Booked vaccine appointment several days in advance- which made no difference in expediency. OMG! The entire store seemed short staffed. There were 3 people ahead of me who had been waiting more than 30 minutes. Unsure if they had appointments. Only 1 cashier who was challenged by more than simple tasks, but executed some of those well. Seems like they need staff who speak Spanish based on the clients and communication challenges I saw today. The drive thru window seemed to suck up staff time with numerous problems but staff were kind to everyone. However this caused everyone to have to wait. There were announcements about staff needed for customer service in various Departments. As I left there were customers waiting at the checkout counter nearest the door and no cashier was there. His store is in a busy area just off the interstate so possibly need more staff at lunchtime? read more

The pharmacy is not conveniently open or serviced . The online order system always kicks me to another store, ignores my choice of store. read more

This is my favorite store. It is near my work so I happen to pop in often. Forgot to buy snacks? Walgreens has me covered. Forgot to bring a drink? Arizona tea is here for me. Walgreens even has gift cards and greeting cards in case you forget. They always have a seasonal aisle for the holidays with cute stuff. Right now, it's full of summer items. The cashiers are always friendly and Walgreens always has some deal going on for Card members. Be sure to sign up if you haven't already so you earn rewards on your purchases. I have only used the pharmacy once and it was a pleasant experience. Nothing stressful and everything was processed via insurance like expected. Pharmacy is Sooooooooooo Slow. There are a couple people in the pharmacy that are ok. But, most are just rude, clueless and argumentative. The adult woman at the front register is the only bright spot. read more

The pharmacy isn't very nice or helpful! This was their second chance with me using their services. I rather drive to Pflugerville Walgreens where I always got great service. Don't even waste your time at this location. The cashier that was working today at 5pm seemed a bit overwhelmed. She had 6 people in her liine and was having issues. She called for help three times and no member of management showed up. Finally after what seemed like forever a woman in a grey polo shirt showed up. But just stood there like she had an attitude problem as the cashier explained her issue. The woman in the grey shift rolled her eyes at the cashier so much everyone in line could see. I thought to myself "Yep this place has gone to hell." I just left my stuff where with the magazines and left. I will not be returning. Recommendation... GET RID OF LAZY MANAGEMENT! I have to use my Otc card from insurance in here. ALWAYS things are marked Otc then I get to checkout and it's not actually covered so I guess most people are rich enough to go ahead and pay cash. I'm not. They know it's been issue for couple years and don't fix it. I have approached manager about this issue so many times. Like intentional false advertising. I can now go to Walmart for Otc products and pay 2.00$ for a product there on Otc that Walgreens charges 8$ for same product. (Alkeseltzer). I only kept getting rx filled here because I had to use Otc card here. Now that I have options I am getting my rx switched. Their prices make NO sense and now all incoming rx calls unless you ask for store go thru outside source and rx is outsourced as well. Means no longer the person I look in the eyeball when I pick up is even filling my prescription. read more

Please be aware that this store is still serving customer who won't wear masks that are also not observing social distancing. A manager told that although masks are "mandated", they are not "required" and that they won't deny service to people who refuse to wear masks, despite a city ordinance that requires masks when social distancing is not possible, as in the case of filling prescriptions (the registers are side-by-side). read more

Worst customer service. Had to drive up here more than twice for prescriptions called in two weeks ago. After coming to pick up they only had one ready. The lady at the counter said she didnt know I wanted all three prescriptions. Of course I do. I dont want to drive up here again. Then the consult wouldn't properly tell me about my medication. She just walked away after I was asking about my other scripts that weren't filled. I'm pregnant and need to know what I'm taking. read more

I can't speak for the pharmacy, but the store itself is pretty fantastic. There's 2 Redboxes outside, which is always a plus. The inside is much bigger than a typical Walgreens and there's a large variety of basically everything there, from ice cream to itch cream. The worker there was super helpful when I was trying to find something. Simple and convenient place. read more

What's there to say about a chain corner drugstore? This one's pretty great because of the convenient location and the fact they're always open. It's generally clean in there, and their seasonal aisle is a fun place to waste a few minutes. This particular Walgreens also wised up and put not one but TWO Redboxes outside. It still gets crowded, but it's a lot better than when it was just the one. Points in their favor for that. Useful tip (and I guess this goes for all Walgreens): If the line at the front is too long, go check out at the cosmetics counter. read more

I frequent Walgreen's when I need something quick and fast! I have always used their pharmacy. The staff are all great! Very friendly, fast and informative. I have never really had a bad experience with this particular location. I get my medications sent over from the doctors office so there is never a Rx required and within a few min it's almost always ready for pick up! I love this place! read more

The pharmacist Shelby has no customer service skills at all, no sympathy towards us the customers who are here to pick up medication. As soon as I told her my son had Medicaid she got upset saying I could just purchase it. I told her to try to put it under Medicaid and she got the helper told her to help me and left to lunch knowing the helper needed her to clear the register, the helper looked embarrassed of how she treated me and we waited until she got back she then went to help someone who was behind me and just had me there waiting. She tried to humiliate me just cause my son has Medicaid. This was the worst experience ever here, I just needed to get my sons medicines. read more

I had a really bad experience at this Walgreens today.The line was so long at check out that I went to cosmetic checkout ,There were only 2 people there but the clerk was to busy having a conversation with the customer that she was taking her time.I even blurted out to stop talking and check out the rest of us. Us two got tired of waiting and went back to front register because they finally open another register.The credit card machine wouldn't work .I just threw up my hands and left all my stuff on counter and left the store.I will be going elsewhere... read more

I was at Tokyo Steakhouse. The Guy a few seats down at the hibachi ordered scallops...to which I'm highly allergic. I didn't notice until chomping into my shrimp that something went wrong. The pharmacists were on the ball, ripping open liquid Benadryl and giving me 2x dosage. Thank goodness for them!! My throat was already tingly and ready to shut!! read more

I have done business at this location for 20 years. I cannot remember one time I have not been given the personal service I required. I know time is valuable. I never ask for more than a couple of minutes to have a question answered. I know enough to find most of what I need. So there is not many times I need to ask anyone. I do on occasion need help with over the counter drugs or vitamins. The Pharmacy is busy, but the have always had time to point me in the right direction, when I did need some advice. I appreciate their professionalism and their willingness to to help the people that are their client base. read more

If i could give a 0 I would. This pharmacy in disorganized and slow. The pharmacist would not follow the doctor's instructions and release the prescription. Then would not give it back or allow it to be transferred to a different pharmacy. He held it over the weekend to check with the doctor so I went all weekend without medication. This review is for their Photo center. I needed UK passport photos, I went there with soft copy of my photo and a guy helped me print, even gave me a ruler to make sure its the right size, I paid for the photos too and requested him to cut them. Then the store manager came then and did not accept me take those photos as they were not taken at that store. I took a photo then but as I wasn't prepared for that and because it was 80 F outside I did not like the photo at all as it's going to be in my passport forever. He said they are going to shred my photo but not give it to me as it's against their policy. I even asked him I am just asking for something which you are going to trash. The answer was still NO. I am very unhappy with what happened. The guy said it takes 5,10 minutes but I did spend 35 minutes there and returned with bad photos, sad face. read more

I use to love this Walgreens, however my last few trips there over the past few months have been awful experiences. Their pharmacy departmeny use to be very kind, but lately they've been nothing but rude. One woman had her arms crossed at me and gave me attitude snapping "what do you need". Another experience I've had, the pharmacist - who was suppose to be helping me out - was too busy having a conversation with this customer who was behind me and therefore she didn't actually help me very much at all. I've also had trouble getting a bag when checking out with their pharmacy department. If a customer has a couple bottles of water - or a couple bottles of any drink - and has a couple of prescriptions, there should be no reason in being rude towards the customer wanting a bad and not wanting to juggle everything. I dont understand why/how this phatmacy took a complete 180 in the last half year or so, but between these experiences and a few others I've had here, I will have my prescriptions sent to a different location from now on. read more
