Pharmacy staff is ok however the front of the store made me switch because I just can't stand going in there. Prices are over priced, and they don't have ice to buy. A friend…read moreintroduced me to Honey, which gives you the best coupon code that is available at the time. When I tried Honey, I got my Christmas cards for a super cheap price at Walgreens. This year I decided to do the same and I couldn't believe how cheap they are. There was a 60% off coupon, so I got 80 Christmas cards for $27! You can't beat it! They are such great quality, too. When I was thinking about when I had time after work this week to pick up my cards, I decided I should probably get a flu shot since I'll already be there. There was no one waiting, but the pharmacy seemed pretty busy at filling prescriptions and working the drive thru. I showed up before my appointment and had to wait a bit. The lady that gave me the shot was very friendly. They no longer have a clinic at this store, so they had a special seat just for getting the flu shots. Everyone I encountered working in the store was very friendly.

Which is not a problem for able bodied people, but for disabled people it is a major inconvenience. Edit: So give me a generic, ai generated response. That fixes everything. You don't think I have voiced my concerns? I have let them know time and time again. I try to remember to call and confirm that each and every prescription has been filled correctly before even going there. Unfortunately, if it's several prescriptions, sometimes I am assured everything is correct only to find out it's not when I get home. It's frustrating, and no amount of pre-written replies is going to make it better. For the most part, the employees are nice. With the exception of 2 employees I haven't seen there in awhile. So that's not a problem.

I am extremely frustrated with the CVS Pharmacy kiosks. When technology is used properly, it should…read morecreate efficiencies--not cause cumbersome delays. Unfortunately, the current system does the opposite. Why is only one screen available? Pickup lines have become noticeably longer as pharmacy technicians wait for customers to repeatedly enter information across multiple screens: first name, last name, birth month, birth day, and now even an additional screen to validate phone numbers and email addresses. I do not desire to scan a customer loyalty card. This violates my purchasing privacy. Despite the excessive inputs required, only one kiosk screen is available for use. This design flaw consistently results in lines 10-15 customers deep, while a technician stands by simply watching the slow process play out. This is an inefficient use of both technology and staff time. My recent experiences have made it clear that this system is hindering customer service rather than improving it. As a result, I will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere.
