The machine I had to use had multiple issues requiring multiple resets by an employee who was very uninformed. When I tried to pay cash, the machine would not recognize the 5$ bill I inserted. This resulted in a LOT of time and multiple employees to figure out what to do. Instead of employees standing around watching customers checking themselves out, and rudely getting in the way with giant carts holding on line orders, maybe Kroger could pay them to service customers personally, reducing the time and aggravation of self checkout issues. Do better Kroger.

Some times it would be ready in the 3 days they promised, other times it would take a week or more. Then it was that the meds stuck to the bottle and syringe and we should just fill it more often. We switched to Wedgewood, got the meds delivered in a timely manner, and also got the correct dosage. I stopped to take a few photos and noticed they had a restaurant inside. I was pleasantly surprised with their healthy selections for the day. Vegetable stir fry over rice was delicious. Their homemade chicken salad is juts like my mom used to make. I ordered the chocolate shake and the sweet young server told me it wasn't your typical chocolate shake as it was dairy-free, made with soy icecream and oat milk and their own homemade chocolate syrup. I loved it! They even had a cooler with some healthy snacks like peanut butter balls protein bites! Great place in a beautiful historic town In Springfield TN.

Publix does a great job creating a clean and enjoyable shopping environment.
