I started there a few years ago and have been thrilled with the results. The practitioners & staff really listened to my issues and all of my questions are thoroughly answered. I called the office initially to let them know I was going to be 10min late due to work for my new…read morepatient appointment skin cancer check, I was told depending on provider I was going to see it should be fine, after getting of the highway I wasn't sure which office building the office was located in, so I then got lost which tacked on another 5 minutes, I called the office again to let them know I was going to be even later and I was told it would be ok since I would be there in 2 minutes. Once I arrived to the office so frazzled at this point to check in, I had a very unpleasant greeting that consisted of an an eye roll stair down by one lady and the other lady at desk said I am too late and now need to reschedule, I told her I am sorry and I called the office 2x updating them that I still planned on attending my appointment and she tells me that no one told her. I'm not sure where the calls are routed to who but wouldn't the secretary update the staff at that location you would be running behind. Anyway I was the only patient there at that time it appeared at 243pm and I feel I was turned away due to lack of compassion , understanding and empathy. This was my first and my last time going to see Dr. E on south Broadway in Lorain. I work in healthcare as well and I would never treat a patient that way. I was told by a very rude employee, they are no longer accepting patients for any services! I was just referred to their office by my GP last week! When I questioned her, she became even more rude, stating it is what it is. I then asked where I could go to, I was told "I don't know" again mam, it is what it is. I am appalled by such disregard and rudeness! I wouldn't go there in the future if they begin taking new patients after the way I was treated today. I understand if your not taking new patients, but to treat someone so rudely for simply asking a question is uncalled for!

Then he said I have no idea what the other surgeon did a few years ago..how about opening the computer and look at all of the images and reports I had sent to you? When I asked for a referral to another doctor who did do Surgury he told me to lose forty pounds because no one will operate on me until I do. .nice of him to appointment himself to be the spokesperson all the other Ortho surgeons at Cleveland clinic. He actually told me to come back when I lost the 40 pounds...guess what...that's not going to happen you old dotard!! I guess once you get your name on a building you think you have the right to do and say anything you want. This was 2 weeks ago and he still hasn't written notes from the visit!!!!
