I most recently stopped in today, and as always it was a solid experience from start to finish. The store is bright, spacious, clean, and well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed without wandering aimlessly. Every employee I've encountered there has been consistently pleasant and helpful. Even at checkout the employees are always so personable, greeting every customer. The produce section is always impressive - everything looks super fresh and well-stocked, with plenty of organic options. I also love to gaze at exotic fruits while shopping. During this trip I picked up some tropical cold pressed juice and WTR MLN WATER. The latter is my addiction, it's watermelon water that's cold pressed. I find it very refreshing and hydrating. I also love coming to this store for their cheese assortment and chocolate. Both have impressive selection and you can never go wrong with any choices. I also prefer this store for Amazon returns when I have them. While there's sometimes a line, I found that returns and refunds are somehow processed faster here than at other locations (such as Rocky River). Only downside: parking can be a bit of a hassle when it's busy (like during the weekend). However, there's so many parking options in the plaza that you'll always find a spot. Overall it's a great spot for high-quality groceries and quick meals on the go.

Other prepared foods are good. It's not huge store but a nice size to easily navigate. In a cute area in Lakewood. In the summer you can grab a homemade sandwich, chips and drink and head to Edgewater park. I miss the bar where you could drink and shop. Oh well. It's a good grocery experience.

I added in a little bit of the orzo salad and kale salad and asked the lady at the counter for a small amount of the corn salad because the one of the salad bar did look a little dry. Luckily she obliged and gave me a spoonful to add into my container. Lucky's also has an awesome sushi and ramen bar with discounts on Tuesday. They serve Edison's pizza by the slice and full pies, and they offer full rotisserie chickens for 5.99 on Wednesdays. I love getting pre marinated meat and fish from their meat counter. There's usually a lot of different chicken flavor options, which really cuts down on prep time. In the cheese cooler, they also have great ready to cook meals. From Mac and cheese to chicken wings and meatloaf, it's really paradise for those that don't like to cook too much. Their beer and wine departments go without stating. Their awesome. I love combing through the single beer cooler to sample something new. They also have discount wine bins that are really fun. It's always nice to discover a new wine you like for less than $20. On the weekends you may be pleasantly surprised to find a DJ spinning tracks while you grocery shop. I LOVE THIS! After a half hour the swelling went down and looks much better. I want to know what fragrance is added. Because that is the only thing I can think that triggered this. I was apprehensive about using it because it had a very strong smell. NOTE when the baby came back from visitation with dad, he handed her this ointment. When we checked his diaper we immediately took him to the ER it was that bad. As a mom myself I NEVER seen such a rash.

It's not inexpensive by any means, but it is convenient and not higher than whatI'd expect from any comparable store. Having said that, it sometimes feels like they're trying to do too much. It's like they're trying to offer too much. The store often feels claustrophobic to me- with any open space shoved to the brim with merchandise. And it's not necessarily essential merchandise. For example- they have a DVD bin. Is that necessary? Also, near the produce are a few racks of clothes and dresses. Are there a bunch of locals looking to try on dresses at their local drug mart? I think space would have been better served by offering less stuff and maybe more produce. I do feel like they offer interesting food and flavors sometimes. It's interesting to see what impulse items they have on the side shelves. The workers are always very nice and personable and are a bright spot to every visit. If I were to offer a suggestion- decrease the items you offer by 15-20% to make more space in the store. Get rid of items that make the store feel dated and junkie like DVD's and weird clothes. And focus on all the other great stuff you do offer.

The final "deal" they presented was based on inaccurate math. ​Contact Info Sabotage: While the information I reviewed on their screen was correct, the data that actually reached AT&T had "slight adjustments" to my email and phone number. This created a massive hurdle for me to even access my own account in the following days. ​Time Sink: I had to spend hours on the phone and visit a corporate AT&T store just to undo the mess created at this kiosk. ​It is genuinely anxiety-inducing to provide personal information to people who handle it with such a lack of integrity. If you are looking for fiber service, go directly through the corporate office or the website--do not trust the third-party team at this location. It took significant effort to fix their mistakes, and for a more vulnerable customer, this could have been a financial and administrative nightmare.
