I purchased another Groupon for my bestie and we went together. The owner, Anna was the only person there to serve us. What made her think that giving two facials at the same time was a good idea? Maybe because we are two black women, I don't know but I doubt she would have made anyone else wait in a cold room while she did one step on one client and then finally service the other client. One esthetician serving two people at the same time is ridiculous!. Maybe she made extra money that day but she lost two clients who wanted to be regular clients. I will never go back here again. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Good luck to you! How often do you treat clients with such little regard?

For some reason, I was charged a little more for the bonnet that I bought when the price tag had a different price listed. Perhaps this was just a mistake on the cashier's part. I bought the following: Satin Bonnet ($4.39 but I was charged $5.49) and an Edge Control Comb ($2.29). The satin bonnet has been working well for me since I bought it and it stays on my head as I sleep and doesn't fall off. I use the bonnet when I go to bed at night. I don't use the edge control comb often at all because I only bought it to add my total store price to $5 (the store's credit card machine is $5 or more). While I only did a quick browse, this hair store offers a lot of braiding hair and hair products. Service was good except for the random mixup with my final bill. This is your average hair store so stop on in if you're looking for something. **** GOAL of 250 reviews in 2026 - 81/250 total reviews in 2026 - 922 total Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 15 May 2026

The store is quite large and is divided between makeup, skincare products, and accessories. I even noticed a small male products section. I bought two lip glosses from the brand NYX and also a liquid eye liner from the same brand. I also bought a hair spray bottle. I've loved using my 2 lip glosses so far plus the eye liner. I haven't tried the spray bottle yet but I most likely will try it tomorrow. Service was a bit slow when I visited but eventually, I found someone to help me. Overall, I enjoyed my experience here and I can't wait to return. **** - 45/150 total reviews in 2023 - 596 total overall Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 30 March 2023

Want the best facial of your life? Visit Anita…read more The review could end here, but I'll give you the deets. Found Divine Elements on Groupon. Didn't know much about facials, the place, or really what I was getting into. So I booked a facial online (convenient right?!) and boom I was committed. Located in a medical building off Lorain Rd., entered from the back. Easy to find. Walked in and I could feel Anita's positive energy off the bat. I saw how she interacted with the client she had before me and I knew I was in a good place. My Derma Plane W/ sheet Mask was absolutely astounding. So much so, I scheduled one for my mom. THEN we got addicted (to Anita and her services). Mom had cupping yesterday and LOVED IT. I'm trying it in two weeks. BOTTOM LINE - want to pamper yourself? want a trusted esthetician? want to know you're in good hands? Please go visit Anita. (no I'm not affiliated, sponsored, paid or any of that, I just want all my fellow Yelpers to experience a good service when I see one!) -picture is before and facial facial :)
