When I called the store to report the issue, instead of receiving an apology, I was met with a defensive explanation about how things were scanned and that's what they rely on. It seems reading is out of style these days. They made no effort to help me. They just said, "Well, bring it back to the store and we'll figure it out." So much for customer service. I guess they think they can charge high prices for their products and treat people this way, expecting we'll keep coming back? I don't think so. They better do something to make up for this hassle. Westborough is always fully stocked with everything I need and if they aren't they order my products and I receive them in their next shipment. The staff is friendly unlike other locations and when I have questions they go above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend going to this location and if you fear they may not have everything you need before the drive just call a few weeks ahead and create an order with the store. Once it's in they put it all together and call you when it's ready to pick up and when you arrive they will greet you with a smile and be happy to help you.

SARAH & GINA were so friendly and anxious to help fix me. They patiently explained my myriad of color issues 1-by-1, combined their expertise to select the absolute perfect products (strong enough to do the job, but gentle enough to spare my overly-punished hair), and gave me precision step by steps for each product, including important tweaks & caveats just for my situation (i.e. the "order of go" and to not attempt it all in one day, as I'd planned). Latest visit, a few days ago, had a line of customers with one register open. There were 4 employees all trying to troubleshoot an issue at one register. When one of them finally looked up, she attempted to sign onto a second register, unsuccessfully. One of the first group went over and they ultimately discovered the caps lock was on, which was preventing the sign on. When we finally got to the register and were ready to check out, the cashier was asking for phone number and name. We were not interested in joining the club but the cashier explained if anything needed to be returned, this info was needed. Fine, the phone and first name was provided, then she proceeded to ask for last name and address. I spoke up and asked why this info was also needed? She said "well, it will be needed if you have to return something". We respectfully declined, turns out none if it is actually needed to make a purchase. Do they really have so many returned items it makes sense to get all that info at the time of purchase? or maybe, just maybe, this was also needed for future marketing? Also, the line was getting longer and little ones in line getting restless. This cashier clearly had trouble reading a room as no one wanted to wait as she attempted to secure additional personal information from each customer not already part of their program. I'll not likely return to this store.
