do not shop online with these crooks. i placed an order online on 4/10/24 for an item that was…read morelisted on their website only for it to disappear within minutes. i spoke with gabby who confirmed the order amd then politely called a few hours later to say that the order will not be fulfilled as it was no longer in stock and i would be receiving a "full refund". i thought what a odd pahrse she used as if that isn't automatically a given! woke up on 4/11/25 to an e-mail that stated i was given a partial refund of $129 instead of the $146.85 i paid for shipping fees on the order that will not be fulfilled but owe them $17.95 for what exactl??? wasting my time & energy!

I feel so validated by these other reviews because the girls who worked in here were so mean, rude,…read moreand disinterested in my buying experience. My mom and I, a well dressed duo of 23 and 50, were shopping and having fun and looking to shop. I asked for a pair of boots and it took 10 minutes for them to even tell me they looked and didnt see any. We tried on multiple things and went in the larger try on space with the larger mirror--none of the girls acknowledged us or told us they liked what we were trying on. We ultimately loved a pair of Mother jeans ($230) and a MISA dress ($495!) and decided to take our business elsewhere to purchase those items because of how horrible the shopping experience was. I cant believe this store would keep these employees after multiple 1 star reviews saying the same thing. E. Allen, do better, be kind, and work on your business model. Do not give them your business, and i would give them zero stars if i could!

I can remember when I first drove through the 12 South neighborhood when I moved to Nashville in…read more2008... my, oh my, how it has changed! For the lasses who love labels and covet designer denim, there was only Moda standing strong next to Frothy Monkey for quite some time but now this strip is lined with fashion forward options that include Leona, Judith Bright, White's Mercantile, The Label, and much more - with Emerson Grace being the newest kid on the block. Nestled in the shopping center as Jeni's Ice Creams, Cadeau, and Josephine, this fashion boutique caters to both Men + Women who seek designer duds and accessories. I could sense immediately that the sister store is based out of Los Angeles due to the hint of West Coast vibe and contemporary brands such as Current Elliott, Rag & Bone, A.L.C. Kelly Wearstler, Sanctuary, and more. I also admire that they also support local when I was greeted by a table of handbags made by local maker as soon as I walked in. They also recently hosted a trunk show for Nashville designers Jamie and the Jones too. While prices aren't for the budget-y babes, you can still scour a sale rack (in the back) for some deeply discounted pieces. When I was in last weekend, this single rack had pieces marked 60% off the original price. I was able to also score a fabulous Kelly Wearstler ring for only $45 when the sales associate assisted me at the jewelry cases. I had already decided to purchase a fun little necklace for $50 and then she showed me a tray full of their sale jewelry too. I couldn't say no! Service was solid and the staff were friendly. I was on a time crunch so I wasn't able to explore the Men's section but I bet that many fellas will be happy to know that the store was pretty evenly split with male and female merchandise. There were some great shoe options in the back along with some sleepwear and accessories throughout. I fancied a few of the scarves that were on display. I was most impressed with their extensive jewelry selection that encased the cashwrap area in the middle of the store. I'll definitely be back sooner than later!

I don't know who the woman was, but when I had a question about a necklace, she basically said,…read morewhile she passed by, that it was fake & cheap. I was astonished. Instead of saying something like "Isn't it cute? No, it's not real, but it doesn't tarnish". I decided right then that I wasn't going to give that store my money. Awful way to (not) sell your cheaply made, overpriced stuff. Music in the store was good, though.
