They both looked up at me a couple times and neither spoke. In fact, he just looked down after that, because he knew, it was wrong. Can't blame the customer, she doesn't work there, but Benjamin? This review is for the Walgreens at the corner of Main St. and Campbell Station Parkway in Spring Hill, TN. The checkout clerks by the front door are personable and efficient. Unfortunately, there is a pharmacy employee (woman) who I have gotten twice very recently when inquiring about my prescription orders (once in person; once via phone on two separate days) who is abrupt, rude and condescending. Dealing with a wannabe bully who seemingly takes pleasure in abusing sick people is not acceptable. Although I have been a Walgreens customer for years, I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. Walgreens is the most mismanaged store I have ever dealt with. Let me start I am someone who is dying. I rely on pharmacy to get the drugs I need to stay alive with what little time I have left. I go there today to not even get a drug only diabetic test strips. As I can barely walk and live in severe pain due to taking Pfizer vaccine and it has ruined my heart and caused my legs to have blood clots throughout. Causing my body to swell uncontrollably with fluid. Today I needed test strips so I go to the drive thru. They inform me that they cannot charge my insurance without me coming inside. I can barely walk. I asked for someone to come outside. They inform me they don't have a way to do this. What if I am in a wheelchair which I was for 2 yrs. How do they dispense them then. As usual no one in the store will sign the stupid kiosk but I ask them what if I send my friend or family member to pick them up?? He says then they sign the kiosk. So I said sign it. The Pharmacist informed me it's not the same. I said I'm here I'm telling you go ahead and sign it. He wouldn't so in order to get them I had to hobble inside. This is sickening. F****** test strips. In this day & age why not have a tablet. I'm sure Walgreens can afford it. read more

My family recently moved to Hendersonville. We had a prescription sent to this pharmacy @ 198 E Main Street in Hendersonville. I went to pick up a prescription (my wife used to do this pre Covid in Nashville) and the pharmacy told me the price was $700.00. I told them this couldn't be correct ( it was usually under $40.00) and I would sort this out at home with my wife and return. We had previously paid approximately $22.00 for the past few years for the same prescription in Nashville. My wife called the 198 E Main Street Walgreens to enquire about the substantial price increase. A male Pharmacist explained that the $700.00 price was indeed correct and that maybe we needed to shop around. My wife explained that we had not paid anything like that in Nashville. The pharmacist promptly replied that we were not customers there and he had no records showing prescriptions being filled @ Walgreens and we were welcome to shop around the price. She replied that this was our first prescription filled at this Walgreens and that we used to have the prescription filled at a CVS pharmacy in Nashville and not a Walgreens. After being insulted by the pharmacist my wife called back and spoke to another employee of the pharmacy and repeated the request for assistance regarding the price of the prescription. This employee looked at the prescription and said the $700.00 price was only $37.00 with the GoodRX coupon (available to everyone at most pharmacies and often used or requested by the pharmacy without being formally requested by the customer) and that was why the prescription seemed so inexplicably expensive. I drove back to the pharmacy and paid $37.00 with the GoodRX discount. Needless to say, we will never use Hendersonville Walgreens. read more

Every time I go to this pharmacy through the drive-through there is a situation. I have two little babies and I am pregnant and for some reason they always ask me to come inside to complete my order. The drive-through is for convenience. To top it off they also never have the prescriptions in time or they are out of stock. I would recommend not coming to this Walgreens pharmacy save your time and go to Kroger. read more

On Wed.,11/3/2021, my husband and I went in to get our Covid Booster and annual flu vaccine. Norman in the pharmacy saw us with our vaccine cards, and directed us every step of the way.The pharmacy tech. that registered us in was very efficient and friendly. The shot administrator was gentle and very personable.The only negative(and it has never happened before and I have used the Clinic twice ) was the lady at the desk appeared annonyed and hurried when I asked where we should wait to be called;she yelled at me three times in a row(I am not deaf).lol.Maybe review customer service with her;she could use a refresher course.lol. read more

The employees have an attitude that you owe them, ask for a manager and you get the same attitude, only then do you understand the dynamics of where the attitude comes from. As they say, s!&$ rolls down. Bad management, bad employees. Every.single. month I get my prescription it's been wrong, not one time have they apologized for making me come back for something that should have been done when I got there. The text says it's done, I get there and it's half done. The attitude is what I have a problem with, not the incompetency of getting a simple prescription correctly filled. The Vanderbilt clinic here was so efficient. The NP, Allison, was knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. I had never gone to a Walgreens clinic before, but will certainly go here again if needed. This Walgreens pharmacy never fails to make a complete and epic failure ever time they are trusted with prescriptions. When medications are electronically ordered they will not fill until you show up and demand them to be filled. Then they give you a time that they will be ready, the time is always incorrect. If I could select 0 stars I would. This is the worst pharmacy that I have ever been to. Each time I go to pick up my medicine, they refuse to give it to me saying that I don't have a prescription. I then have to call my doctor each and every time just for her to tell me that I do have refills and they should be giving me my medicine. It is ridiculous. read more

This store has gotten so bad over the last year. Pharmacy staff is poorly trained, can't keep people there. No one can communicate with insurance or physicians. It took three weeks to get a refill approved for insulin for a type one diabetic. Once it was approved no one ordered the insulin. The store manager and pharmacy manager just don't seem to care. read more

This is a very busy pharmacy so we have learned to call ahead or drop off rather than wait. Never once had we experienced a med error or a rude employee. We got our flu and shingles vaccinations there and both went smoothly. The only problem we've had is with people going through the drive up window for things other than pick up or drop off. Those go quickly. If you have a problem that requires time to resolve please go inside so the line of cars doesn't stack up with people who are just there to drop off or pick up and don't need to go in. read more

I'm not sure why all the bad reviews, I've used Walgreens in Hendersonville for quite some time. Usually go in during day and everything is good, but usually they are very busy. However, I went in very late last week. Spoke with the Pharmacist on staff, a older balding gentleman and was amazed at his knowledge and his willingness to take time with me to explain everything I wanted to know. He even offered a different suggestion to speak with my doctor about to help save me money! He truly seemed to have MY best interest in mind. So they ran out of my prescription and was two days late on filling my meds. So this month I called in asking them to fill it one day early so I can get back on track of my 30 day schedule and the pharmacist refused to do it and had a crappy attitude like I shouldn't of been asking. So I explain to him I will no longer be filling my meds with this Walgreens ever again and I have it. Update on my med retrieval. So after my previous discussion today was the day I was supposed to pick up my prescription that was already sent to Walgreens. Lord behold the pharmacist being a prick he is tells me they are now out of my prescription knowing that I needed it he did not feel it on purpose just to be hateful and spiteful. I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with the pharmacy dept here on Christmas day. My son had just left the ER diagnosed with H1N1 flu and needed to get his prescription filled. He didn't have enough money to get it so I was going to pay for it over the phone and they wouldn't do it. It was only $160 and acted like it was several thousand and illegal narcotics. It was flu medicine for Christ sakes!!! They got very rude with me and even hung up!!! So what ever you do don't get sick on Christmas day and have to go there because they could care less if you get your medicine or not. So I will NEVER EVER SET FOOT IN ANOTHER WALGREEN'S AGAIN!! read more

This minute clinic is beyond ridiculous. Waited two hours, then two people who had already made an appointment got to go before me. I clearly understand that making an appointment makes sense but when you have someone who is not feeling well and waits two hours and then are next only to get knocked down two spaces from people with appointments. Estimate wait time when I signed in said 20 mins. Two hours later I walked out without being seen. I highly recommend anywhere else. Customer service is horrible. read more

I have never been spoken to so rudely on the phone from a supposed "professional" pharmacy tech. I called to inquire about a prescription and how to cancel it and was told that she couldn't even see my prescription in the system. I've been getting an automatic refill for almost 2 years at this location! Instead of problem solving or trying to find the problem, the woman on the phone just says "I don't know what you want me to do!" I plan to go in person to find out what the problem is and make sure they understand that it is not ok to speak to someone so rudely. read more
