Finally she answered and said she would pack up the items not sold so a friend could come pickup whats left and she would mail me a check. I never heard back. I keep calling and finally an employee answered the and said she would take care of it. After more calls I got a check for $45. The employee said there was only 2 items left. The store is clean and in decent condition. Service is hard to come by, as they are not staffed super well, even on the weekends. Overall, standard Dillard's location. I did and somewhere along the journey, even thought the jacket was in my garment bag and had never been worn, it had managed to get a tiny smudge on the left sleeve. She had also posted these boots, and I had to go check them out. I picked up my sis and we stopped in. Of course, fell in love with the boots and while I was there I also found this Jean Jacket/shacket . I realize they both went together soooo good and with the sale, it was too good to pass up.
