I have had an issue in which this doctor has submitted false info to the insurance company to get payment for a different treatment he said was free of charge. He did the same thing with the exact information to another person I know . For one, I believe this is insurance fraud (does anybody want to confirm?) and secondly, it puts information on a person's health record that could hinder them from getting the best rate on their health insurance. Another time, I happily paid out of pocket for a cosmetic procedure because they said it would not be covered and I would have thought not . I received an EOB and found out it was submitted to my insurance company and paid to the doctor. Then, they were trying to bill me for a 20 minute new patient visit (it had been over 3 years since I was there). I don't have a problem with that but all he did was look at my back for 10 seconds to justify it. At that visit he rushed through the procedure so fast I could barely breath. I wanted to ask him some questions but he ran out quickly and I asked the nurse. I called and got my refund in the appropriate amount for the procedure and made them delete the charge for the visit. They were giving me a hard time about it until I brought up the previous issue of the false bilings to insurance, I would have put the posting out months ago but I was not familiar with these types of websites
