Finally she answered and said she would pack up the items not sold so a friend could come pickup whats left and she would mail me a check. I never heard back. I keep calling and finally an employee answered the and said she would take care of it. After more calls I got a check for $45. The employee said there was only 2 items left. I got there and all the workers were so friendly and professional - all seemed to be working and being productive. I dropped off a huge suitcase of clothes as well as a couple other items and they told me 15 minutes so I just waited in my car then went back in and it was ready and I got over 25 bucks for a handful of items. The young girl helping me was so friendly and patient and even complimented my glasses - we had a pleasantly short conversation. While I can't speak on other's bad experiences with staff, perhaps people are angry they're not getting offered what they think their clothes are worth and taking it out in the reviews, but people must understand the resell value of any item goes down tremendously after the initial purchase - designer and especially fast fashion which are majority of the brands people own. You will never get close to the full price you paid for an item unless you have a buyer who is desperate for said item or being manipulated.. If you want to get the closest to original price, you'd be better off trying to list your stuff on the many different resell sites out there and maybe a gullible fish will bite. Also, consider what you are trying to sell and if it's in season or wanted by that retailer at the moment instead of expecting them to pay you a lot of money for all your unwanted clothes blindly.

This Fleet Feet location sits inside of The Streets of Indian Lake in Hendersonville and is a well stocked, clean and welcoming spot for all your running needs and wants. This was my first visit to a Fleet Feet, and after sharing what I was after, Logan, who was the Specialist who assisted me, walked me through their process, which started with a full foot scan. Based on this scan, the system recommends different shoes and wildly enough, the shoes it recommended were the ones I had been scoping online based on my foot issues. Logan pulled a few pair of shoes, let me try them on, walk around, even go outside. He also educated me on the feel of each, plus pulled a few options of insoles that would best support my feet. The process was comprehensive and factual without being overwhelming, pushy or timely. I ended up walking out with a new pair of Asics and nice insoles, running me around $250 out the door. Expensive in general, yup...but these prices are standard and I feel the value was a bit more there considering the process. Overall, I will certainly be back to this location. The store was busy and well staffed, however 9/10 staff members that I encountered on the sales floor never said one thing to me, or even acknowledged me. Normally I get stellar service at DICK'S, but this location seemed a bit off brand. The store was well stocked, clean and in good condition. They definitely take care of it. I did purchase some shoes and the checkout process was pretty seamless and the cashier was friendly. Overall, odd service wise, but other than that it was your standard DICK'S experience. Happily pop back in when needed.

Everything is labeled, easy to find and easy to navigate. The store has seen better days. After walking around, some sections of the store give off "closing" vibes with empty or disheveled shelves and displays, or products on display that definitely need to be replaced. To go along with that, the floors are worn and stained in multiple places, shelving units are in disrepair, ceilings are stained, and more. The store needs some TLC. While I was in store to look at very specific items, I decided to wander the aisles and look for any deals or items of interest. I walked around the store and through each section for over 15 minutes, and passed by no fewer than 12 Associates and not one time was acknowledged or spoken to. Not that I needed help, but it is wild that no one took one moment to greet a customer, not even when I was leaving the store and passed by 4 Associates huddled by the registers. Overall, the store is not a good representation of Academy, or at least the Academy Sports I remember visiting. From condition of the store to service, or lack thereof, this location did not show well. With that, outside of the clearance/sales racks placed at the entry doors, there were no true "sales" inside of the store. Service was essentially non-existent. I was in the store for close to 10 minutes, not one person spoke to me, and I walked around the entire store, even near the register where the two associates were huddled. You walk in are immediately greeted by helpful faces asking how they can help. Which is great as the store is so big and has so many options, it surely can feel a little overwhelming. The employees there are experts in the outdoors, and genuinely want to see you walk out happy so you can go enjoy the outdoors too. Their return policy is amazing. This location is just off Franklin Road and has a huge and convenient parking lot. Anytime I need a little help and don't have time to do the research myself, this is my #1 stop because I know they will steer me right.
