I went in to grab some new multivitamins but wasn't sure which would be best for me. Upon walking in I was greeted and asked if I needed help and was given the best customer service. I think his name was Ian and he was very knowledgeable, patient and informative. I ended up purchasing a few items and most were on a special deal. I will def plan to return when my products start running low. They also have a great return policy if the products purchased are not providing the result you needed. It's at a great location, plenty of parking and many stores within walking distance. read more

I attempted to go to the store for the first time on Saturday and store was closed. Originally. They usually have a good deal on what I go in there for which isn't much but the customer service sucks here. Everytime i have come in here they never speak to you or ask if they can help you or even acknowledge you. When the check you out it's very in and out no personality whatsoever. So if you aren't sure what you are looking for don't go here because they won't be of any help. I'd suggest going to another vitamin shoppe or a competitor. read more

I have been a customer for a very long time. Today I was treated very rudely by an employee. He had waited on me in the past. He never know the answers to any questions. Today I go in. They were out of a brand I normally ask for. He got in my face cuz I forgot my phone and couldn't tell him the name brand. He said I "always need something" when I come in. Well of course I do! He was very rude. I even asked for another clerk. He didn't care cuz he was quitting today. He caused me a tremendous amount of stress! It's a vitamin store people have questions and needs! He will not be missed! Let's hope the new guy is better. On the upside the manager Liz and the older gentleman are way more helpful. read more

I love the variety here compared to GNC. Came here on an errand to buy preworkout for my dad, and the staff was able to find the item to match the picture sent to me. They have a lot of cases of energy drinks, preworkouts and vitamins as well. read more

The staff was friendly knew their product and were very helpful.I felt Trevor and Laura were not just trying to make me buy unnecessary things yet I spent more than I intended and left feeling excited about my purchase and what I learned. He answered all my questions and seemed sincerely interested in the conversation and helping me but also let us check out the store without feeling pressured. He was helping other customers but was also right there for us whenever we had a question. He was honest with his answers. I had questions about a newer product he admitted he was not too familiar with but he reviewed the label with me and knew a lot about each ingredient and then went to his computer to find out more and showed me some good sources to find reliable information. GREAT customer service at this Nashua, NH store. Liz is very helpful and always takes the extra time to login and check my points status. Trevor and Josh - and Liz, are all very knowledgeable and I never feel like they're "selling me" on a product. I really enjoy shopping at this store and I never feel pressured to buy more product. Like I do at GNC...just sayin' Also I used to be a bodybuilding.com buyer, but Vitamin Shoppe's prices are at least equal if not better. I walk out with the product here vs having to pay for shipping and wait days to receive what I ordered. Keep up the great work! read more

This is a very well put together health supplement store. The lay out is easy to navigate and most of the staff I've spoken to are pretty knowledgeable. The best thing about this store is the competitive pricing, they are much more affordable than GNC ever could be. My mother and I visit her store once per month to stock up on essential vitamin products and Liz and her team are always happy/helpful to lend a hand or provide knowledge about a product. These guys always make you feel like you're in an old fashioned neighborhood store. Always recognized and greeted by folks who clearly aren't just there because it's a job. All the staff are conscious and knowledgeable about some aspect of health, and always willing to learn something new as well. Today we had a glitch with our order. I have been a customer of the Vitamin Shoppes for a very long time. I have actually been almost always very happy shopping at these chain stores. I've always taken my empty bottles in and the sales person always has helped me with retrieving what I need. I only needed green tea. Had never been to this location before. As I walked in I made the mistake of wanting to get what I had come in for. The register counter was very close to the entrance, they had a vaporizer with some kind of vile smell on the counter. Unusual smells as such always triggers a very bad headache. I tried not to inhale the smell, but unfortunately for me the only sales person in the store was helping another customer. I really needed my green tea, I decided to ask if there was anyone else working to help me? By the time I had my two bottles of green tea, the damage was done. The headache stayed with me for the remainder of the day. I had never seen this done in other locations. I want to know what they were thinking and who's idea was to stink up their shop like this? I would have liked to browse in the store and take advantage of the nice sale they had. Instead I had to rush out of there. I did let the sale person know that the vaporizer with that vile smell was bothersome. read more
