This is not a good Pharmacy. The only upside is that they are the only 24-hour pharmacy in Lebanon. The staff are generally rude by default, and like to do the bare minimum. Asking for information is like pulling teeth. Several times I've reached out for help regarding either prior authorization or about activating a new insurance. Rather than being forthcoming about information, they give the bare minimum information, making me have to ask several times to get an answer, and they act offended. Maybe my accent gives them the impression I'm an idiot by default. I will be moving my prescriptions out of this place. read more

I don't call Walgreens pharmacy very often but whenever I have it's always been a frustrating experience having to listen to their annoying repeating message about how their too busy at the moment, while waiting on average longer than 30 minutes which often ends with a convenient disconnect. I will be calling random pharmacies to test how long it takes them to answer / speak to a live person so that I can hopefully change over to a pharmacy that actually deserves our business. read more

I have been taking medication to control a serious medical condition for more than 35 years now. Over that period of time, the only medication that has been successful at a 100% success rate has been the brand name of the medication I am prescribed. My doctor puts a note on my prescription to fill with brand name only. Getting the brand name medication is a chore EVERY month. While that has been irritating and very inconvenient, I have been able to navigate the obstacles Walgreens threw my way to get my medication. That changed yesterday. I received a notification that my prescription was filled on 8/18. I noticed it was filled with the generic (again) so I called the pharmacy to correct it. They were helpful and apologetic and said they were ordering it and I would have it on Wednesday 8/20. I called yesterday to confirm my prescription was filled only to find out it was not. They ordered it but because of some Walgreens policy regarding brand name medication, it was not really ordered. As of 8/21, I had no medication. They called around and found a store that had three capsules (I take five a night) and I had to drive two hours round trip to get that. As of 09:28 on 8/22/25, I have NO medication and no plausible way to get it. So I have no medication and Walgreens hung me out to dry without any time to make arrangements some where else. It is beyond my comprehension as to why if I am willing to pay the inflated price each month, why I cannot get it ordered on an automatic basis and if I cannot get it, that I would be contacted instead of just letting me run out. read more

Get new pharmacist, I waited 40 minutes on hold at 5:30 a.m with 1 caller ahead of me, when the pharmacist decided to work he answered the phone and tried to say my script was not to be filled for another day after explaining the calendar to the guy he said yeah it was supposed to be filled yesterday it will be a hour and hung up. Instead of saying I made a mistake I will get on that. He must of missed the day in school when they covered customer service. read more

I have been using Walgreens since they opened the Lebanon store, I like walgreens location as it is a bit out of town so traffic is less, their store is well stocked and the drive thru pharmacy is very convienient WHEN IT IS OPEN (pharmacy). This pharmacy has nice people but is not open at all close the the published schedule. I keep running down to pickup prescriptions to find a big sign in the window "NO PHARMACIST ON DUTY we can't dispense prescriptions". This happens randomlty and often, might be any day of the week during anytime their published hours say they are open. Don't they get that not being able to get prescriptions filled can be life threatening? I don't get it, but it is definitely post Covid behavior, never saw this prior. Going to have to switch pharmacies, this has happened three time this year to me and has happened to my wife at additional times/days. Sorry Walgreens but this family is moving on.... read more

I would never recommend this Walgreens unless you have at the very least 20 minutes in the drive through window and an equal amount of time standing at the counter. And if you really have time to kill try calling the pharmacy. Seventeen minutes is the record so far. And they don't care if you are trying to pick up your medicine or speak to a pharmacist. This is not a way I'd like to spend a half hour or more. My time is not valuable so I'll just spend my time at Walgreens either in my car standing at the counter or on the phone .....waiting. And their very countenance and tone of voice says, just try complaining. This is a 100% honest review. I am not making any of this up. Is this the way to run a business? And they do not care, nothing ever changes. I even mailed the corporate office to complain, complete with my name address, phone number and email. And guess who I heard back from? That's right nobody. And why don't I move my prescriptions? The hassle of moving them plus I have one medicine I have to go to the pharmacy to get so if I'm going for one I may as well make one trip for everything. read more

Rude receptionist as well as an uncaring rude nurse practitioner would not see a patient even though there was no one waiting and no one being seen. They could see she was struggling and sent her away. Never going here again. Minions worn power for is a bad look for those two! They have a walk-in clinic owned by Vanderbilt at this location. Do not go to this location or to the Hendersonville. (the PA who works at Hendersonville floats). That is who we got. It was the worse experience. This location: over prescribed non-needed medicine, discriminated and didn't listen to the real symptoms that were presented. They have you carry your test across the store (the bathroom is not close to the exam room) We can not recommend this place. We are huge Vanderbilt fans;however this location has come up short with how they have set up their way of caring for healthcare. For the record, thoughts and experience has been also shared with Vanderbilt. read more

The pharmacy lost my baby's medicine insurance card! We came to pick up the order and they told us to leave the insurance and go pick it up later but when we picked it up they didn't put my babies card in the bag and when I came back to pick it up they said they didn't have it that they were "sorry." the lady upfront didn't even try to look for it anywhere else!!!! Stopped by to grab a snack and a gift card on a road trip. Our family needed to use the restroom while there, the bathrooms were code locked (which is understandable) however, despite not being busy, when we asked for help no one came to open the restroom for us. While waiting an employee came out of the women's room and shut the door in our face and said another employee had to let us in. I informed her that we'd already asked someone to come and they hadn't and she said we'd just have to wait until they got there, and was unwilling to assist us further. It was an urgent matter for my kids. Walgreens lost my business today. read more

this pharmacy is so slow, it has taken over 3 hours to get a script filled, if you can save yourself time and just drive to target.

I have been a customer to this particular Walgreen's since i was in high school, but after the past few visits I'm switching. Now the employees of Walgreen's store part are very nice and helpful and some of the pharmacy people are as well but tonight really made me mad. I was picking up my husbands medicine i had dropped off 3 hours earlier and i was told that it would be ready in about an hour and half. When I arrived to pick it up only one had been filled and i was told i had to wait 10 minutes on the other which was ok until i was there for 20 and watched the pharmacist pick up the medicine that i had been waiting on put it on the counter to finish it he then proceeded to read the bottle then put it back on the stock shelf, and put the paper back in the tote and slide it back up the counter. This made me irate for the fact that i was already waiting longer than i should have for something that just needed to be bagged because it was a prepacked nasal spray. Thus said i will no longer be going there again and if you value your own personal time i would recommend you choosing another pharmacy. read more

We've been here twice now because they have the walk-in clinic. It's a rol of the dice whether or not it's even open and another roll if they are even taking patients. If you do get a prescription, be prepared to wait and wait and wait. Then wait some more. Nobody is in a hurry. Save yourself some heartburn and just go to the Hermitage store.
