Not that I needed help, but the dismissal of service is not something I am used to at Old Navy. Moving on from the lack of service, I also found the selection and stock wildly underwhelming as well. We were assisted by not one but THREE extremely helpful and knowledgeable humans - two lovely employees (and one former employee that lent his time and knowledge of suiting without even being paid for it, and brought me a great laugh by trying on fun outfits from the new fall collection while I waited in the dressing room). Even though they state a 14-day return policy, you can't simply take your item back to the store--even if it's only been one day since pickup. You have to email, wait for approval, and sometimes make phone calls just to arrange a basic return or exchange. If it happens to be the weekend, good luck, because there's no one available to handle it. I love their merchandise, but the return process makes me think twice about ordering online again. Another lady that was working was also wonderful. I've always had such great experiences at their Green Hills location. It's not super convenient as I live near Franklin. I wish they would do a location closer south here. They are currently keeping up with Covid precautions.
