Once in the store the employees had mask and there are social distancing arrows in the floor. The employees were talking about how happy they felt that people were coming in and they were busy. I had to go in and exchange products that had come in by mail very late. I had decided to change products. They made it a no nonsense exchange with a smile. The young lady was telling me she was sorry because it took her just a few seconds to make the exchange. She actually was pretty quick and so very nice.
