate that I had a coupon for Trudy's and not Amy's where I had found some because I had called ahead. She told me that Amy's wouldn't honor it but that they honor coupons all the time from Amy's. She then took my coupon and went to call the Amy's location to try and reason with them. They refused to do anything of the sort. I ended up finding a very small coupon on Retail Me Not and used it but the saving paled in comparison. I ended up going back over to Amy's and purchased the item since it was a gift. But it is unfortunate that they took that stance. I definitely will not be going back to that store again. It just boggles my mind that they would accept a coupon from Retail Me Not and not another local Hallmark store. Point is....If you go into a Hallmark store...They should seem like they are all one unit and work in harmony. They all have to follow policies. Too bad customer service is one of them. The sales associate at Trudy's went out of her way to help me and if they had the item I was looking for, they most certainly would have made the sale and then some. read more

Fraud!!! Ordered Christmas Cards and selected the one time charge so they would not charge me every month. Just noticed that I have been charged every month ever since, called spoke with a manager and she is only crediting one month!!! read more

I love this Hallmark store. The staff always goes above and beyond to be friendly and extremely helpful. Need a unique gift? Avoid having to wade through huge department stores to find affordable and special treats. The Managers and cashiers are always more than willing to help you find that 'something special". I went in this week to find a hard to get ornament and the store was packed with shoppers. Nicole found my ornament and I was checked out within 15 minutes. Thanks Hallmark! read more
