I received prompt service, and the pharmacy staff was very courteous and professional.

Incompetent morons. Every single time I come here there's an issue whether it be paying, Insurance, having my prescription ready, lies about when my medication will be ready or whatever else it is. I called at 11:15 they said my prescription will be ready in an hour I came back 2 hours later can you please wait another hour they asked. No I actually can't I have a life that doesn't revolve around a stupid f****** pharmacy. Walgreens needs an overhaul of not only this but every single Pharmacy they have . The reason I'm at this Walgreens is because another Walgreens gave me the wrong prescription , they gave me somebody else's medication and I wouldn't have caught it unless a nurse was like this isn't the right name on here. I don't know what that prescription was but thank God my mom didn't take it. So I came to this Walgreens and they made me pay for the prescription again after I'd already paid for it from the incompetent morons in Lebanon. I'm using a family on pharmacy from now on. I'm sick of these incompetent morons. UPDATE: They are still really bad at their jobs. read more

This would be a good location to open a drug store....lol. This is absolutely the worst run Walgreens in middle Tennessee. I could write a book on all the f&$ up's from this place. The staff is clueless and incompetent. The wait time in line is stupid long. The only good thing is they usually have the meds in stock that I need. read more

This pharmacy is the absolutely worst I have ever experienced. Typically I get my prescriptions mail order, but had an immediate need. I look up status after several hours of prescription being sent in and they are closed during regular posted hours with no effort to contact or find another means of filling. I only had this prescription sent here because I needed ASAP before I traveled for work. NEVER AGAIN!!! Keep you damn drugsThis pharmacy is the absolutely worst I have ever experienced. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in by the cashier. Staff very nice and helpful. Clean store. Also, they have Labcorp ( for bloodwork) in their store and the staff there are wonderful as well. They are friendly and efficient ( I received a call back to let me know my lab order was faxed over from my doctor's office. They successfully drew my blood on the first try. The self check in was a nice feature as well). Great job everyone! read more

The pharmacist that was on duty Feb 3 that finally answered the phone was a absolute angel . A herniated disc. Ouch.

Go somewhere else. The staff have attitudes, the lines are extremely long, and you can forget about trying to get ahold of someone on the phone if you have an issue with your prescription. I was hung up on twice when trying to get prescription today. read more

This Walgreens is TERRIBLE. The sign and website said they close at 10, and I got there to get my Omipods at 9:57 and they said sorry we closed 3 minutes early. That is horrible and not how a store works if you want to close early they should say they close earlier on the sign. read more

mount Juliet Walgreens is TERRIBLE! and how can the pharmacy be CLOSED no notification.

I understand being short staffed and backed up. But the amount of rudeness and eye rolling you get for just asking how long an rx will take is obscene. If you can't show the slightest bit of compassion to anyone, let alone a mother whose kid is puking in the back seat, please please find another job. It would be negative stars if possible. read more

Terrible, terrible customer service in the pharmacy nearly every time I go. Today is my last. Switching to any other pharmacy in town. Sometimes I'm on hold on the phone for 20+ minutes before I finally give up and hang up. This afternoon I've been in the drive through line for 45 min and only 3 cars have been helped‍ Leaving and getting my prescriptions transferred this afternoon despite the hassle to do so! It'll be worth it! read more

I have tried 3 times to remove my Albuterol from auto refill with no success. I have asked twice at the Walgreens on sam ridley Pkwy Smyrna tenn. was told both times it was removed and still it's refilled. I just got my Albuterol a few days ago and now they have refilled it again. It's an emergency inhaler I do not understand how u would know when to refill it without me requesting it. They au to o refill your prescriptions way too soon and it causes major problems with your refills. Also tired of my insurance sending me letters asking about it like I'm the one trying to get meds when I'm not due them yet. I'm fixing to switch from Walgreens. read more

When they do drive thru COVID testing, you have to wait 30-40 minutes, in-line!! Dumb, have the person move to a parking spot and call them with the results. Most 20 and 30 something's work there, what do u expect??!! read more

Got my passport picture taken here. Went to the passport office at the post office and learned the Walgreens' photo was totally unacceptable. It was too dark and my features weren't sharp enough. Additional feedback from the passport official is that more than 80% of Walgreens's passport photos are rejected by the State Department. So save yourself time and money and just have the passport official at the Post Office take your photo. Same cost, much better quality and two extra (4 total) photos- which if you need a visa for a particular country, will work. read more

Should give it a minus star, takes 24 hours or more to fill a prescription, needed antibotics for infection that was called in around 1000AM, went by at 4PM and they said they had not recieved it, called the doctor and the sent it again, but said it was sent and recieved at 10:30. Went back just before closeing at 7:00PM and they were "working on it" waited about 30 minutes and when I got the medicine it said "recieved 11:30." Took them 8 hours to fill prescription and no one seemed to care, matter of fact the first time I went by I was told we are backd up filling prescriptions for kids with infections and it will be a while to get to mine. They have permantley closed one drive through lane to incovinence the public. They close early sometimes because the dont' have enough help. Will never go back. read more

Inconsiderate, uncaring, selfish, rude... What else can I say? I got there 12/8/2022 at about 7:50pm to pick up Rx at the drive through. Drive through closed, OK, so go inside and stand in line watching the pharmacist close a register while I wait for the other register to finish with another customer. They finish and I step up at 8:01 and the employee says we closed at 8:00! a. I was in line well before that, so why didn't he tell me he was closing and wouldn't serve me? b. Why didn't the pharmacist check me out at the other register he closed early? Customer service is apparently a foreign concept to these people. Is this how you train your employees to act? They obviously didn't care that there were sick people trying to get needed medicine. They just wanted to leave their job and couldn't take 10 seconds to say "I'm sorry, we're closing" before I got in line, or (heaven forbid)) they stay 2 minutes longer to help a person out. The point is, if they don't care enough to be kind to their customers' face, what's going on behind the scenes when they are filling a Rx? I wouldn't trust them to fill a prescription of any kind. If you have any choice, please take your prescription somewhere else where they care about people. Look at all the negative reviews. Don't give them your business until they clean up their act. read more

I shouldn't even give this place a one star. The manager I spoke to on the phone about a complaint I had due to my photo pick up being not done when I got a confirmation saying so.. was very rude with me. Instead of apologizing, she wanted to just argue with me. I just didn't understand I was just wanting to inform her about the issue. Very rude management... read more

I have been an RN for 35 years. I have been impressed with this Walgreens and feel like they care and do try to do a good job. I became suddenly very sick with diverticulitis. It was after 8:20 pm when I was called back by my Doctor, who phoned in the dual antibiotics I needed at that time. When I got to the pharmacy, they had the medicine ready for me and was very kind, even though it had been minutes until closing. They give the best flu shot I have ever had AND had it in stock when others in the area were sold out. The photo department do great work and are typically very helpful. read more

I stopped in just 15 minutes after sending some photos in to be printed. Although she was very busy, Amanda had my photos done within 5 minutes after I asked about them. I have always had trouble with getting pictures from this location. There is never anyone to help you. Today I needed a passport photo and stood directly in front of the person behind the desk. She never said hello or even acknowledge me for several minutes. When she did it was a severe inconvenience to her for me to have to get a picture taken. She kept looking around as if to find someone else to do it. She pulled down the screen and got a camera but did not give me direction as to what to do. Now, I'm not dumb, but she was standing directly in front of the screen her self. To top it off her name tag said that she was an assistant manager, Heather. Horrible customer service. read more

This is the worst Walgreens I have ever dealt with! Upon pulling up to the window I hit the help button. The middle aged employee, Vicky, responds as if she was a pubescent adolescent who was recently dumped by her boyfriend! She was so disrespectful when she said I'll be right with you that the old lady in the car next to me looked at me and shook her head in disbelief or disgust...not quite sure which one. Vicky proceeded to answer the phone where she continued this childlike behavior where she made faces and hand gestures showing how annoyed she was with the caller. To make a long story short per usual there was confusion about the prescription. This time they have no recollection of the Rx being filled even though my husband and I both still have voicemails on our phones from 10/28 stating that the Rx is ready. I have decided to use Publix for my future prescription needs. read more

I have to agree with others' reviews. The pharmacist was very rude when asked a simple question, then the manager actually said, "doctors say you can get that over the counter here but most doctors have never even been to a Walgreens." I was appalled at how unprofessional they were. I found the supplement I was looking for at Walmart instead--and that's saying something. read more
