He struggles with memory issues and was having trouble using the remote. The staff was so helpful with problem-solving. I left with workable solutions and bro is now able to navigate the remote control effectively - boosting his confidence and personal agency. Yay!

I really wanted to like this store. I was SO EXCITED to see them and I went in. I went in three…read moretimes to give them several chances. The first time, the saleslady was really stuck-up to me. I asked if they could do my makeup and if I would be required to buy and she said "Well, we would hope that you would at the end of a service!!" and flounced off, looking all offended. She talked to me a bit after that, but it was like... she never offered to do makeup on me. She just ASSUMED that I didn't have ANY money. WrONGGGGGGGG. -$$$$$$ Soooooo wrooooonnnnnnnggggggggggggg. I actually had a sweet beauty gift budget, but I wanted to double-check that it wasn't required, in case the products gave me a skin reaction (having never tried them). So, I sampled the products on my hand myself and left, and spent $0 for Christmas. Just because someone is not dressed up all fancy and doesn't wear makeup everyday doesn't mean they don't have money. Gahhhhhh! You know, when I shop in Cool Springs, unless I'm dressed up, I get treated like *&&^. When I shop in Green Hills, I'm treated great, dressed up or down. They just assume everyone there has $$, or perhaps the clerks in GH have learned that some wealthy people like to shop in sweats & a pony tail. gahhhhhhhh! Ahem. Came back again before Christmas, was ignored by the same group, they were too busy chatting with each other in the back. Tested the colors on my hand, wrote down the names. No one talked to me but a teenage clerk, her arms full of boxes. Came back again after Christmas. Same clerks talking in the back. What is UP with this store? Bought the eyeshadow I wanted on Amazon before NYE, avoided paying beaucoup TN. sales tax and interacting with sales clerks who felt my purse wasn't expensive enough or didn't like my makeup-free face, my leggings or ponytail (sometimes I don't want to get dressed up to go shopping & I don't believe in designer handbags, I'd rather "spend" the $$ on .. haha SAVINGS, and occasionally, MAKEUP, you stupid staff at this store!! I would not work with this company again. I ordered hats with a debossed logo from them. Upon…read morereceiving the hats the logo is almost invisible from a distance of more than 5 feet away. I have had debossing done through other companies and have seen what great debossing looks like. The picture attached is not an example of that. When I explained the problem through the companies claim request system I was told that what I received the company stands behind because "a clam would require us to show our factory they produced something different from what is shown on your proof". Upon pushing the issue further I received a call from a rep at the company. Though it was a process this company did stand behind the costumer and truly did want to see us content with what we received.

You're probably looking at this two star review I'm giving, and thinking how could a brand new,…read morebeautiful store get such a low star review? Well, I'll tell you. Upon first impressions of walking in, the store is absolutely beautiful. It's organized well, it's simple, and it's absolutely stunning. You can find what you need too easily and I love that they sell Jeffree Starr and Jaclyn Hill products. When I first entered, I was greeted by a sweet woman, and she was talking to me a little bit about the product I was looking at. I really just wanted to browse around so I didn't engage much but I did speak to her. I appreciate being greeted when I walk into a store. As I was walking around the store, I was trying to see if they had my shade of Jeffree star. Another woman worker said to me, "Wow, you look pretty serious to be looking at lipsticks." I understand she was trying to be funny, but I said something back like "uh huh" and didn't really engage. She then proceeded to say, "have you had a long day?" And I said, "No I just have RBF." Shortly after this interaction I left the store. I was only in the store a few minutes, but was chatted with the entire time, even though I wasn't engaging and clearly didn't want to talk. I understand the store was slow, but if a customer doesn't want to chat with you, leave them alone. If I need help I'll come find you. I also didn't appreciate being basically told that I looked rough. I had just had a dermaplane and my face was on fire, so I know I look rough. I don't need you to tell me that and make me feel bad about it. I hate to give a two star review based on this one interaction, but it was not that great of customer service. That worker needs to learn how to engage with people who want to be engaged with and not comment about my appearance or the look on my face. You don't know what people are going through and you shouldn't pry. I'm in a beauty store to find products that make me feel good - this expperience didnt make me feeel good at all.
