I visited Sephora in the Crocker Park mall (Westlake) in March 2023 with a friend but I have come a…read morefew times before and after that date. I love Sephora because all the products are laid out very neatly and appeasing to the eye. It's always a fun experience for someone as myself who is starting to get into wearing makeup. Depending on what brand you buy and how many items you purchase plus your budget, you may end up spending alot of money. Prices are definitely not cheap but it is also reasonable, for example, if you just purchase one quality lipstick, you shouldn't spend more than $20. I purchased a Sephora brand dark pink liquid lipstick and I received a few samples of products from Sephora too. I've worn this lipstick and love it. I'm always complimented by others on how the colour pops against my skin tone. There are a lot of brands (Fenty Beauty, Bobbi Brown, Rare Beauty, etc) in Sephora so if you feel unsure of where to start, ask a staff member to assist you. The friend who I was with wears makeup akmost daily so she was a helpful guide for me as I navigated the store. All your makeup and skincare needs are here at Sephora including a men's section. From eye liner, lipsticks, blushes, foundations/powders, lip liner, eye shadow, etc. Stop inside to browse today! **** GOAL of 150 reviews in 2024 - 34/150 total reviews in 2024 - 684 total overall Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 19 May 2024

Clients Beware, You Are NOT Being Told the Truth About Where Your Money Is Going…read more For two years, I tipped my nurse injector at Radiant Divine Medical Spa under the belief that my gratuity was going directly to her, the person who performed the service. What I didn't know, and what no one at the spa ever disclosed, is that all tips across every Radiant Divine location are sent directly to the co-owner, Ryan Devault, a man who is not a licensed medical professional. According to a phone conversation Ryan had with my husband, he personally collects all client tips and redistributes them to employees as he sees fit, including staff members you never interacted with. Not only is this incredibly deceptive, but it's also unethical. Clients are never told that their tips won't go to the person who cared for them, and I was never given the chance to opt out of this hidden policy. Even more troubling, Ryan's wife, Rachel Devault, is a licensed nurse and also a co-owner who works at one of the spa's locations. While I can't confirm whether she accepts tips herself, her dual role makes the entire system feel like it was designed to exploit a loophole, to benefit from client gratuities without disclosing where that money actually goes. When I found out what was happening, I called to cancel my membership and voice my concern. Instead of taking accountability, I was met with resistance and eventually offered a refund, only if I agreed to delete my Google review. That moment told me everything I needed to know about how this business operates. Radiant Divine presents itself as a high-end, professional medical spa, but behind the scenes is a web of non-disclosed financial practices, conflict of interest, and reputation damage control. Clients deserve transparency, especially when it involves money, medical professionals, and trust. Please think twice before doing business here. If I had known the truth earlier, I would never have stepped foot in the place.

Terrible experience! One time, I had Botox injections and weeks later I noticed it didn't work…read more When I called, they said I received a bad batch and that others had complained as well. After much persistence, they did give me injections again free of cost, but they knew there was a problem and never contacted me. They were very reluctant to help! Another time, the nurse hit a vein when injecting Botox and I got a terrible bruise around my eye and swelling that lasted over a week. They refused to accept responsibility and refused to give me a refund. They said the awful bruise and swelling was a possible side effect, but when I went to my doctor because I was concerned it was something serious, the doctor said it was an avoidable problem - the nurse should have known where the vein was located. Do not go there!!!!
