I primarily shop at this target for its Goya products and latin vegetables. We make our own sofrito and Dave's is one of the few grocery stores that usually carries all of the ingredients that I use. On my most recent visit for sofrito ingredients, Dave's was out of stock on ajito peppers. I substituded some small sweet peppers instead, but they didn't have the same flavor, unfortunately. However, making sofrito in the middle of summer when all of the ingredients are fresh yields the tastiest sofrito. It's hard to find recao leaves, but Dave's keeps them in stock. You can get cilantro, onions, garlic, and tomatoes anywhere. Ajito peppers and recao are really hard to find, except for at Dave's. The store is always clean and they have an excellent in-stock condition.

I come here at least once a month to stock up on certain items like cleaning supplies and some toiletries, as well as support some local charities with items bought here. Unique perspective: I'm involved with several charities and Dollar Tree is my go-to spot for some items. Everything in the store is $1.25. One of my charities is always in need of men's, women's and children's toiletries. This Dollar Tree carries a wonderful selection of brand name EVERYTHING. You will easily see all the brand names like GIllette, Dove, Axe, Pond's, Olay, Crest, Yardley's, Jergens, Always, Coast, Curad, Sauve, Barbasol etc. I have even randomly found luxury brands here like Crabtree & Evelyn. I can always assemble high-quality care package items here that would cost double or triple in a big name store. Another one of my charities is always in need of snacks and food items. Again, this location nails it with brand name items. Dollar stores can get a bad reputation but this one is a real gamechanger. No one would ever know or suspect that all the big-name food items I pick up here, whether canned food or bougie organic snacks, came from this spot. I'm so happy I can make my dollars go farther here!

I've been here a few times when I visited the Library next door. The store has always looked clean when I've visited. THINGS FOR SALE -- You can find some groceries here, household items, and other miscellaneous items. I've seen tops or sweatshirts here before too. I've come here looking for a trash can before and I found some. Trash bags too. Bathroom items? - check. PRICE -- Most food items (snacks) are between $1-$3 depending on tax and the item. Snacks are still all really cheap though. Everything does not actually cost a $1 as the name of the store suggests. SERVICE -- Awesome. I have no complaints. If you want to save time and money then head on over to this Dollar General. Of course, the 3-star rating holds true mostly because the quality is okay for some of the items and the snacks are most artificial flavoured snacks. I was actually happy to find plain chips with just potatoes and salt as the ingredients. Most of the time, some of the snacks here will have ingredients that are chemically based. Also, this store does not have a big enough inventory to keep you coming so you may have to head to another store for household items. P.S. You have to enter through the back door since the front door is locked. *** - 46 total reviews in 2019 - 255 total Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 22 March 2019

I visit this shopping plaza in Westlake, Ohio to order food from Brassica for lunch or dinner…read more Westlake is a neighbourhood that is located west of downtown Cleveland. This plaza is close to Crocker Park mall in Westlake. I don't come to this shopping plaza often but I love Brassica alot and I wish there was a closer location to where I live. Brassica is a popular Mediterranean restaurant that opened in Columbus, Ohio in 2015 then opened in Cleveland (Shaker Heights) in 2019. They opened the Westlake location here at the West Bay Plaza in January 2024. I haven't explored the other businesses in the actual shopping plaza yet but it appears to be a decent shopping complex. They have a wax business, Sierra Trading Post (for clothes), Ulta beauty (makeup and skin care), a pilates studio, a vision center, etc. If you are shopping for clothing, you should visit Crocker Park mall. The West Bay Plaza doesn't have alot of clothing shopping options. I recommend stopping by the West Bay Plaza to buy lunch or dinner at Brassica. **** GOAL of 150 reviews in 2024 - 86/150 total reviews in 2024 - 736 total overall Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 10 August 2024
