I waited an waited for 30 min no one came .So some one finally came an I showed him the 2 I was interested in he look them up an told me the price would be half of what it cost at home depot .so we walk up to the front of warehouse which he was with another customer an told me that there no money in what I was purchasing an its money in what he was trying to sell which was flooring .I really thought that was very unprofessional to tell a spending customer that I dont care if I was just buying a screwdriver its money im spending with you so I told him you the one told me to come back so we proceeded. At this point it felt like pressure sales. The owner said do you know who I am? As if that should matter. He was very condescending but we decided to buy the box spring and be done. After running my card, they say they don't have the box spring in stock and wanted us to wait while they looked for it. Mind you, while we were there, the owner was cussing at his employees over the phone and using profanity in the warehouse with other customers in the. Very unprofessional in my opinion which is disappointing because we were really looking forward to supporting them.

Snacks are still all really cheap though. Everything does not actually cost a $1 as the name of the store suggests. SERVICE -- Awesome. I have no complaints. If you want to save time and money then head on over to this Dollar General. Of course, the 3-star rating holds true mostly because the quality is okay for some of the items and the snacks are most artificial flavoured snacks. I was actually happy to find plain chips with just potatoes and salt as the ingredients. Most of the time, some of the snacks here will have ingredients that are chemically based. I recently visited in March 2023 for something specific (a tea kettle) which I found at a small kitchen section at a back aisle. When you enter the store, tuen right and walk down to find the toilet paper/paper towels. Right in front of those paper towels, you'll find the mini kitchen section which is where I eventually found the tea kettle. SERVICE -- This can be on and off. When I came looking for a tea kettle in March 2023, I first asked one man who said he didn't know where it was and to ask a lady that he pointed me to but also that "it may be down at the small kitchen aisle". He wasn't confident in his answer to me which was a bit frustrating. The lady that the man directed me to then said: "I don't know if we have one" and she didn't bother to help me look or check their system if they sell one. This wasn't great customer service at all. I eventually found the tea kettle myself at a back aisle. The produce here is one and off so I don't buy fruit or vegetables from here anymore. The interior is pretty outdated and dirty considering the nicer suburb location. Only a few boxes obstruct the aisles. The inventory is pretty impressive and well organized. Most things are $1.50 with a few aisles of $5 stuff. SERVICE: The service is mixed like the holidays. One of the checkout associates was incredibly nice and polite. Another trailed me through the entire store which was peculiar. I'm unlikely to return to the store. I wasn't pleased with being followed by an associate throughout the store. This is your typical Dollar Tree store and this particular one in particular is located on the west side of Cleveland at Westgate Shopping Center ("Mall"). PRICES -- About 98% of the items sold are now $1.25 with only some of the sweets/candy at the check-out cash register being sold for $1. VARIETY OF ITEMS -- I mostly come here to buy snacks, water, sometimes toilet paper, paper towels, and stationery items. They also sell bath and body products, cleaning products, kitchen tools, etc. Out of all available discount stores, I've always loved Dollar tree because it was the only store that actually had all $1 prices until early 2022 when their prices all changed to $1.25. The price change hasn't kept me from coming here because I still can afford $1.25. CLEAN STORE -- The store is always neat and well organized when I visit. I surely will be back when I'm in the area and if I'm looking to buy something cheap.
