This was my first time going to Ulta. I really needed to get my hair cut and I didn't just want to…read morego to a cheap hair cutting place. I thought I would give Ulta a try even though there were a lot of mixed reviews floating around the internet. Bottom line: I'm SO glad that I went! Everyone was amazingly nice and polite. They even offered me a water while I was waiting. After my hair was cut, they even straightened it for me! I'm over the moon with my hair too. Usually I'm always unhappy with how people cut my hair, but I'm thrilled with how it looks for once! I'll definitely be going back.

I travel to Ohio from another state often and have visited the Sally's in Elyria several times…read more Each time I do, I marvel at how much better the customer service is than other state and Sally's stores, and how friendly, knowledgeable and kind the staff are. I called ahead this time for an item that is not available at the store I use in my home state. Not only was I surprised that they answered, but how willing the representative was to research the item I wanted over the phone. She was kind and listened to my need. And, recommended other specialty products that could benefit me. They had the product I needed, and my own state and online shopping website could not assist. The representatives in the Elyria store seem to enjoy their jobs and treat people as if they do. Lately, this positivity is truly an asset to a business as personal as beauty care. Thank you kindly, and I hope the representatives in Elyria are well compensated.

I love Sephora because all the products are laid out very neatly and appeasing to the eye. It's always a fun experience for someone as myself who is starting to get into wearing makeup. Depending on what brand you buy and how many items you purchase plus your budget, you may end up spending alot of money. Prices are definitely not cheap but it is also reasonable, for example, if you just purchase one quality lipstick, you shouldn't spend more than $20. I purchased a Sephora brand dark pink liquid lipstick and I received a few samples of products from Sephora too. I've worn this lipstick and love it. I'm always complimented by others on how the colour pops against my skin tone. There are a lot of brands (Fenty Beauty, Bobbi Brown, Rare Beauty, etc) in Sephora so if you feel unsure of where to start, ask a staff member to assist you. The friend who I was with wears makeup akmost daily so she was a helpful guide for me as I navigated the store. All your makeup and skincare needs are here at Sephora including a men's section.
