Last year when I was trying to order Christmas cards, I was trying to find the best price. A friend introduced me to Honey, which gives you the best coupon code that is available at the time. When I tried Honey, I got my Christmas cards for a super cheap price at Walgreens. This year I decided to do the same and I couldn't believe how cheap they are. There was a 60% off coupon, so I got 80 Christmas cards for $27! You can't beat it! They are such great quality, too. When I was thinking about when I had time after work this week to pick up my cards, I decided I should probably get a flu shot since I'll already be there. There was no one waiting, but the pharmacy seemed pretty busy at filling prescriptions and working the drive thru. I showed up before my appointment and had to wait a bit. The lady that gave me the shot was very friendly. They no longer have a clinic at this store, so they had a special seat just for getting the flu shots. This is by far the Worst pharmacy in all of Amherst I have been going there for 10 years now and I have had my prescription not filled on time actually days if not weeks will go by before these people finish your script the drive through had not worked for over 6 months and they have not even tried to get it fixed they close at any moment that suits them open to 10p on their website but closed when you get to the store I am tired of this inconvenience and will be charging to drug mart down the street because I can't put up with this disgusting behavior any longer. read more

This store is clean and has a good selection of any items you might need. Parking is readily available and the staff is friendly. The restrooms are also clean if you happen to have to use them. read more

Worst Pharmacy I've ever been to. Just waited 20 minutes in the drive through and never moved. Went in the store and there was another line which I gave up on after realizing there was one person trying to bounce between the counter and the drive thru. They also don't seem to comprehend the concept of automatic refills. I'm counting on you to fill on time because automatic means, automatic! Not in process 3 days after the due date. Prescriptions are rarely ready when they are needed. I always end up missing several doses of vital medications because they just don't seem to have a system or plan that efficiently enables them to dispense in a timely way. Always disappointing! read more

Seriously the worst pharmacy ever. They are SOOOO unhelpful and I don't ever complain. So when I say that are horrible, please believe me. Unfortunately I'm stuck here bc it's where I've been going for 10 years and don't want to switch but wow. They couldn't be worse. scheduled 215pm covid pcr test. show up at 2pm and they tell me i cant get any covid test because they dont have any. so you might be able to schedule a test online but call the place where you scheduled a test because you might be wasting your time. some snippy woolly mammoth acted like it was my fault I scheduled a service they advertised but couldnt provide. they dont value their customers and thats why this poorly run business is in foreclosure. read more

Do Not shop at this store. I shopped at this store for years and I spend hundreds of dollars a week at this store. I went in one night and the cashier named Carolyn told me that my money stink so bad "when the manager gets a whip of my money the manager gets sick and the manager just can't stop coughing from my stinky money". I was completely humiliated and embarrassed by her statement. Other customers in line heard her tell me that. I complained about her to corporate, I've asked to speak to the manager, I've asked them to give me a call back. I have not heard nothing from the store I guess they just don't care about their cashier telling the customers that their money is stinking. read more

This is a Walgreens. They have everything you need for last minute anything. Literally. If you want a photo right now, have one printed. If you need some antibiotics for that gross cut on your foot from that thing you stepped on, this is the place. I also think they are open 366 days a year. That's right, they make an extra day for their employees to work that doesn't even exist. That's how dedicated these people are to selling you crap. Totally inconvenienced. I scheduled a medical appointment for a physical. Friday night, (when busy parents can get the time) and then came to find out bc of contracting with our insurance they refuse to take our CASH and was sent home with no appointment. We were told that Walgreens has contracted with our insurance NOT to see patients for physicals and tell them to see their primary doctor. No notice on website, no call to let us know before driving 25 minutes Oh, and this is after the closer Walgreens canceled our appointment saying "sorry the clinic is closed" read more

Fast. The pharmacists are always as helpful as possible. The store is very clean and set up nicely.

I scheduled my entire Christmas Eve around an appointment with the clinic, hoping to gain some relief from a persistent cold. I knew how strict the clinic was on promptness, so I packed up the kids and ran out earlier enough to get there 10+ minutes early. I signed in, updated my information as requested then was prompted to wait for the doctor. 2 minutes past the appointment, I asked the pharmacy if it was normal to have a prolonged wait. They insisted the appointments ran over all the time. 20 minites past the Doctor comes out to take the next patient, completely passing me up, claiming I was not signed in. She rudely refused to see me even after calmly explaining my situation. I will forever remember this poor experience and be sure to spread the word. read more

The staff at this Walgreens are the best! I have never gone in there and not been greeted happily- does not matter the time of day/night. You can tell all of the employees love their job by how friendly they always are. I tend to stop at this Walgreens over Dollar General if I need something quick just because of how great the attitude is at this establishment. read more
