One of today's task was to find shoes for our daughter's Graduate Ceremony at Vanderbilt University. With the Anniversary Sale going on, Nordstrom was our first stop. We circled the shoe area trying to find the one she had in mind. As we were chatting about different options, I looked down and there it was! It was exactly what she described and she was elated. A sales associate approached us to help and placed the request using an iPad. As we waited, he returned a couple times to let us know that they're having a difficult time locating the pair due to inventory moving around because of the sale, but they're working on it. After several more minutes, Kandace was sent to assist us further. She said that the shoe could not be found but offered the option to ship it. Unfortunately, our daughter is moving out of her apartment in a couple days, so this was not ideal. I instead asked for it to be shipped to the store. She didn't hesitate to assist with that. We encountered a couple issues as she was trying to process the transaction. The only solution was for me to place the order myself on the app. She was quite apologetic for the inconvenience, but she was too sweet and helpful to find her at fault. It took me just a few minutes to place the order. We then decided to check-out the sale rack on our way out. The daughter fell in love with a Damson Madder mini dress. It was a perfect fit and 35% off -- I had to buy it. Cidney was the sales associate at the register. She was so much fun to chat with as she handled our transaction. She offered recommendations for other pieces and almost convinced me to purchase a super-cute Free People cardigan. :) Friendly, fantastic service from Nordstrom at the Mall at Green Hills, especially during the weekend at one of their busiest times! read more

I've walked through Nordstrom a million times, whether I was entering the mall from the adjacent parking garage or walking laps around Green Hills. I've marveled at the high-class display of exclusive brands, expensive purses and clothing, squeaky clean interior, and charming little restaurant on the bottom floor. This is surely a celebrity destination in Nashville. But I never actually shopped there ... until yesterday. In search of a birthday present for my wife, I perused the clothing on the uppermost of three floors looking for something that would match her style. Under the impression that everything in the store was uber-expensive, I was surprised at the vast range of prices! You could find a $40 skirt on sale, or a designer $1000 jacket, everything from bargains to the pinnacle of fashion! Searching for the right item but (as a typical male) rather clueless about fashion, the most charming young lady named Lindsey emerged and became my personal guide, my guardian angel of fashion. With class, sophistication, and professionalism, this Nordstrom employee offered suggestions, gave expert advice, found additional options for clothes in the back, and truly went overboard to make sure I was happy, comfortable, and enlightened. Because of her, I was able to bring home a truly remarkable outfit for my wife's birthday (which she'll be opening in a few days). Thank you, Nordstrom. And thank you, Lindsey! read more

The sales person Allie I believe is her name in the fragrance section was no help at all. I asked her to help me find a fragrance $100 or less. She stated they do not have anything like that and proceeded to walk away. I decided that I would go to ulta instead where the customer service was exceptional! On Sept 23, 2025 at 11am There was a woman and a young man at the alteration counter who was very rude to me. I came in for the alteration of my leather jackets and i simply said that i called to ask about leather alterations. This woman came out from the door and she said " i just came back from vacation and i am pretty sure it was not me that you talked to". I simply said i just want these jackets altered and she went back inside the door and said nothing. i told the man at the counter, what was that all about??And then he said i need to wait for someone to measure the sleeves. I said how many minutes and he said i don't know with a frown. And when i was paying my bill, the rude woman came out and i asked how much do i owe? We will both find out wouldn't we? This Nordstrom location is solid! All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They even let me try on Creed Adventis on while I shopped around the store. I had a harbor jacket tailored hear and their was one loose thread so I brought it back. The staff was super helpful and happy to fix promptly. The store is nicely laid out. Parking is not great. There are only a few parking slots available on the street level. Additional parking in the parking deck. Had makeup done looking for foundation. The artist used the same brush to apply different shades of foundation, when I was looking for a product to match my skin. I did not purchase as that is not the proper way to find the correct foundation color. read more

My experiences at this Nordstrom have been relatively hit or miss (with more misses than hits lately), but I had a really positive experience today that reminded me of why I used to love Nordstrom so much. I was purchasing gifts for family, and Brandi went above and beyond to help me. I purchased two of the same item, and she even double checked to make sure they were displayed the same once the packaging was opened. She also wrapped my gifts for me. I usually love this store and find the staff to be wonderful! Last week however, I needed to make some returns for my mother and as I walked up to the counter the young man who was there just stared at me as I said hi and that I had a return. After an awkward minute he tells me that he's busy and it'll be a moment before he can help me, it comes off as a bit snarky. Of course it's fine. He proceeds to stand at the counter and stare while his coworker (who was incredibly sweet and helpful) does my return. However, as I'm waiting for my returns to process a very elegant older woman walks up to the register and is making a purchase. He proceeds to stand beside the worker processing her purchase and give her compliment after compliment on her designer items. Then looked my way and rolled his eyes. And for reference I was dressed very well and wearing a pair of designer shoes. So, I'm unsure why he was acting like I was scum on his shoe. I still love this store! When this store opened over a decade ago it was a well stocked, well managed and an enjoyable destination to shop. Over the last 5 years, there has been a steady decline in inventory and some very low standards on professionalism and customer service. I have had items altered incorrectly or not at all on time. I've had to interrupt employees talking to get service if my stylists isn't in the store that day. I've complained to management and not gotten so much as "I apologize". I am a level 4 shopper in the company. After my experience yesterday in the eBar, I will be making a few returns and canceling my card. I popped into the eBar yesterday to grab a water and get my daughter a drink while shopping. We were both wearing masks. We had to wait to have a drink made. As I stood at the far end of the counter by the exit, I briefly took a sip of water. Steven, who was making our drink at the opposite end of the store, stopped and ran over to me screaming. He grabbed a sign and started yelling that I could not eat or drink in the store. By this time, I had already slipped my mask back up. He then turned and went back to making the drink. However the entire time "under his breath" he was bashing me. "If you can't wear a mask stay home. No one wants you here. Go home. I'm so sick of these people". There was NO sign specifically stating no eating or drinking onsite. He was rude and inappropriate given no one was intentionally arguing or not observing the posted rules. While this is one incident and one employee it is a snapshot of the poor management and the attitude running rampant in this location. Steven finally put into words what I've been feeling and experiencing for 5 years. I am a burden to the employees and my business is not of value to Nordstrom. read more

Nordstrom stores around the U.S. Please note...this Nashville location truly sets the tone for how a luxury department store should be. Soooooo many shops, from Top Shop to the most amazing shoe salon offering premium brands such as Chanel, Christian Louboutin, Prada, Gucci and plenty more. The handbag selections are just as wonderous. Nike has an awesome area dedicated to those fit/fly individuals. MAC Cosmetics and other major makeup lines are is set up in the center of the store's first level; adding tons of personality, color & life to the store. My husband and I went to Nordstrom at the last minute on Sunday evening to look for a suit for him to wear to a conference. The conference was on Monday, so we had very little time to work with, and we weren't quite sure if we would be able to find something. Vincent approached us and asked if we needed help with anything, and he was an absolute lifesaver! He put together a fantastic suit for my husband, and he was able to recommend a tailor who could alter the suit before the end of the night. Not only was Vincent super knowledgeable about men's apparel, but he was also very friendly and easy to work with. We will definitely be back to Nordstrom to get Vincent's help with more suits in the future! read more

This store is incredible. It is the highlight for me at the Green Hills Mall. My favorite part is their specialty events, such as make up classes, style seminars, pop up Shops and holiday shopping parties. I also like their purchase rewards program. Their selection of designers is inspiring. They make it easy to stay on trend!! Their stylists are very knowledgeable and eager to share advice and tips. I wish I could give this store a 0-star review but one star is the minimum. I had an awfully painful experience in-store today, June 10. I purchased a pair of Gucci shoes on size 39 on Sunday, June 05. I did not try them on in-store because they are my second pair (I bought the same shoes recently on a different color). When I got home, I tried them on and noticed they fit bigger than my other pair. And there were some dirt on the shoes so I figured they were probably the display. I would have kept them but the main issue was that the fit wasn't right. The size printed on the box was 39 but there were no size printed on the soles of the shoes. When I looked inside of the shoes, I found the size imprinted and they were size 40. I went back to the store to get the correct size, and the associate accused me of having worn the shoes, which are not even my size. I told her that her accusation was unfair and inaccurate. She replied that she wasn't going to help me if I had an attitude but she was the only one with an attitude, and a very bad one. After 30 minutes or so of embarrassment, somebody came out and told me they were going to take care of me. That's the minimum I'd expect. I traveled 45 min (each way) to get to the store for something that should have never happened. By the way, even if I had worn the shoes, which I didn't, Nordstrom return and exchange policy has always been on the side of making the customer happy. I am so disappointed at the subpar experience I had at the store. I will no longer shop at my only local Nordstrom store. And as much as I love Nordstrom, I will be spreading the word to my friends and family and even BBB because I am so disappointed and I feel so disrespected and unappreciated as a customer. read more

If a store's employees are too good to throw away dry, non-food trash for a customer when no trash can is nearby, that employee is too good to be working with the public. It's an excellent test of customer service skills, and this store's employees failed. Plus, when a store's employees just allow trash to sit around because their noses are too far up in the air to pick it up, it's just not sanitary or clean. read more

I ordered something from Nordstrom Rack to the Nordstrom Mall of Green Hills. I never got a confirmation email so I went to check with the store. I went to "Customer Service" where a very rude lady "helped me." She first sighed annoyingly when i told her my problem and then proceeded to tell me they didn't have anything in their system of my order. It took another person coming over to find my actual order in their system. They found the pair of shoes, I smiled and thanked the girl and she didn't look up at me, continued to stare at her phone and rudely said "mhhm." I used to work at Nordstrom and I'm not sure what has happened. My past few experiences, I have been floored at how terrible the customer service is when the store prides themselves on this core value. read more

Honestly I was never interested in this Luxury Retailer until I moved to Nashville and surprisingly now it is one of my favorite stores. Unfortunately the Hillsboro/Green Hills traffic deters me from visiting more often but when I do it is a pleasant experience. Parking accommodations: This location offers a multi-level garage with valet parking if preferred. Please be cautious when driving through the garage to be on the lookout for pedestrians, speeders, & those not paying attention when backing out of a parking space. I have found many of the sales associates to be courteous, helpful, & display a neat appearance yet, I have noticed that some act a bit bougie (taken from the Urban Dictionary Bougie- is someone aspiring to be a higher class than one is). The store is immaculate that is well organized with high quality apparel, bright lights, the shiniest floors that you can see your reflection, & a decent sized women's shoe selection. If you can't find what you are looking for, try Nordstrom rack in Brentwood, Tn as a second option. read more

I was in utter shock when I moved to Nashville (2008) and found out that Music City didn't have the joys of a Nordie's. Whaaaaaaaaat? What is even more baffling is that there was a Saks outlet store but not the flagship brand too..... huuuuuuuuuh? After I licked my wounds, I got over the break-up and moved on to all of the spiffy local retailers. Every now and then, I'd hit up the website for sales and promotions but pretty much weened myself from Nordstrom. Fast forward to Nordstrom's Grand Opening festivities that included the fun Get Fit America event where I was given the opportunity to get correctly fitted for my brasserie and undergarments. Just like Oprah and Time Magazine mentioned, 80% of the female population are wearing the wrong bra size. Crazy, right? Well, we shall see. I attended with a friend and was treated to complimentary cocktails, bites, and a preview of the yet-to-be opened store. It was packed and due to another appointment and the fact that they were running a bit behind schedule with their fittings, I had to leave before I was able to prove my size wrong. We were still given sweet goody bags stuffed with Nordstrom goodies. The customer service for this brand has always been stellar but I was very impressed when Lingerie-Hosiery Manager and "Fit Specialist" Angela Sabuco followed up with me to schedule my complimentary fitting via email a few weeks later. I was game and after a bit of finagling with the old schedule, we had a date! From the moment that I arrived, Angela was on point and made the experience a lot of fun, educational, and offered up some great undergarment solutions for my lifestyle. (yes, I am serious when I say "undergarment solutions" are important) The selection of brands and styles along with the vast size range that they offer is astonishing. We were able to find several bras that made sense for me and YES, I was waaaaaaay off on what my true size is. Will I ever tell? No. Way. However, I did walk away with two new bras and have noticed a huge difference in how I look in my clothes and out of them too. I can't say emphasis enough that all of you yelpy broads should consider making a complimentary appointment to get fitted. There are no high-pressure sales tactics and you'll be surprised by the nice array of price points that are offered. I plan to visit Angela very soon to add to my collection. Update March 7, 2017: I had a bit of a fiasco with my previous review and return attempt. I ended up reaching out to Nordstrom via Twitter because I really didn't feel comfortable going into the store. Nordstrom's twitter is awesome and they were fast to respond. I sent them all of the info I had. The very next day a "Customer Service Experience Manager" called me and had someone pick up all of my items for return! From my house. I was refunded via original payment method immediately. She also clarified that the only thing that had changed about the return policy was the method of payment used at time of purchase would be the same as the return. For example, if you purchase items with a debit card and want to return, the amount will be returned to your debit card. Likewise for gift card, store credit, etc. Nordstrom handled this really well and I am again a loyal customer. Update December 7, 2016: 1 star only and here's why: Very disappointed today with a return. I rarely return items but today I tried to return two items that were unused with the tags attached. I did not have my receipt. I have never had a problem with a Nordstrom return in the 20+ years I've been shopping with Nordstrom. Today, I was told that because they could not find "proof of purchase" even though the tags were attached and the separate sticker they apply after purchase (for return purposes) was also on the tag, they could not locate the transaction. Thus, I was offered only the current value of the items, which is way less than what I paid. I kept the items because their current value is 90% less than what I paid. Very upset with Nordstrom. I was told their return policy was "changed" in April 2016. The Green Hills Nordstrom is my absolute favorite. I love the Creed perfume, though it's very expensive. Just like the Chanel handbag boutique. Oh well it's fun to window shop. I don't buy a lot but I enjoy talking with the sales people - they're mostly very knowledgable. I have not yet had a bad experience. I ever have a problem I can bring my purchase back in for a refund or exchange. I shop at Nordstrom because they have no return policy and back their merchandise 100%. If I'm buying a higher priced item I know if there's a problem I can bring it back in. I love this store over and over again. Every city I go it's awesome. I'm a Nordy member and I love the idea of having my items ready for me to go in try on. The only little area that needs help is juniors. They seemed overwhelmed in that area but that's ok I always find someone that will go over from their section and help me. The customer service is excellent. They have everything that most don't. They mostly have all the high retail they NOBODY else in Nashville has. There isn't a trip to Green Hills Mall that I don't walk around Nordstrom on my way in or out. Even it's just to browse the shoes and be on my merry way. Tonight, I literally stopped in my tracks when I spotted the most gorgeous Chanel pumps. I flipped this to-die-for shoe over to look at the price tag and it only equaled 4 of my car payments. I put it down and walked out ASAP. I'm still thinking about those shoes! I am very impressed at the selection in the women's department. Always hard to find, get help, or you'll be waiting 30minutes in a waiting room for them to come check on you. ALSO* if one ever needs help with makeup, Tim from Chanel is the most knowledge makeup associate. He can teach you any look from Chanel or with other makeup brands if desired. He will explain things down to the order, brush, stroke, and what is good for your skin type/face shape, if wanted. Brought two outside items in to be altered. Store employee who "is seasoned" according to the manager Chris, informed me that I can use my alterations credit on my items. However, that is apparently not the policy. I am now out $100 and the manager offered a "teaching moment" to the employee. I've always loved Nordstrom, but ever since I've moved to Nashville I'd rather order from their website than going inside the store. Every time I came to this store, I had a bad experience- customer service is the worst from all the Nordstroms I've visited. Today, I went to the Chanel boutique located inside Nordstrom to check out a bag. NO ONE even said hi, they just kind of stared at me. The older lady working there was simply rude. I was looking at a tote there and asked if they had a different kind that has a top handle on it, she told me she didn't think that bag exist AND told me maybe I mistake it for a Gucci one?! I told her I know it's not Gucci, I saw it on the CHANEL website. And without saying anything to me, she just turned away and asked to help someone else that came in after me. Not keeping up with the newest products and making a customer feel stupid is no way a luxury shopping experience should be like. I hope Nordstrom will do something about this. read more

I've never been so shocked and frustrated by a company. I had a package shipped through LSO (never heard of them before) and it was marked delivered but never arrived. I reached out to customer service to let them know so I could get a replacement sent (I had ordered two sizes of the same thing to try for a wedding). Initially they were helpful and said they'd put in a claim and their team would investigate and likely refund me for the purchase then I could buy it again. Less than 12 hours later I got a notification saying it had been rejected. I called back to submit another claim and next day less than 12 hours later it was rejected again. This next time I reached out to the service team via email to get more info then I called their finance team. I was told that they reviewed and the carrier said it was delivered so that was it. No proof of delivery or anything and despite me continuing to ask they won't provide anything (I suspect they have nothing). But their email follow up told me I could submit a police report for my "stolen" package. It wasn't stolen and it never arrived. I am in complete shock and awe that the company did not (as they said) have insurance with the carrier and are choosing to not replace my $300 order. Won't be shopping here again and if you ever order online ship it to the store (or just shop elsewhere) read more

It's a Nordstrom. In Nashville. They sell ridic high end apparel so you can get all bourgeois'd out. Duh. Am I hating on that? No. Am I a bit of a shallow label whore who is more than okay with it? Yeah buddy. I didn't know Nordstrom was so well known for their customer service but after my friends hipped me to it I started shopping here and I have to say they were completely right. The sales associates are extremely committed and helpful but not too pushy. Even shopping on the Saturday before Christmas when the mall was batshit crazy I had the "can I help you with anything" militia swarming all over me every 15 feet. I'll take that any day over wandering around aimlessly looking for non-existent help which is rather typical at most other large stores. Even though there are whole boutiques in the c.r.e.a.m. hills mall for some of the designer brands Nordstrom carries, I've found my shopping experiences here to be a lot more pleasant. I'll refrain from naming names but some of those brand-berry (oops?) shops can be a little smug. Even though Nordstrom has the same clout I have yet to get the pretentiousness I've encountered elsewhere. Whether I am buying a cheap $20 hat or a designer scarf I've recieved the same level of outstanding customer service every time. Up soon for me is a trip back for a pair of jeans, with which I hear they may provide free tailoring. That's definitely worth another "yeah buddy". read more

So, I wanted to be head over heels in LOVE with Nordstrom. I've been to one in other cities and got great service and was excited to hear we'd have one here. The attention to detail and to the customer was what really set them apart, to me anyway. This Nordstrom we have here - well, let's say they are little too impressed with themselves to be bothered with me. I have been in the store twice and not even ONCE did anyone offer to help me. Not even a "Hi" or a "Do you need some help finding something?" Nothing. They seemed to busy talking amongst themselves. Honestly, I've received better customer service at Old Navy. I did purchase two shirts when they were having their big sale last week. It's hard to find RVCA and OBEY brands around here - and, hey - they were on sale. The woman that checked me out said "Who was helping you?" I had to tell her "No one. If fact, my two times here you were the only person who has even spoken to me." She seemed a little taken aback by being told that. But, it was the truth. Is Nordstrom nice? Yes. Is there lots of cool clothing? Yes. Would I recommend it? No. Too much attitude. No help or even OFFER of help. High prices. I hope that once they are there for a while they will mellow out with the attitude a bit and I will probably be back. But, during my two trips there - I wasn't impressed with the service. Normally - if I experience service like I did at Nordstrom - I wouldn't go back. However, I know from experience this is more of a local thing than a Nordstrom thing - so, I'll give them a pass. I'll try again in a few months and see if it has improved. read more

I have to say out of all the stores offered in the Green Hills Mall, this one is by far my favorite. Nordstrom wins once again with their stellar customer service. I had two items to return - a dress and a pair of pants. I walked in and wandered over to the shoe department. I wasn't greeted right away (it's ok...I had plenty to look at), then suddenly a sales associate came running over, apologizing profusely that I had not yet been helped. Niiice. He quickly accessed their online system for my pants, discovering they did not have my size in store. Swiftly, he escorted me upstairs and introduced me to another associate to assist me further; all while stating he wanted to make sure I was receiving the best help available in sizing. "Fine by me, dude." She, too, was quick and courteous. After briefly discussing the fit of my clothing I was exchanging, she took my info to have my replacement item shipped directly to my home at no charge. Bam.Bam.Boogie. As I started to depart, she reassured me I could always bring my item back if it still doesn't fit just right, and cheerfully wished me a Happy New Year. All this in under fifteen minutes, complete with smiling faces! I heart you Nordstrom. read more

Nordstorm is one of my favorite stores. I'm from Atlanta, and we have a really big Nordstrom at Perimeter Mall in which I've shopped for years. I was really glad when Nordstrom announced they were coming to Nashville. But I must say, I was concerned: would it be a smaller store, and perhaps not have the level of professional associates who had spoiled me in the ATL? I am pleased to say the folks who work at Nordstrom are great, knowledgeable, and helpful. And while Nordstrom's price-point is a bit higher than other department stores in town, they have great sales. And besides, when I need professional mens-wear, I want help finding the right stuff, and I find I get what I pay for. read more

I had not expected I would become a Nordstrom fan based solely on their prices and seemingly exclusive image. However, when I found out they carried high-end plus size clothing--the Encore line--I thought it was worth checking out. I was delighted to find so many pieces of varying sizes when most department stores stop at an 18 even in their plus size departments. Some of the brands went up to a size 28, truly reflecting size diversity and commitment to meeting customers' needs. Aside from that, whereas many plus size departments can feel like the sad, creepy corner where one never hopes to get caught, the Encore department is run with as much attention to detail, professionalism and excitement about fashion as other departments. Kim, the sales associate who's assisted me on a couple visits to the store, is so quick to pick up pieces she thinks you'll like, and she has an incredible eye for how things look on, not just how they look on the hanger. There have been so many times when I was shopping in plus size in which I felt the staff thought they were doing me a service by pointing me to the few drab and poorly-structured garments they had to offer. I felt the exact opposite shopping with Kim, and I legitimately enjoyed trying on all the pieces she fished out for me. Further, she helped me find clothes that I wanted to buy; not just clothes that would fit. Plus size women know what this feel like: the attendant just throws things in your size at you without thinking about what they will look like on you or if they suit your style. If it fits, it wins. This is absolutely not the case here. The staff want you to walk out with clothes you love. I encourage any plus-sized women out there to check out Nordstrom; you'll be pleasantly surprised! I hate to end on a less enchanted note, but the only knock I have for the store at Green Hills was that there didn't seem to be any Juniors Plus clothing in the store, though there are many pieces available online. This seemed odd to me, and when I asked a Junior's associate department if they carried any Juniors Plus pieces, she looked at me strangely and said "unh-uh." Additionally, I was not helped by a single associate in the Junior's department during my time there. They might consider trying to raise the professionalism across the store to be a little more consistent. That being said, that experience just made me more likely to return to Kim and the Encore department because it served as a stark contrast to the exceptional treatment I've consistently received there. read more

First time I've seen a Nordstrom, and I must say Nordstrom is already one of my favorite stores. Service is absolutely top-notch, and the people that work here are super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The price is well worth it in the long run because the items are of high quality and the staff really go the extra mile in helping you find the perfect thing (and even if it's not perfect, they have a no hassle return policy). Just how excited was I that I was going to finally live in a city with a shopping experience such as Nordstorm?! Aside from my calendar countdown, excessive talking about the opening, planning an event of it with my friends and signing up for their credit card JUST to get the points and special invites - I also took off work to be there! Well technically I worked on Labor Day and took my holiday for this grand event instead. I also got up when the sun did so I could make it to their "pre-opening" festivities! Did I mention I was also invited to the gala a couple days before?! Crazy - I think not! Everyone kept asking me "What is the big deal. It's just a department store". I guess these people just need to experience it. Because it really is an "experience". They take customer service to a new level. Especially in the shoe department. Which is where I have spent a nice portion of several of my paychecks! They are so attentive! I know that many think they "can't afford" to shop at Nordstrom, but that really isn't ture! While it is a very nice store, they do have something for every budget. And they have some of the BEST sales in the business in my opinion! The only thing I can say I didn't love. They don't carry ALL of the great name brands like other Nordstrom stores do. I am hoping they realize that Nashville is in need of some Christian Louboutin too!! One of the best Nordies i've ever been to! I absolutely love the nordies at green hills mall! They have a wide selection in their department store. My review is based off of the handbags and shoes department. I absolutely love the mini Chanel boutique.......super friendly associates! Very helpful! The SA's I'm the shoe department were also great! I'm aware they work off of commission but omg...they were not pushy. The guy that was helping me was very honest....I was hesitant on purchasing a pair of isabel marant boots....I tried them on, they felt a little big. The SA had agreed and told me they would also stretch out. Unfortunately it was the only size left. There needs to be more honest and helpful associates like him! When I'm in town, I always have to stop at green hills. Can't wait to be back :D read more
