I also get my vaccines for Covid here. Always use this pharmacy, as it is a local business, and is much better than the big chain store pharmacies in town. It's always good to spend money on local businesses because that means the money gets reinvested into the community, as opposed to big chain stores where the money flows out of our community. Always shop local if you can!

There appears to be little to no efficiency in how the store is run. Staffing always seems inadequate, and customers are left waiting far longer than reasonable just to complete basic transactions. Whether it's the pharmacy or the front registers, the process feels disorganized and unnecessarily slow. This location seriously needs better management of workflow and staffing because the current experience is frustrating for customers. Until major improvements are made, I would strongly recommend going to a different pharmacy if you have the option.

I remember the first time I picked up a prescription there, they said, "Feel better soon." Despite feeling sick, it lifted my spirit and I appreciated that. The prices at any drugstores can be high although if you know your prices, you can find some good deals at Walgreens. I buy their "Nice" brand trailmixes here periodically. Their vitamins are frequently "Buy 1 Get 1 Free". For folks who are mad at the pharmacy department, you should try the CVS in Chelmsford Center, I switched from that location to this one because the staff was not nice or kind. That said, pharmacies are often short staff. The Westford one even has to support a Drive-Through. Not ideal for the staff. I try to be kind to them so they are motivated to provide better service.

Most staff are not knowledgeable about the products. Problem is, they treat their customers as bad as their employees. This huge corporation makes billions of dollars in profits, but shunts all of the oney away from the workers, so much so that most Walmart employees literally eed food stamps to get by. That's shameful. Perhaps if they finally paid their employees more than $9 an hour, they would have more employees on hand, and more competent ones at that. Costco pays its workers more than twice as much as Walmart, and they have even better sales, because it better service and more competent employees

I needed to fill a prescription over the summer and I figured I'd give TFP a try. Wow - they were amazing! I walked and in and immediately was taken care of. They even asked how I was feeling in relation to the meds I was picking up and took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the prescription. Everyone was so down to earth and friendly and made me feel at ease. That experience was only the tip of the awesomeness iceberg. I went in there to buy a pharmacy product and was kind of frazzled and in a panic so I just grabbed it, paid for it and left. Turns out I didn't need both of the items I bought so I went back a week later to return one of them. The owner recognized me and told me that she realized she had accidentally overpriced one of the items I bought and didn't notice it until I made the purchase - so right then and there she handed me $3 cash. WHAT? That would never in a million years happen at one of the huge pharmacy stores.
