They never answer the phone. The automated system will tell you your medication will be ready at a certain time and you go there and it's not. I already switched to Walgreens. But I still come here to pick up meds for elderly relatives - and come again and again. Sometimes it takes days. They are a total disaster. read more

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to!! My first time in I waited for an hour and a half for a prescription because they put it on hold instead of filling it. Then argued amongst themselves for 30 minutes on whose fault it was, while not filling it. This month they filled the prescription wrong, my Doctor called in for them to fix it the Friday before Christmas and I got a text to pick it up. I go to pick it up they say it's been returned to stock because I left it for 2 weeks. I e switched to Walgreens. DONT go to this CVS!!!! read more

Consistently terrible. Every encounter with the these pharmacists have been met with rudeness and drive thru is now closed daily which makes it difficult for older popularion who have difficultly getting around. Rx sent to pharmacy and just sits if they have any question. they never ever handle things instead it'll sit there with nothing addressed. I LOVE this Minute Clinic. The Clinicians on staff are friendly and professional, caring and attentive. I come here regularly, rather than my PC. The NPs here LISTEN to you and take your word that YOU know your own body best! I would recommend this pharmacy too! They treat me like family because I'm a frequent flier- and they are caring and attentive and they always go out of their way to serve me promptly and professionally. read more

Worst pharmacy ever. I'm new to the area and wanted to stay with CVS which is what brought me here. First prescription I had filled, I needed to change my ins. as I had just went to medicare, but pharmacy person said just to go with this as it appeared I had coverage from previous ins. (?) Still don't understand that one, but my feeling is that she didn't want to deal with inputting new info. Back again to pick up antibiotic, very contagious and feeling very poorly. Drive-up window closed (again). I had tried to call them ahead of time but they do not answer the phone. So a sick person is expected to come into the store, meanwhile with a long line that is barely moving. I complained, was told I don't have to go there and started talking to someone else. Going to Rite Aid, nice staff there. This pharmacy and it's unprofessional staff is doing a great job at bringing down the credibility of CVS. read more

My doctor suggested I ask the pharmacy to cut pills in half as I wasn't having much luck. I told the female person that answered the phone I tried a pill cutter & half ended up as powder. She continually interrupted me & said I could come in buy a pill cutter & do it myself. I already tried the pill cutter - told her several times! After going back & forth & constantly being interrupted I just asked would you do this for me? Her answer: NO! Will NEVER go to this location - she represented this pharmacy as RUDE & NOT HELPFUL to customers!!! read more

I would give negative stars to this CVS if I could. There have been multiple times they did not have the prescription in house and when I asked if they could transfer me to a CVS in another town that would have it that day for me - gave me attitude for not wanting to wait the 3-5days it would take for them to get the prescription for me. There have also been multiple times I was called and told my prescription was ready to arrive and and find out it was not ready and I'd have to wait. One time I actually called and physically talked to someone in the pharmacy to confirm if my prescription was ready (and assured it was by them) to again get here and find out it wasn't. read more

Great when they're great. Horrible when they're slow... And they're slow a lot, but CVS will always be better than Rite Aid. With no perfect option, CVS pharmacy is the best choice. Sometimes I feel like the wait times are a marketing tactic though... I've never escaped a 15 minute pharmacy wait without purchasing something from the store whether it be tissues, a greeting card or a new nail polish color. read more

I was just in the pharmacy waiting for a prescription for over an hour. They said they were waiting on a call from my doctor, so I called and asked him to call back- he hadn't heard from them so didn't know they were waiting for him. Over twenty minutes later, they told me that hadn't heard from him. He had spoken directly to the pharmacist directly after I'd called him. Switched my prescription to the Walgreens down the street and am headed home, antibiotics in hand, ten minutes later. read more
