I've been to this CVS for my aunt and mother quite a few times, and everytime I'm dealing with the…read morepharmacy department, the pharmacists there seemed very irritable and not friendly at all. This last time I went it was for my Aunt to pick up some prescriptions for her. Mind you, my aunt is disabled and she isn't able at times to pick them up herself. So, I went to the pharmacy department and told them I was picking up some medicine for my aunt. I gave them her DOB and name. However, the lady there looked very confused and asked why my aunt isn't here to pick up her own medicine. I kindly explained to her that my aunt is disabled, and at times, her disability prevents her for getting her own medicine, so I try my best to help out. Then, the lady at the pharmacy department scoffed and told me to wait to get the medicine. I sat down at the waiting area and waited for about 8 minutes. The lady comes back to the counter, and said that my aunt didn't have any prescriptions on file. I told her that was impossible because I just dropped those prescriptions off for my aunt two days prior. The lady went back to her computer, started typing for about 4 minutes and said that they wouldn't be ready until Sunday. Now.. Why did it take all that time, all that confusion, just for her to say they aren't ready today??anyways, I told the lady that's fine, and I said have a good day, and she didn't say anything back. It's fine, I wasn't upset, but still, I just felt a little disrespected. So, I called my Aunt on the phone, and told her the situation and she told me that she will get it filled this last time at this CVS and she will switch pharmacies because she doesn't want to do business with a particular establishment that disrespect their customers. I would've gave the review 1 star, but since the lady at the front of the store ( not in the pharmacy department) was really kind to me, I didn't want to blame the whole store on just that one person in a single department. Overall, I don't plan on going to this CVS again. It's not worth the rude behavior.

Not only do they know a lot of the patients by name but they always know information about them and they're family and they learn this by communicating with them. It's not everyday you come across this type of people who genuinely care about not only just filling someone's prescription and making money off of them but care to know more about the person. Almost everyone that works here knows the patients by name that walk up and make you feel welcomed. This pharmacy is defiantly one to give a chance! The front store staff is just as kind and are willing to help you find anything you need! Store is always organized and clean and I don't have to worry about being neglected as a customer needing assistance.

I would honestly go with one star, but before switching pharmacies due to insurance, I had a few good interactions with the pharmacists here. Outside of the pharmacy, this location is a hot mess. Cleanliness is lacking, inside and out, while conditionally, it needs some help. It almost feels like a neglected store that Walgreens corporate forgot existed. Store service is abysmal, and when you do interact, you feel as though you are being a bother. When I come through this location, I try to do all my bidding at the pharmacy counter. Additionally, getting in and out of this location is pretty tough given the intersection. This is not their fault, but it is worth noting. I found what I was after tape wise, and while they had a brace, it was a bit pricier than I was willing to spend. The store, interior and exterior, could use some TLC conditionally. Inside was clean, but the parking lot needs some attention. Service is okay. I wouldn't classify it as friendly, but neither rude. Somewhere along the lines of "meh". Overall, this location is a choice out of convenience. When needed, I don't mind swinging by.
