Yes, sometimes there is a wait, but it's not because staff are shirking. People stocking shelves have always been very helpful in locating specific items I need. The shelves are always well stocked and the store is always neat and clean. There is always a smile and greeting upon entering the store. I have had some trouble with the weekly ads not being clear enough about some of the sales. I plan on continuing to shop here.

Asking for information is like pulling teeth. Several times I've reached out for help regarding either prior authorization or about activating a new insurance. Rather than being forthcoming about information, they give the bare minimum information, making me have to ask several times to get an answer, and they act offended. So, let me explain why I am giving this location a 5 star. There have been 2 recent incidents in which they have stayed beyond 8 PM for me to come pick up a prescription. I called them tonight at 7:53 to explain my situation and the pharmacist told me she would hang out a few minutes until I arrive so that I could pick up a prescription. Prior to tonight, the pharmacist called Caremark for further explanation on the cost for a prescription and worked with me to reduce the cost on the prescription. I don't recall this happening at other locations. Maybe at a family owned local pharmacist but, not the chains. This is actually the 2nd time within the last 6 months they have stayed beyond 8 PM to assist with a prescription for my family.
