If you are getting meds compounded for a pet, do yourself a favor and use Wedgewood. We tried for about 6 to use local here and it was not a good experience. Some times it would be ready in the 3 days they promised, other times it would take a week or more. Our prescription was also never filled to the same amount and was typically a week short of the 30 day supply it was supposed to be. They tried to tell us that we were over dosing. We weren't. Then it was that the meds stuck to the bottle and syringe and we should just fill it more often. We switched to Wedgewood, got the meds delivered in a timely manner, and also got the correct dosage. A compounding pharmacy in town! And they call before filling something that is pricey. They're pretty quick with compounding and the staff are nice. I like that they use reusable bags for the meds to be taken to the counter and then I can say I don't want a plastic bag to take home. read more

This pharmacy purportedly received some sort of award for best of Lebanon. There must only be one pharmacy in Lebanon, or perhaps they meant Lebanon, the COUNTRY. Specifically, I have for the last several WEEKS, tried to get a single prescription filled. I long ago gave up on their other services. So far, I have received 4 different, wildly conflicting, stories as to why it has not been filled. I used this pharmacy because I was told (by them) that they were the only pharmacy that could fill this particular prescription for me for less than $2,500.00. Not true (surprise!) If this were the only problem, I would just chalk it up to the medicine being difficult to order, however, I have been trying their other services for months now and nothing (That is correct, NOTHING, as in not one prescription) has been as filled timely or as they have explained. I even tried their "pill pak" service. it's B.S. (And I do not mean Bachelor of Science). It's like they hired Tik-Tok-ers to answer the phones and just give the most creative excuses as to why they cannot fill the prescriptions. Bizarre! Someone Pissed in all their Cheerios^^^^ never had a problem here. Call ins pick ups drop off they can handle it. It's a communication error on your behalf if it's messed up. They call you every time to confirm. Not sure what the bad reviews are for. read more

This pharmacy is amazing and treats our family with respect and professionalism. They explain all meds and answer all questions. The girls at the drive thru window are always very polite and efficient. The pharmacist never makes you feel like he is bothered to talk to you about your meds. Sometimes meds aren't ready right away because of Dr. or supply, but they state the issue up front clearly and let you know asap when it's ready. This is a good business. Recently moved to the area and was looking for a small business pharmacy. I prefer to support small business whenever possible. However, this pharmacy is a disgrace to all small businesses. I could hear upon entering, the pharmacist in the back spouting out hateful remakes and was obviously not happy in their job. I informed them I was new to town, just recently moved and wanted to establish my business with them. I had a hand written prescription from my doctor and another electronic one to be filled. They very rudely dismissed my business saying that because my address on my license and my doctor's office weren't from the area (but still in the state of TN) that they weren't going to fill my prescriptions. No offer to call my doctor or my current pharmacy just an outright refusal. Very unfriendly and very unhelpful. Rude. Inconsiderate. And obviously do not want your business. Don't waste your time with these people. This pharmacy does not even deserve 1 star. read more

I love Gibbs Pharmacy! They are always very mice, proficient and priced well! They always have a lower price than CVS or Walgreens on prescriptions and if your insurance won't pay for more they will sell them to you at a low cash price. Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. This was my home town pharmacy for over 10 years and they have slowly declined to one of the worst businesses in town. The employees are slow and judgmental and treat patients horribly. I wouldn't even buy Tylenol from them. They completely lack in customer service, common etiquette and have no "bedside manner". Do not waste your time or money on these people. Go somewhere where they treat people with decency and respect. read more

I really cannot see why they have bad reviews. I found the turn around to be very quick, prices very reasonable and the staff always kind, patient and polite. I have used several times for medication for my pets and have yet to find one thing to complain about. I plan on using this pharmacy for all future medication scripts. read more

This place is always full of employees but have the slowest service I have ever seen. The employees are always smiling and friendly. NOT!!! It's a horrible pharmacy to deal with! They will short your meds if you don't watch them. They have shorted my medicine more than once, and the last time, they did not replace it. When you have a chronic condition, that is unacceptable. I've heard from one other person, that has had the exact same thing happen to them. Go figure... It was narcotics! Drive somewhere else. They will treat you horribly there, and like you are stupid. read more

They are an OK place I guess. They do have a lot of employees but seem to be very slow at service at least through the drive thru. If you already have you prescription filled and go inside it is usually fast but if not plan on waiting awhile. Some of the employees are friendly while others are just there for a paycheck or just have a bad personality in general. I still do business with but they could be ALOT better! read more
