Good pharmacy, cashiers are excellent, wide range of products, and a store that is Ohio based and supports the locals.

This store has everything! Groceries, alcohol, home goods, etc. An old Woolworths with a grocery and pharmacy.

This CVS Rocked my world…read more A one stop shop for: sandwich makers (guys can never resist a well made grilled cheese) magazines, mis-educating women about what men need and want. skin products that I never used Veet hair removal and self tanner for an hilarious (or so I've been told) drunken unfortunate mess of a night, in which, I proceeded to drunkenly apply sticky orange self tan and lipstick on a trusting friend - about to be transformed into "Christina Aguilera" for Drag Ball. Tynenlol Cold and Sinus for pesky "I just pulled an all-weeker" sinus infections. Chocolate covered marshmallows just because. And a perfect exuse to leave my messy dorm room and take my red Sony CD player for a walk. Nostalgia aside, this CVS was well staffed (beside one grumpy, lame pharmacist), well organized, and never ran out of the latest skin products. Walgreens will always be second rate next to CVS.

Unfortunately, the current system does the opposite. Why is only one screen available? Pickup lines have become noticeably longer as pharmacy technicians wait for customers to repeatedly enter information across multiple screens: first name, last name, birth month, birth day, and now even an additional screen to validate phone numbers and email addresses. I do not desire to scan a customer loyalty card. This violates my purchasing privacy. Despite the excessive inputs required, only one kiosk screen is available for use. This design flaw consistently results in lines 10-15 customers deep, while a technician stands by simply watching the slow process play out. This is an inefficient use of both technology and staff time. My recent experiences have made it clear that this system is hindering customer service rather than improving it. As a result, I will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere.
